you should marinate those tomatoes in olive oil with a splash of lemon and salt and pepper and garlic.

Black forest ham, spinach, guac, tomatoes, same ciabatta bread. I'm too impatient to marinate tomatoes.

That's roast beef, cheddar, and chili on buttered whole wheat that's been tossed in a foreman. Right now I'm eating roast beef, cheddar, and pesto on buttered whole wheat that's been pan-done. I was too impatient to take a picture.

So I am at work so I don't have a camera handy, but I just had a Bacon and Peanut-butter Cheese Burger. It was... I can't even describe... It was amazing...

I just made a sandwich that surprised me with how good it was.
Two slices of bread, butter them both then add some garlic salt. Then add two slices of cheese and I added several slices of turkey pepperoni (because real men eat turkey pepperoni) and shoved it into the microwave.
I was curious and didn't know what to expect. What I got was surprisingly a lot better than I thought it would be, though it's still lacking somn... though it may be that I used a microwave oven as opposed to a stove top. I don't know. (Maybe next time I get the chance....?)

i used my new cast iron skillet to make an egg in a grilled cheese hole with a side of papalote salsa. this is probably my most incredible feat of cooking in that the egg is unbroken, the cheese is melted, and the bread is golden brown.

Truly, of all the creative things to come out of the Exodus members, this is chief among them.
