It's a great RP if you like Blaise and Terrian.
It's an okay RP if you've heard of Aquara.
It's a what RP? if you what? Ryuu and Aya? what?

Jessie isn't in anything.
Belwyn is in Funeral Pyre for a Fuzzball. Which is like The Cat's Meow, but with less pissing contests and more short people stabbing thugs.

Jessie was in the first Generation of RPers, like myself, DL, Kuro, Kara, and V101. That was like 10 or 11 years ago. It could be said we were the second generation, but I really don't count the first group since they RPed as pokemon and it was... it was awful to read. We were the first ones to add plot and factions and relationships and all the stuff that made the RP what it is now.

Oh, c'mon, why all the vitriol, lads? I mean sure, she was part of a bunch of anime style battles, which holds little dignity amongst some of the community. But if it wasn't for her group and the drama they created, Exodus RP would currently be this: Lee: "Chou. Chinchou. Chiiinnn!" *I happily ate the scraps of rotting fish.* El: "Snnneaaasss. Sel snealsea!" (Translation: Dude, how the hell are you eating that crap?) *I turned away in revulsion. And then somebody drank some alchohol, since all non-action posts must have somebody drinking.* BB: "Mewmewmew! Meeew!" Wait, screw this. I'm tired of Mew. "Shaaayyyymin!" Photu: "Spaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrceeeeeee..." (Translation: Dude, I'm like so totally... Heh heh, whoaaa.) And that would be terrible.

Do we have ratings yet from Blood, SV and DL?
You could argue SV's less obligated since she only has two characters in the poll and one of them was added on Lee's initiative and not hers, but I hope Blood and DL have submitted/are working on ratings by now since they contributed a lot of characters each of their own accord.

I'm waiting on them still. My own ratings aren't totally comprehensively done, too. But yeah, I could use those three to help even things out. Right now, Ninety and Biscuit pumped a few too many ones into the pipeline. I guess they're like Choobs/Loogs last year.
Fortunately, I only have one unknown 1, so I can help counterbalance it, but it's still slightly disheartening when characters who aren't niche are getting 1's. (SOMEBODY 1'd NATALIE. what.)
Blood's impression he gave me was that he was ABOUT half done with his. So, DL's the only mystery. SV's not really too commited I guess, so I'll give til the end of the week to wait on her.
Remember guys, 10 EP (Maybe plus a bit for comprehensive reviews, namely El, Choobs, and POHATU), and if you get it in ahead of the other dawdlers, you get to pick my next post after Pyre.

Dude, I was in my last week of classes and had shit to do so I couldn't read all the attached RPs. I tried for some of them but there's just no way I could have done them all.
That is, unless I had known that we'd still be waiting on votes by this time.

Awww man. I'd love to do this, but I'm just now catching up on like two years of RP, and the length puts me off a little.
Maybe we should have a three or four character entry limit? Makes things more accessible and go by quicker. Just a suggestion.

If you just read Ishkabibble, Burgled Boullogne, Triannual, and Luxury Train Ride, I'd say you know enough about current RP to do the polls. Gasoline's good, but not totally essential since there's only two characters.
Fallfish is also really good, but only covers like five of the characters in the poll. (Well, on the bright side, it's EVERYBODY in PRP except Isambard and Ackerly.)
EDIT: Also, a four character limit would be RETARDED. I could see dialing it down to eight-ten, but if you set it at four, nobody would enter anything except their main cast, since most people run about three to five big characters. And that means nobody would get critiques on their supporting casts, which is just assinine.
Nobody's forcing anybody to do more than just give number ratings, y'know. And I know it takes less than fifteen minutes to do that for eighty characters.

Yeah, but I'd rather have well thought out reviews for four of my characters than just numbers for twelve of them. Also, it could rotate, as in people don't enter any characters for the next one that they entered in the one before.
Maybe six characters?

I say make it be seven characters, to be more fair.
Btw, I'd like to enter my peeps (so sad to see how few I've got):
Kara Kinkaryoh Serpentei Kinkaryoh Sagami Tachikawa Nagisa Davarrin Luna Jekkit (oh how I wish I could use her again)

Sorry to say, Kara and Loogs, but your cast and Hector are too late to be submitted this year (Seeing as how we already got ratings from almost everybody, and I don't want to force like eight people to resubmit their ratings.)
Feel free to rate everybody else's entries, however, and I'll be sure to let you guys know next year when this goes down, so that you can get in on time.

Thing is about reducing the character limit, I think Lee and I were the only people to even brush shoulders with the dozen-character maximum (thirteen, with the guest slot). Even very proficient RPers like Choobs, Bulbs and Elliot only had a handful of submissions each. And I'm kinda assuming Lee and I will remain the front runners for cast size for quite a while, going into the future. So bumping the limit down anywhere between six and ten would pretty much just inconvenience the two of us and not really change much for anyone else or significantly reduce the overall number of characters to rate.

To really make things trimmer, it might be more prudent to slap around folks that try to submit bit part characters. Isambard, huh? Kortova, what? Gamboge, WHAT?
If you took out all the characters that have less than a dozen in character posts under their belts, you'd lose: Isambard Lacianus (Maybe) Haze Jimmy (Maybe) Channery (granted, she's received a substantial ammount of characterization within, so she's still alright.) Commisioner Williams (Yet again, uncertain. He's got quite a few RPs, though mostly minor roles) Kyle (Maybe? I forget how many posts he's gotten since LTR started.) All 4 of Biscuit's characters, except Lucas and Huck Shino (Who I didn't put on the polls since I didn't know if he was in or not, but some people have rated him.) Arnold Landers Gamboge Kortova Belwyn Curator
So, it'd put us back down around fiftyish. Of course, I doubt many of these characters will recur by the next year, so who knows what the poll will look like next time? Last year, it was almost all stars, IIRC, bar some unfortunate picks by Prime and Loogs. This year, due to Renard and Ish and LTR, there's been a glut of one-shot characters and recurring NPCs. Not a bad thing, but slightly more imposing to rate well.

Bro, I have like... one character. How inconvenient is it to rate one character? Also, Elliot totally told me that Hector's been entered already for some reason.
