A flash of red as the spear was sent through the blue haired woman’s torso, a man in the shadows holding her up in the air with his strength alone, the woman gasped for breath obviously a punctured lung as the man chuckled slightly his voice cold and menacing. He swiped the spear through the air throwing the woman from it she hit a wall not to far away, her eyes dull near lifeless. A flash of green and then white…

“Mother!” Alexia gasped as she awoke in a cold sweat. That dream, that recurring dream had been plaguing her for weeks now always the same, the death of her mother something she had never forgot. Her breath was ragged as she tried to calm herself enough, but she wasn’t calm. Tears made their way down her cheeks, which were hastily brushed away. Crying was a sign of weakness Alexia told herself once more, and weakness for a girl was bad. People would take advantage if she showed the sign of weakness. Alexia sighed settling back into her pillow calm enough now, and she drifted back into her uneasy sleep…

She awoke sometime later, morning now it seemed as the sun drifted in through her white sheer blinds which were drifting on the slight breeze. It looked to be another good day on Earth, which obviously she was on in an apartment similar to her one on Mars.
Alexia crawled out of bed, parading around in her black bra and knickers before pulling on her blue silk shorts and top finishing by buckling her black boots to her feet.
“First things first,” she muttered to herself, “Breakfast!” she added with a slight smile and set to work in the kitchen a fry up should do. It would give her some energy for god knows what she was going to do today…

“Why is she not dead?” The voice echoed around the small underground cave, “Over seventy years and you have only just realised that bitch is still alive, she can’t be alive! You know why, I will never ascend when one of them still live.” The voice screamed to the followers draped in red that were knelt before him.
“Lord, we have dispatched one of our best to deal with the problem,” one of them whispered the fear evident in his voice.
“I would hope so, because if he fails you will die,” the voice replied…

A man walked down the corridor, he had taken great lengths to gather the information on her whereabouts, he had been sent all the way to Mars only to find that she had returned to where he had started. He brushed his blonde locks out of his eyes, mostly in annoyance but it came down to his vision being impaired really. He straightened out his leather jacket before stroking the wrinkles from his gloves as he arrived at the door.
He crouched low, his hands balling into fists as they glowed red and then ignited before he launched the power at the door…

Alexia swallowed the last bit of bacon, her meal thoroughly enjoyed probably the best she had cooked yet, she really hadn’t had much experience in cooking as she normally just ordered out. She grabbed her plate from the table, and carefully balancing the knife and fork on top she carried it too the kitchen before placing it in the washing up bowl.
*BOOM*
Alexia’s head sharply turned an explosion? In seconds she had her halberd and was out the door, down the end of the corridor smoke was streaming out of one of the rooms, gliding down the corridor towards her. Alexia ran towards the apartment ducking below the smoke as she went as to not cut off her oxygen too much. She swerved around the corner into the room to find a girl dead.
“It seems I had wrong intelligence again,” a soft voice smoke from the corner of them room, Alexia swivelled around to find a blonde man draped in leather with glowing red fists staring at her. “Wrong planet first, now wrong room but no worries the prey came to me,” he laughed.
“What do you me-,” Alexia was cut off as the man shot towards her fists blazing, he was throwing faster punches than she could move she managed to dodge a little but her arms and shoulders were being hit, burning her quite badly. Alexia jumped back, her halberd slashing outwards, it was dodged easily.
“Oh no you don’t missy,” the blonde man said, and he through his fist out once more, this time the red hue not encasing the fist. The punch connected with her face knocking her from consciousness, she had been knocked out in the presence of a man. Not a good thing.
