Well, everyone, I'm down to canned chili, pasta, two jalapeños, two eggs, a little bit of butter, and beer. What can I make out of these items without going to the store?

#1. Boil pasta for 7-8 mins or until tender. Heat chili while deseeding and slicing jalapeños. Add jalapeño slices to chili. Drain pasta when cooked to taste. Add 2-3 tablespoons butter to pasta, depending on how much pasta you have. Pour chili over pasta, enjoy with beer.
#2. Heat chili while deseeding and slicing jalapeños. Warm a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Fry two eggs over-medium (runny yolk). Pour chili over eggs, enjoy with beer.

That is totally cheating. I mean, before I logged in tonight, I managed to whip up a makeshift chicken parmesan sandwich with stuff I had lieing around.
I personally woulda just had some eggs, and then ate a big breakfast. Or maybe the pasta on its own. Oh, or maybe the eggs with some jalapeno sliced up in 'em. That'd be good, actually.

Yes indeed, a friend came over and we went out for dinner...but that does not negate the fact that I still have those very same items, patiently waiting in my kitchen. Sans beer, but I can run out and grab that in no time. Beer doesn't count as a grocery, right? I'm definitely going for one of ninety's recipes...but I like Lee's idea of putting jalapeños in eggs.

I wasn't sure if I was allowed to say "bro" on here without sounding like a bro myself.
Which I am, granted, but not the stereotypical douchey kind (I hope). Not being a frat boy helps my case.

I have pretty much run out of all my staples for quick meals, and my paycheck doesn't come in until thursday, so I'd prefer not to buy food. Here is a list of things I can find around my kitchen/room that belong to me.
-Fettuccine -Ketchup -Potatoes -Garlic -Onions? -Pink Rice -Butter -Flour Tortillas -Probably bad spinach -Milk -Instant Coffee -Olive Oil -Vegetable oil -Salt -Spam -Nature Valley oats 'n honey -Honey -Garlic salt -Cajun spices -Probably bad tomato sauce -Various filipino style meats -Probably bad chicken broth -Pixie Sticks -Ramen
So basically, I've only got carbs and a bunch of frozen meats that i'm too impatient to prepare after a long day. Halp.

Dice up Spam and onions. Put in pan. Cook together, wrap up in tortilla. Have a freaky but decent wrap.
Or have it on rice, maybe? What exactly is "pink" rice?

I don't know. I was looking for short grain, and I came out with pink. It tastes like rice, but it doesn't have the stickiness of short grain.

Being the major wiz that I am with anything noodle-related (and especially ramen; my family loves the things I've done with it), I have some awesome suggestions for ya Choobs =
If you feel like doing any cooking - Fry up chopped spam along with garlic and onions in some olive oil, then add a tiny bit of the cajun spices to taste, and put all of that on top of some fettucine. -OR- ...You could simply put chopped spam and onion along with a bit of olive oil into some ramen (believe me - a bit of olive oil makes it tastier, but only add it if you remove some of the water before putting it and the seasoning packet in). Note: Do not use spam if it's beef or shrimp-flavored ramen, or it will suck.
If you don't feel like doing much cooking, this stuff can be done in a microwave with ease (including boiling the pasta, though that doesn't come out as good as it does in a pot).
I can come up with a lot more interesting stuff, all using the ingredients listed...

Oh, well for dinner last night, I did make pasta with garlic and spam with a bit of tomato sauce. Smelled a little off, but tasted fine, and I'm not sick, so that's why I said my sauce was probably bad.
But I made dinner before entering this topic.
Screw you guys I'm going out for dinner.
