Sweeny Todd 9/10
Seen it 3 times though... Any film with Johnny Depp, Helena Bonam Carter, and slicing throats, with a cool musical score is good... It only lost a mark cause I saw mistakes =)

Rambo - 3/10
So basically, the first part was quite possibly the most atrocious affront to mankind ever. The second part, where Rambo kills everyone, was like watching an episode of Madness Combat, except with real people. So the first part gets a -3/10, and teh second part gets a 9/10.

Tron - it just taught me everything i've ever wanted to know about how people thought computers worked in the 80's. bonus points for terrible acting + glowing costumes. A+/10

TRON IS BITCHIN'
but that's not what my review is about now.
Juno - 9/10
Really funny, I fell in love with some of the characters quickly(especially Juno), and there are others you wanna slap >_< But the story's good, and the jokes really are funny. The problem is, it's a tad cliche and that's why I knocked off a point. But I saw it with Babs, and that earns it more brownie points <3

Jumper: A little muddled and leaves a few plot points hanging, but a great twist or two along the way. Also takes Badass Normal to the total extreme of the spectrum (I guess that Samuel L. Jackson leveled up fighting snakes on a plane). It could be a bit hard to follow for most, but I think it managed to be deeper than the average superhero flick. 9/10 (Flawed, but fun and with surprising depth.)

Hmm.. I figured Jumper couldn't be too bad since it was by the guys who did The Bourne Identidy, AND it had Samuel L. Jackson in it. But my friends all didn't want to see it because it seemed dumb. Sigh.

Yeah, it's stupid to go "Action Movie=Dumb". I'd say it was almost as good as X2 was. Felt VERY like an RP, BTW, so that may be why Kev and I loved it so much.
Futurama: Bender's Big Score: Eh, not as terrific as the show, but still fun. A good start to getting back on their feet. 8/10

Dan In Real Life - 9/10
Pretty good. I like these kind of movies that can combine the right amount of funny with the right amount of serious. Almost makes me think of Stranger than Fiction in style.

The Condemned: Pretty good for an American take on Battle Royale, though it kinda misses some points. Good choreography and down to earth compared to a lot of action movies. Overall, a pretty fun romp. 8.5/10

Cloverfield: 7/10. I have deducted three points for the following three reasons: (1) They killed Marlena (Lizzy Caplan). (2) Marlena was the hot one. (3) They killed her. Listen, filmmakers, there's a really simple rule you need to remember. Let's say you're making a monster movie that Pohatu is going to watch someday. So, a thing that you don't do is you don't kill Lizzy Caplan! See? Really, really simple. If you make the mistake of killing Lizzy Caplan, filmmakers, all is not lost! All you need to do is write a sequel in which it is revealed that that apparent death was actually just a hastily-administered but ultimately successful caesarian section, and in fact Marlena is totally okay and little Pohatu Jr. is just swell! Keep this in mind, guys. Cloverfield II. I'm waiting.

Hmmm... Last movie I saw... That would be... Hmmmmm..... I think it was speed racer that I went to see with garett and steph about a week before school ended. Wow, that was quite a while ago... *opens calendar* Wow, tomorrow (or technically, today, since it's after midnight), that'll be two months and a week ago. I would give it a 8.5/10, just because of the sheer weirdness (thus causing funniness) of the movie. Oh, and not to mention me and garett kept on thinking up of jokes about the movie. Actually, I'm suprised they didn't try to fit in the Pops commercial into the movie. Pulled off several corny, but awesomely timed "gotta have my pops" cracks during that movie, lol. Strangest, but funniest movie i've seen in over a year. Such a shame all those other people who were also gonna be there canceled... Oh, well, too bad.
Hmmm... If I don't buy that PS2 off of my stepsister's friend, then i'll probably go see some more movies after I get back from my out of town trip. Besides, the grande is only an hour and a half away by foot, so it shouldn't be that much of a big deal to walk

I'd give Speed Racer a 8/10. Not movie of the year, but surprisingly Epic. The cinematography wasn't slacked on and was super good, the visuals were crazy (plus I might've been ever so slightly high), the acting was meh, the music was pretty good, etc etc.

Yeah, compared to the ratings that I heard people give it at school, it was surprisingly good. And I agree, the visuals were pretty damn good, and so was the music. And the massive number of "WTF?!" moments added to the positive score of the movie.

Hell Boy 2: The Golden Army 4/10
I didn't like the opening scenes where they were fighting the bloody tooth faries. Kinda lacked on the action a bit Thought it was stupid how they showed themselves to the world. Thought that the parts where Hell Boy and Abe were drunk was moronic Found the whole demon on (whatever the heck he was) war was just stupid.....
I was also in a particularly foul mood cause it was a couple days before my girlfriend left for Idaho and I fell asleep talking to her on the phone, then got dragged to go see it while she was awake when even such things like manga couldn't pry me away.... So I was in a bad mood which probably spoiled my appraisal of the movie a bit
In my own opinion, it was about a 4/10 Being nice I'd give it a 6/10, 7 at very best.

Speed Racer was awesome because they made it JUST as corny as the original Speed Racer.
Egor, for every time you made those Pops jokes, I wanted to punch you in the face. know that n_n
And I stood in front of the screen during the credits and sang the theme song. n_n

Dark Knight
/10
There is really nothing I can put in front of a 10 to accurately describe this masterful work of cinema or my feeling for it.
If I saw a baby falling and the film roll for Dark Knight falling..... I would catch the film roll.

Dark Knight - 9/10
OMGWHAT? NOT A PERFECT SCORE?!? Yeah. I really liked the villains. They were probably the best villains I've seen portrayed. The one thing about Batman that irks me, though, is the scenes don't flow very well. They seem kinda choppy.

I've got a few movies. As far as I can remember...
The Happening - 2/10 Fuck, burn it with fire. Seriously? Fucking trees? Don't even bother, it's just another movie were they try to lure you in with an event that's big but you don't know what it is (kind of like I'm Legend, but this one's actually horrible).
Hancock - 8/10 Pretty damn good. I was expecting better superhero scenes, but I would still see it again (and did).
The Mummy 3 - 6.5/10 Surprisingly better than I expected, and definitely better than the second one. Still, it might be too cheesy.
The Pineapple Express - 9/10 Way better than I expected. It's definitely a movie that's not for everyone, but still one of the best stoner movies I've seen. The writing is pretty sweet on some parts, and the action was pretty good. The only reason why it doesn't get a 10 is because of the painfully long, WTF ending.

Pineapple Express - 5/10
Meh. Harold and Kumar was so much funnier. This movie basically went one scene of hilarity followed by at least 10 minutes of dumb. Repeat for too long. Which just averages out to an average movie.

Hmmm, I made a long list while I was at the marina, but... it's not there. I'm gonna be really pissed if some smartass deleted it.
Anyway: The Golden Compass - 6/10 Overall, not a bad movie, but I didn't really like it. And the fact that it just kinda drops off didn't help out any.
Indiana Jones (whatever the newest one is) - 2.5/10 I really don't see what the whole big deal over it was. The bad quality of the camrip didn't help, but it was also just...blah. Oh, and why the hell is it ALWAYS the russians? Sing a new song, will ya?
The Happening - 7.5/10 This movie, I actually liked. Is also quite amusing, since at first, all you can do is say WTF? on why everyone is committing suicide. Oh, and bonus points for that scene near the end. That little girl will have a perfect counterargument against any bitching that that woman will try to throw at her, since near the end, no one knew that the whatever it was that was killing the people off had passed, and she basically almost killed the little girl because she wanted to be with her husband/boyfriend (whichever it was)
I Am Legend - 8.5/10 Now this movie was pretty sweet. Although it's a movie that you have to watch at least twice, since they explain everything backwards
28 Weeks Later - 9/10 Now, this movie, I've seen before, however, I still really like the movie. A bunch of enraged zombies everywhere. Nice and bloody too. Btw, DAMN @ the scene where that guy goes through the crowd of the infected with the chopper.
The Forbidden Kingdom - 6/10 Although a pretty amusing movie, I wasn't really impressed by it. And one thing has still left me wondering. If that army was really THAT serious about capturing the kid, so they could get the staff, what the hell were they doing while he was spending all that time learning to fight?
Wall-E - 7/10 Quite an amusing movie, I must say. And it also was better than I expected. I really expected Pixar to come out with some halfassed movie, but this was actually pretty good.
Harold and Kumar: Escape From Guantanamo Bay - 8.5/10 This movie, I liked quite a bit. Pretty retarded, but also pretty damn funny. Oh, and seeing how at the end of the credits they showed Patrick Neal (or whatever his name was) getting up, there's obviously gonna be a third H&K movie. Oh, and here's the thing, I wouldn't be suprised in the least, if there were/are a bunch of people like that guy in the government. Btw, heh, that sounds like quite a fun party to go to >=D
Prom Night - 4.5/10 Not a bad idea, but the movie, a major disappointment. And, I'm kinda wondering on what he did to get rid of the blood trail. Also, proves yet another reason, why they should allow the death penalty.
The Love Guru - 8.5/10 Heh, this movie, I enjoyed quite a bit. Also, so many puns in the movie, it's not even funny. I still remember the "If your uncle jack helped you off an elephant, would you help your uncle jack off an elephant?", XD
