Moving this to Movies, hope you don't mind ^^; I want to go see X-Men, I just don't have any money. Though Angel reminds me of Kioshi o.O

I know what you mean, with the whole "Cut my wings" and "I wanna make my dad happy" and constant fan service and such. Haven't seen it yet, either. Waiting for it to come out on pay-per-view.
I wish that Jubilee got a bigger role, but oh well. Callisto's in this, right? She's pretty awesome, if lacking those awesome tentacle arms from the comics.

I wish that Jubilee got a bigger role "Watch out villains I've got RAZZLE-DAZZLE!!" Sorry, but Jubilee is laughable material. =P

I love Angel, he is so friggin cool, and so is Pheonix, even though she is evil.

I think that we can all agree here that nobody(or next to nobody) saw the movie for the plot, or even the action...
They all saw it for the HOT, SHIRTLESS MEN. <333 =D
Seriously. That's what everyone I've talked to has said. And by everyone I mean Elliot. -_____-"

Funny that YOU should point that out Elliot. But yeah, it was fucking awesome. "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."

yeah, I saw it today. Charlize Theron with no clothes. [less than three]
And is something wrong with me if I find Pheonix's rip-apart-people-and-things-then-blow-them-up-to-their-basic-elements-with-only-her-mind thing in the end hot? >.>

Yeah, I didn't get it. =/
It lasted 3 sec and I had to wait like 5 min for credits.
"Charles!?"
That was it...
I really enjoyed the movie, and I've only read one or two of the comics. ^^
I did like seeing mystique naked though, or however you spell her name.
Reminded me of Kate whatsherface from Underworld I&II. ^^

Well, let's first get some things straight. There was no Phoenix in the movie, it was Dark Phoenix. Another thing that must be set straight is that in the credits it says "Kid Omega" but it was really Quill. Kid Omega is the male version of Phoenix, but he wasn't in the movie.
On to other business. I loved the roles that Spike and Blob played in the movie, though they were little roles. Gargoyle was pretty freakin sweet in my opinion.
Is it just me or is Kitty really hot in the movie?? I must say that she was pretty right on in my opinion. She's really my type of girl, both in the comic and the movie. All praise to Kitty Pride!
I also found it funny that the Juggernaugt had the referance to the internet video about him in the movie. It was flat out sweet. My whole group of friends nearly crapped ourselves on that line.
I'll just leave it at that and stop rambling. All in all, great movie.

heh, yeah, I loved the **spoiler?*** "Don't you know who I am? I'm the Juggernaut, BITCH!"
But to me, it seemed that Kitty was cute in that "aww, little kid" cute... she seemed really young... like 12. Waaay too young for whatshisface... >.>

Actually, in both the movie plot and in real life she's 19. That's all good for me. We're both legal. Nothing wrong with that.

Lee has yet to see it still, but I must admit: Magneto's bridge moving scene is incredible. This looks to be summer of the super-blockbusters. Superman might just be GOOD!

Magneto's bridge-moving scene has become an in-joke among my family. These days, whenever night appears to fall in the blink of an eye in a movie, we say, "That darn Magneto must have moved another bridge!"
...Because you see, after Magneto deposits the bridge at Alcatraz it becomes night, with no real steady progression thereinto.
Although it was still an awesome movie beyond belief. Jam- and I might even dare say jelly-packed with mutants bursting out on all sides. I was especially enthused by Multiple Man's little decoy trick -- they introduced him solely for the purpose of using him for that plot point, but the dude just has such a winning smile -- and
FAIRLY MINOR SPOILER.
the scene where Spike kills the doctor. Much as I loved the doctor and her amazing voice, that was just badass.
You can tell I'm partial to the bad guys.
