OOC- The thing is, if this forum had set rules regarding behaviour, that post broke about 20 of them. This is including but not limited to:
Autoing of a character Hijacking a thread Lack of respect for other members (I hate to say this, but >.>) Poor execution
That's a minimum of four. On a three strike system, one of them would be banned. I understand that it's different 'cause this forum is fairly inactive, but even so >.>

OOC: So what? It happened once, and they were stupid, and the posts were removed. That's all there is to it. As I said, if they make a habit of it, I'll injure them badly, but this is just them on a ride on the dumbass lark.

OOC- Some sort of punishment. I know I'm not a mod, but seriously, that DESERVES something when they know full well that me and DJ are very good RPers and are clearly setting a plot up, then coming along and fuck it up.
Edit: Lee, add me to msn, we can talk about it there.

Aiden sprinted up from a nearby treeline panting and out of breath. His shirt was drenched in sweat as he slowed to a stop near Max. Aiden doubled himself and sucked air into his lungs like it would never come quickly enough. From Aidens belt Chimchar released itself and climbed his stickly back to sit on top of his sweat soaked hair. Even Chimchar frowned as the feel of the hot beads he now sat among.
"Sorry...I...had to...return my grandpas...Ponyta. I don't feel that I'm....really ready to handle a...Pokemon of that strength yet." Aiden choaked out slowly as he rose to his full height once again. "What's going on here?"

OOC: Yoshi!! The plot can't continue without you, so post already!!
BIC: "That's what I'm trying to find out, Aiden," replied Max. "All I know is that there's been some sort of trouble here, and that Espy detected a familiar psychic signature. It might be from a certain Pokemon belonging to an old friend of mine, but somehow, this just doesn't make sense to me."
With that, Max turned to the professor and receptionist. "Oh, sorry, professor, how rude of me. I'm Max Milen. Is there anything I can do to help?"
As he awaited an answer, Max's thoughts darted about as he tried to relieve his puzzlement. That psychic signature... could it really be him? If it is, why hasn't he contacted me? And what would he be doing here anyway?

OOC- Sorry for the delay, and in advance for the bad bad post. BIC - "Oh, Max!" Alexxia said, noticing he was there, finally. "This guy with blue hair and a shiny Gardevoir told me to tell you that the person you're looking for was seen going west out of Jubilife. I don't really get what he means, though?" Alexxia shifted on her feet slightly, her hands behind her back. She was curious as to the situation - this person was clearly a friend of Max's, so why was he stealing very powerful pokemon? And why was Max his friend if he was stealing? The situation was unusual. Something else was going on. "Max, if that guy's your friend, why's he been stealing the Champion's pokemon?" She asked. OOC - Next post, Max, feel free to auto Alexxia a bit. Try to get us to Jubilife!

OOC: Thanks. Hopefully, we'll be able to keep going without long inactive stretches like that happening too often.
BIC: "Stealing the Champion's Pokemon?" Max asked, incredulous. "That doesn't sound like Yoshimitsu. He's not exactly a goody-two-shoes, but I've never known him to outright commit crimes like that. Professor, I've got to go, but when you've had the chance to review your security footage, I'd appreciate if you would let me know what you find." Max fished a paper out of his pocket, and placed it in the professor's hand. "This is my Pokegear number. If Yoshimitsu really did steal the Pokemon, there aren't many people who could do anything about it, but I can and will."
Max turned to Alexxia. "Alexxia, did you forget why I'm even here in Sinnoh? Yoshi must have been referring to Mazone. I wonder, though -- if he knew where Mazone was, why didn't he track him down? He knows how long I've been after Mazone. I have a feeling that, one way or another, I'm gonna end up needing to track down Yoshi. Well, there's always the direct approach."
With that, Max rushed outside, grabbed two Pokeballs from his belt and tossed them to the ground in front of him. Bright white flashes revealed a metallic bird and a large winged dragon. "Dragonite, Skarmory, we need to get to Jubilife City. It's straight north of here. Max hopped up onto Dragonite. "Alexxia, Aiden, Skarmory will carry you two. Dragonite, you're with me. Best possible speed!"
As Dragonite prepared for flight, Max pulled his Pokegear out of his pocket. Quickly navigating through his contacts list, Max found a number he had not had contact with for too long. A few more button presses, and the Pokegear was ready for Max to write out a message to send to Yoshimitsu. "Yoshi --" he wrote. "Got your message from Alexxia. Headed to Jubilife now. Can you meet me there? Need to discuss certain things in person. Max." A final button press, and the message was on its way. Let's just hope he gets it, thought Max. He quickly returned his Pokegear to his pocket as Dragonite began to rise into the air.
OOC: Next person to post can start from our arrival in Jubilife.

Isambard leaned back on the park bench, looking skywards. The clouds were one of the few things that he could really afford to enjoy. Ever since his first battle, he had been better off than in any other time in recent memory. That wasn't saying much... He was living in the cheapest apartment he could find, living with odd hours at the local superstore that barely paid the bills, if they even did. The difference? He didn't need to get food out of dumpsters. There were only four leaks in his bedroom ceiling. People wouldn't burst into his room and attack him in the middle of the night just for kicks... That last one... Oy...
He sighed, rubbing a large scar right under his cheekbone. That one was from getting slashed up with a broken bottle. Speaking of which... He smiled at the irony. A cloud shaped roughly like a beer bottle lazed overhead. Isambard went back to thinking, pulling his flannel shirt tight around him. Even on hot days, he liked being warm... It was a good feeling. He wanted to bundle all the comfort from the summer up, and save it for the winter months... His thought process was broken as a gigantic creature streaked overhead, leaving a deafening roar in his wake. His hand flew to the bandolier he wore, grabbing the only ball there out of habit, then slowly relaxing. It was just a trainer on a Dragonite...
Still, something seemed off. They were in a hurry. A tremendous hurry. That meant something important was going on... Or that whoever the rider was simply happened to be a self possessed jerk. Isambard decided to settle for the first option. Life on the streets had taught him that knowing what was going on was vital. He rose from his seat with a grunt, and began ambling in the direction the Dragonite had gone.
OOC: When you guys stop for a meeting, I'll catch up.

Yoshimitsu skipped to a halt in Jubilife City, his trusty Gardevoir floating along side him, and pulled out his pokegear as he felt it vibrate. A text message - his ring tone was audible. And irritating to everyone but him. He still got funny looks when his pokegear started singing out "I fucked a boy and I liked it" over the top of the actual song. He was tempted to set it as his text tone, just to annoy people more. Grinning, he opened his new message and read it.
"Ahh, Max, you're officially no fun," he said, composing a quick message back, basically saying that he would stay in Jubilife but he had stuff to do, so Max'd still have to find him. Then, he swapped his text tone, just for giggles. "Gardevoir, can you pick up any trace of that guy? He must have come this way." Gardevoir closed her eyes and concentrated very hard, her whole body glowing vividly. Yoshimitsu glanced up and down the road, making sure that he wasn't being tailed. He'd already been accused of theft from Rowan's lab, so at the moment he was half on the run. Gardevoir stopped glowing, and looked at Yoshimitsu, sending a telepathic image of the location.
"Jubilife TV Station? Why on earth would he want to be there?" Yoshimitsu queried. Gardevoir shrugged. "I can't imagine why... wait, I know. I know exactly why. Come on, Gardevoir!" With that, he started sprinting in the direction of the TV station.
*****
Alexxia slid from Skarmory's back, feeling slightly relieved. It was much faster than walking, it was true, but the bird's steel back was the second most uncomfortable thing she'd sat on. The first was when she had to ride on the back of a Rhyhorn back home. She didn't speak about that day. Just thinking about it made her wince. "So, your friend's supposed to be here, right?" Alexxia asked. She looked around to see where she was. Right outside the TV Station. Glancing down the road, she caught sight of someone, and tapped Max on the shoulder.
"Max? Is that him?" She asked, pointing. "And if it is, why's he running this way with no intention of stopping?"

OOC: As you wish.
BIC: Max squinted towards the person Alexxia had pointed out. He was too far away for Max to make out well enough, but he did have another way. "Skarmory, Dragonite, return. Espy, come on out." A bevy of bright flashes resulted as Skarmory and Dragonite returned to their Pokeballs and the faithful Espeon materialized.
"Espy, search for the psychic signature of Yoshimitsu's Gardevoir. We think he's close." Espy gave an affirmative squeal, and took on a soft, light blue glow as it probed the area for psychic signatures. Moments later, Espy gave an excited squeal. "That's what we thought, Espy, thanks. Send Gardevoir a quick message, just to let Yoshi know we're close. Come on, Alexxia, let's go!"
With that, Max took off in a desperate sprint after the figure that Espy had confirmed to be Yoshimitsu. Espy followed close behind, as the soft glow it had taken on slowly faded. "He's headed for the TV station!" Max called. "And whatever he's up to, he's in a hurry!"
Decisive though his voice had been as he called to Alexxia, Max was still confused. His thoughts were frantic, and a little jumbled. Why would Yoshi be going towards the TV station, and in such a hurry? And if he knew I was here in Sinnoh, why didn't he contact me directly? Plus there's that business at Rowan's lab. Yoshi wouldn't steal Pokemon, would he? Unless he's really changed since we last saw each other, someone's trying to frame him. But how, and why?

OOC: Thanks, Q! =]
BIC:
Finch Fletcher sat at a table in the Jubilife Pokecenter, spinning a pokeball under one finger and sipping a soda through a straw. Her bag lay open on the table, her wallet, pokegear, league registration, and a bag of basic supplies -- specifically, more pokeballs and basic medicine -- strewn across its surface. Finch had spent the morning in town, stocking up to leave. Determining that she would be ready to leave whenever her Eevee finished eating, she grabbed her pokegear and dialed her mom to let them know she was leaving -- better to get the I-miss-yous and be-carefuls out of the way before she was on the road.
Her Eevee crouched over a small dish filled with kibbles, nibbling contentedly and watching the world outside through the nearby glass doors. Outside was sunny and warm, which the Eevee thought was lovely. Outside was also full of people, which Eevee also thought was lovely; these people looked like very nice people who would probably pick her up and hold her (unlike her trainer, who was listing off the day’s purchases into a funny noise-making contraption). On the opposite side of the street were two people with bigger pokemon of their own. Eevee pranced closer to the door for a better view. She was right; the pair of trainers, though apparently busy, also looked exceedingly friendly. Also, there was another friendly guy who just walked into the Pokecenter (Eevee preferred to call it “Place-where-they-feed-me”), and, seizing the opportunity to investigate the nice trainers across the street -- who were running now -- the small fluffy pokemon squeezed through the shutting doors.
Finch hung up just in time to turn and see her pokemon take off down the busy street after two strangers with an Espeon. She hardly had time to swear before throwing her belongings haphazardly into her bag and chasing after the fleeing fluff ball.

OOC- Please forgive the autoing of the Eevee. It's nothing major, promise.
Bic -
"Hi Max, bye Max!" Yoshimitsu said, grinning, as he ran straight past Max and into the TV station, Gardevoir hot on his heels. Sure, Yoshimitsu would have liked to have stopped for a catch-up chat, but he had come to Sinnoh on business, and unfortunately that came before his social life. The automatic doors slid open as he approached, allowing him to continue running without faltering in his step. He did skid to a halt, however, as he got half way across the room, remembering that the TV station were apparently supposed to be airing an advertisement for his capture.
"Gardevoir, make an illusion so I can walk around without being pestered," he muttered out of the corner of his mouth. He took a few steps towards the stairs, and his appearence was changed in that time. His hair was, temorarily at least, no longer spiky, and a vivid red colour. His clothes followed suit, more or less, his top turning red and his jeans suddenly looking pristine. Yoshimitsu nodded, feeling the familiar grip of psychic power on his frame, and ascended the stairs without once being stopped.
Alexxia was stood outside with Max still, mildly stunned about Yoshimitsu's sudden appearence and disappearence. "Was that your friend?" She asked, grinning now. The whole thing seemed a bit comical to her. However, she was convinced, from her brief meeting with the boy, that he was no thief. He seemed too... bouncy. Always active, and happy. She shrugged, and noticed something else perculiar. An Eevee. On its own. Running towards them. She doubted it was wild, somehow. Bending down, she opened her arms, the fluffy pokemon jumping into them, and stood up straight again.
"Cute little thing," she said. "Where's your trainer then?"
Inside the TV station again, Yoshimitsu had reached the next floor, but had immediately ducked behind something he took for a vending machine. It might have been something really technical, he didn't know or particularly care. This floor was no longer full of the workers. Instead, everyone was wearing identical uniforms, rather tight black clothes with belts adorned with both tools and pokeballs, heavy metallic-looking boots and tinted visors. He could hear someone talking to them, but see the owner of the voice.
"The subject is contained upstairs, make sure no one gets up those stairs. I trust the ground squad are keeping everything under control?"
"Yes sir, there have been no disturbances. Someone with red hair came in a few minutes ago, but other than that, nothing."
"Hmm... Very well."
Yoshimitsu shifted to try to sneak a glance, but someone had just started walking his way so he was forced to duck back again. "Looks like you were right," he whispered to Gardevoir. "We can't take them all on, and I don't want to ask for Max's or his help yet either. Let's just keep going as long as we can without being caught."

OOC: Ask, and ye shall receive, Sapphire. Doing some minor autoing of Eevee in this post, just basing it on what's established thus far.
BIC: "Yeah, that was Yoshimitsu," replied Max. "What a cute little Eevee! Hm, no way it's wild, and it's in such good health. Your trainer must take really good care of you, huh, little guy?" The furry little Pokemon squealed in apparent delight. Whether agreeing with Max's question or simply enjoying the attention, Max couldn't tell. Not that it mattered, much.
Max directed himself back to Alexxia. "We'd better get that Eevee back with its trainer. I suspect something bad's going on inside that TV station, and I don't want to expose this little cutie to that kind of trouble. I'm going in. In the meantime, see if you can find this little guy's trainer and reunite them. Whoever Eevee's trainer is, they're probably pretty close by. Meet me inside if you can, ok? See ya!"
Max didn't even wait for an answer before he took off running. "Espy, message Yoshi's Gardevoir, let him know we're coming." Espy took on a familiar light blue glow, psychically sending word to Gardevoir. Moments later, Max arrived at the doors of the TV station. "OK, Espy, here we go." Max dashed in.
"Who are you?" asked someone just inside the door. Max flinched. "Who, me?" replied Max, adopting as innocent of a voice as he could. "Nobody to worry about." Even as he was making himself look as non-threatening as possible, Max was telepathically reaching out to his psychic friend. Espy, give him a light Confusion, please? A moment later, Max's questioner put a hand to his head. "Something wrong?" asked Max, still keeping up the innocent act. "Just... a headache," the man replied. Max stepped slowly toward the nearby stairs; his questioner made no move to stop him.
Max continued on unopposed, quickly climbing the stairs to the station's second floor. As he reached the landing at the top of the stairs, Max saw someone ducked behind a machine near the door, someone with red hair, a red shirt, and clean-looking jeans. For the moment, Max chose to remain where he was. There was a time and place for charging in, but at this point, it was more important to figure out what was going on here.

Finch dove headlong into the crowd, weaving around people and bumping into more than a few of them. Her Eevee had rounded a corner up ahead, onto a street which lead to a large building that she recognized as the Jubilife TV station, but past that, she had no idea where her little pokemon had gone. Hadn't even left town yet, and she was already losing things.
She turned onto the street, looking hectically down every alley, searching the sea of feet for a bushy tail or adorably pointy ear. She was so busy not paying attention, in fact, that she almost ran into a young woman outside the station. A young woman holding a puff of brown fur that yipped excitedly when it saw her. "Eevee!" Finch sighed, relieved. "There you are!"

Breathing haggardly, Isambard slowed from jogging to walking quickly, and then plodding. He worked hard every day, but he still was somewhat out of shape. No way of affording healthy foods, or finding time to excercise, most days. He stumbled up to the television station, noticing in his exhaustion clouded vision two different people entering, and another one appearing that she might be on her was in. That had to be where the flyers had been headed. He wandered past the woman, talking with a younger girl, and enterred the station proper through one of its several sets of doors.
A man stepped up to meet him, seemingly rather taxxed already, almost as discombobulated as Isambard. He held up a hand, wordlessly stopping Isambard, his other hand massaging his temples slowly.
"Who are you, and what are you doing here?" The man grunted, his statement barely clearing his lips.
"Whuh?" Isambard responded, between gasps for air.
"Who are you, and what are you doing here?" The man demanded again, seemingly only growing more despondent. Seeing this, Isambard saw his entrance appear.
"Whaddya say?" He wheezed out again.
"Who ARE you, and WHAT are YOU DOING here?" The man responded, emphatically gesturing with both arms.
"WHAT?" Isambard pointed to his ear, and smiled apologetically.
"Forget it." The security guard growled, and wandered away, both hands snapping back to his head. Isambard smirked slightly, mentally congratulating himself, and then plodded up the stairs after Max and Yoshimitsu. He rounded the corner, and almost ran into Max, who was hiding close to where he had emerged.
"So, what's the hurry? Quite a jerk in the lobby, huh?" He asked, not even bothering to introduce himself. His voice was hushed, although still above a whisper, clearly showing her had at least some idea of the seriousness of the situation, even if he was otherwise clueless.

"Oh, fuck me," Yoshimitsu muttered, briefly stepping from his hidden position to grab Max and Isambard, dragging them to the out-of-sight place so that he could brief them on the situation. "It's simple. Hey Max, bee tee double-you. It's Yoshi - I got Gardevoir to put up an illusion for me. Anyway, I've been hired to tail this guy, he calls himself the Puzzle Master. He's pretty serious, actually. No one knows what he's up to yet, but he has a whole host of goons working under him. As far as I can figure, he's here after more pokemon to steal."
Yoshimitsu paused to glance round the corner. No one was coming, thankfully. "Okay, I dunno if you know or not, but the Veilstone Gym Leader's in town, in the TV station," Yoshimitsu continued, still is a hushed voice. "I'll bet anything that the Puzzle Master's after her strongest pokemon. And, if I'm right, my informat should be arriving any second now..."
As if on cue, something fizzled into existence next to Yoshimitsu. It was instantly recognisible, the pink fur, the long tail, the adorable pointed face. Mew. Mew immediately proceeded to whisper something to Yoshimitsu, who, despite not talking any pokemon language, seemed capable to understand anyway. "Okay, thanks Mew. Can you hide yourself, but stick close anyway? I don't want the Puzzle Master to find out about you, but at the same time I get the feeling I might need your help," Yoshimitsu said. He turned back to Isambard and Max. "I was right - the Puzzle Master's on the top floor, holding the Gym Leader hostage. I don't want to have to fight yet, so try to keep quiet getting up there if you can."
Yoshimitsu nodded, and glanced round the corner. The coast was clear. He shot from his position with remarkable speed, hiding behind another random cabinet full of filming gear.
