Gunder grunted, he'd been climbing up this damn mountain for hours, and the peak was still rather far up there. It was there that Kaminarishinda was rumored to be, and at this point Gunder didn't doubt the rumors. The mountain was struck by lightening every few minutes, it didn't seem unlikely that the greater thunder demon had taken to living in this place. He huffed and pulled himself up further, it was a damn steep climb, and Gunder wasn't used to the light air. That, combined with his rediculously huge muscles, made it rather difficult for him to get enough oxygen while climbing up the side of the monster mountain.
He signed ad he reached the peak, then had to sit down for a moment, since he was feeling just a little light headed. He got back to his feet and looked around, but all he could see was snow, and a rather dark, forbidding cave. So he walked into the cave of corse. Next instant, he was sliding straight down, and landed with a thud at the bottom of the tunnel. "Ouch!" He whispered feircely, getting up and brushing the snow off himself. He appeared to be in a rather large carvern, god knows how far under the mountain, that really was a long trip. "At least the air is thicker here." He muttered.

Roran stepped slowly over the rocky surface, the path beaten by a million footsteps into the mountain. He turned, his cloak whipping around him just as another thunderbolt struck the mountain, the mountain giving an ominous rumble. Roran glanced upwards, and shrugged. No, he wasn't going to be frightened off by some weak thunderbolts and a loud noise. He was after something special today... The scales from a thunder demon. Not just any thunder demon, but the most powerful thunder demon known to man. He shrugged again, and twirled on the spot, walking back the way he came.
"I'm not alone, it seems..." He muttered to himself, sensing another lifeform beyond the minor demons around. Without a moment's thought, he glared upwards, his eyes glowing yellow under his black fringe, the red highlights in his hair also glowing yellow. There was another rumbling followed closely by a crashing sound. Roran threw his cloak behind his shoulders, still keeping his face mostly concealed, and drew both wakazashis. He had started a rockslide. Thousands of rocks were crashing down the mountain, loosening more rocks that came tumbling after them. Roran shrugged again, and jumped.
He landed on the very first boulder, but didn't stay there for long. If he did, he'd either fall of and probably break some bones, or get crushed and definitely break more bones. No, he sprung off this rock, and jumped to the next. And again. And again. Nothing spectacular until...
Roran flipped, and blasted a very powerful jet of fire at an incoming boulder, and then threw up a shield around himself. The boulder had turned to lava, and rolled off the flames covering Roran, falling down the mountain. Roran spun, and landed on the next boulder. He jumped off this one too, and landed at least twenty meters above where he had triggered the falling rocks. Without even glancing backwards, he set off walking again, his weapons sheathed and his cloak covering his body once more.

He walked through the cavern's slowly, drawing his sword and his axe from across his back. The flamberg and the great axe were no more than a battle axe and a broad sword to him, but it was the best he could do without having weapons custom made, and the current world charged you shit loads of cash to do such a thing. He could see demon tracks ahead, and hear the crackling of lightening demon speech around the corner. He swung around the corner and implanted his axe in the firsts' head, then jabbed his sword through the second, and swung the sword, with the body still on it, through the third. He then removed his sword and axe, and wiped them on the snow that has somehow made its way down there. His head snapped around as he heard someone moaning. It sounded...human, and female. He growled and set off in the direction he'd heard it come from.
Eventually he made his way into a holding cell, where several minor thunder demon's were guarding an elf woman. She was naked, clothed only in the scars and wounds that had been drawn across her body. One look at her send Gunder into a rage, his weapons caused blood to splatter everywhere in the confined space, the thunder demon blood fuzzing and crackling with energy as it splattered across the walls and ceiling, raining down on those below, crackling and sewing chaos with those demons still alive. He swept the few remaining demons aside with a mighty stroke of his axe, then put his weapons down and grabbed the barred door imprisoning the unconsious elf. He ripped it off its hinges and threw it to the side with a bang. He made his was to the elf, and tenderly picked her up off the bed, taking his overlarge shirt off and wrapping it around her, hugging her to his massive chest to warm her. He shrugged, the best thing to do now would be to turn back, and get her to safety, so he shrugged and turned around, and before him stood Kaminarishida, who darted forwards and stole the elf from his arms, and charged further into his layer. "Follow me if you dare, barbarian!" It called mockingly, just as Gunder grabbed his weapons and did just that.

"I am late," Roran said, sounding perfectly unconcerned as he reached the peak of the mountain. Why would he be concerned? In the end, he was after the scales, not the living body. The demon could die for all he cared, just as long as its body was left behind. He shrugged again, stepped into the cave and found himself sliding down on some invisible slide in the darkness. Again, it didn't bother him. As long as he got his scales.
"Hmph." Roran hit the bottom of the chute, apparently oblivious to just how farhe had travelled in those few short seconds. He strode forwards, ignoring his surroundings until he came across a most peculiar sight. A number of dead bodies, each covered in either electric-blue or yellow scales, the walla splattered with what was apparently their blood, and a cell door on the floor. Now the cell door was not his concern, but the demons and the blood was. The scales would undoubtedly aid the scales he would be getting off the major demon, and the blood was a powerful magical component. In a few short minutes, Roran had gathered up some scales and taken the blood off the walls, storing them in his cloak's many pockets.
Roran stopped suddenly when he heard something. "It seems there's a chase..." He said to himself. Without another thought, he went from standing to sprinting, through the cavern.

Gunder caught up with the demon and the elf, and stopped short in surprise. The elf woman was now wearing an all over suit of chainmail armor, as though it were a jumper, and fighting the demon Kaminarishida head to head, though it was hardly an even match. As she was savegly slapped aside, Gunder let out a feirce war cry, ran forwards, and implanted his axe in the demon's back. It roared and spun around to face him, it right arm flying in for a blow. He block it with his own massive arm, and punched the demon full on in the head, with all his considerable strength. It flew backwards a few feet, and landed on its ass, but was back upon its feet in an instant. "You dare strike me barbarian?" It breathed, and as its breath left its chest, it was as lightening, striking Gunder and sending him flying across the cavern in the opposite wall. Gunder climbed down and shook it off, he was to big for an attack like that to cause any serious damage."Come demon!" He called, "Surely you can do better!" The demon charged in, and he stabbed in straight through the gut. He howled, ripped out the sword, and through it away. It flashed across the room and stuck itself in the opposite wall. Gunder, now disarmed, grabbed the demon's massive head, got a grip on its massive horn, and ripped it right off. The demon howled as he shrank by several feet, now no larger than a normal human.
An expression of surprise came across Gunders face. "The horn was the only source of your power?" He asked, surprised that it could be so easy. "Hardly." The demon said, "It was simply the source of my wild energy." It snapped its fingers, and grew back to its origional size. Two glowing electrical swords flashed into its hands, and electrical armor coated its body. "Time to die barbarian!" It hissed vehemently.

"I think not," Roran said, right as a jet of fire (more like a missle than a fireball) shot through the air and collided with the demon. While the fire did no damage, it was not intended to. Clearly, the other, somewhat large person would be able to do more damage than he would, so he, Roran, would serve as a distraction. He saw no point in rushing in headfirst... However...
"How would you care to fight... Molten lava?" Roran asked, raising his hand. Instantly, a huge boulder appeared in the air, right near the roof of the cavern. Roran frowned, and fire circled the boulder, instantly turning it orange, then red, then causing it to melt. Roran released his grip on the lava, sending it plummetting towards the demon.

Auro teleported right next to the barbarian, it took a little out of him, his energy from before still not regenerated properly. He had a massive cleaver in his hands, one he gotten from Yoshimitsu’s grave. He swung hard and the big demon, hoping to cause him great pain.
OOC – Crappppppy.

Gunder was surprised by the appearance of the two, but took advantage of the situation, as it stood. He surged forwards, pinning the demon against the far wall, and shoved its horn right though its mid-section, pinning it to the wall. Kaminarishida howled, then slapped Gunder aside, and ripped its horn out of its stomach, attempting to re-attach the precious piece to his head. Gunder landed by his sword in the stone, and quickly pulled it out of the wall, before charging back into Kaminarishida, swinging it with all his might. Each blow, which the demon defended against, pushed him back farther, cracking the stone behind him as he was slowly hammered into the wall by the massive barbarian's strength.

(Prospective, Yorimasa.)
Yorimasa began his descent from the steep mountains with they're hidden villages. It'd been a long time since any of them had faced the outside world, though they had traveled this far before. He came to the top of Kaminarishinda's mountain, and beheld a sight he thought he'd never see. "Footprints!" He exclaimed, "Leading straight into the mountain! What fool would face Kaminarishinda? The all powerful thunder demon has slain many!" He hesitated, but in the end, it was his duty as a samurai to help whomever had gotten themselves into such a deem mess. He took a deep breath, and decended into the depths of the mountain.
As soon as he landed at the bottom of the chambers, his katana, Shishi-O, was out of its sheath and in his hands. It let out a mighty dragon's roar, that echoed endlessly around the caverns. As Yorimasa walked forwards, and the echo faded away, he could hear the sounds of battle, and electricity crackling through the air. "They do battle with such a beast? It is folly!" He said, "But if they're are warriors of such bravery, I cannot shirk my duty, and I cannot allow myself to be any less." He straitened his shoulders, and ran forwards, following the sounds of battle. He bursted into a room with an unusual scene. Within, a giant barbarian, and swauve man in a cloak, a fair ice prince, and an elven druidess did battle with the mighty Kaminarishinda. He froze for a moment in shock at the strangness of the scene, then shrugged, and charged forward into combat, where-upon a downwards cleave half severed Kaminarishinda's arm.

Roran threw back his cloak, and drew his wakizashis again, a steely look in his eyes. Without another thought, he shot into the fray, moving much faster than any normal human should be able to. He flipped over the demon and fired off a small fireball at its back. However, when it turned, he was gone. Roran threw down a stream of rocks from above the demon, dropped and darted around him again. From here, he threw up a pillar of flames from below the demon, and then quickly retreated. As far as he could see, none of his attacks had done anything. However, the flames must have had some adverse effect on the numerous cuts on the demon. His attacks were doing something after all.
Roran ran back into the fight again. This time, he did not use any of his psynergy-based attacks - he jumped up, and slashed down with his right wakizashi, barely scratching Kaminarishinda's scales. He kicked off the floor behind the demon, and flipped over it. With a quick gesture, flames coated Roran's body. He stepped back, but the flames stayed. A decoy. Roran vanished again, behind the demon who was striking the flames. Roran slashed at the demon's back, scraping off a handful of scales. Roran gathered them and jumped back, firing off another round of flames.

Gwen took in the scene around her, and decided she'd better retreave what was her's before she tried to help these crazy bastards with that monster. She turned and took off down a side passage, and took several more turns to where she knew the armory was, and where she knew her things were stored. She pulled on her bracers, greaves, chain shirt, chest plate, steel boots, and tied her hair back with her silver cord, she didn't need it flowing into her eye's.
Finally, she reverantly picked up Dymondheart, her wooden sword. And though it was wood, it was never the less, extremely sharp. She could feels its life in her hands, and they were one again. Gwen sighed, a long, pleasured sigh. It'd been to long since the weapon had been in her hands. She belted on its sheath, and put it away, though she was quite loath to release it. A quick muttered spell sealed all her armor to her skin with an air tight seal, and she took off back down the corridors to rejoin the battle.

Gunder brought down an overhand cleave with his flamberg, but it simply glanced off the thunder demon's armor. It cut at him, two long strokes. He used his sword to deflect one, and its horn to block the other, though he still reseaved a gash in his huge arm. Blood splattered slowly down his right side, as he brough the sword, in his left hand, through a cross cleave, aimed at the bottom of the demon's skull. The demon raised his half severed arm to block the blow, and Gunder finished the job Yorimasa had started. The demon's severed arm fell to the floor with a dull, wet slap. Concentrated electricity seeping out in a liquid form, to charge the snow under the warriors feet with electricity. While the demon howled, Gunder darted around behind it, and pulled his axe out of its back. He hurled it to the ground, driving all the snow to the edges of the room. "Why don't you die!?"
_______________________________________________________
Yorimasa charged forwards, and quickly darted around within the demons reach. Blows rained down on him, but proved in-effective as he quickly blocked them, and then counter-attacked. He put light gashes all over the demon's body as he forced it back, step by step, once again towards the opposite wall. Unluckily for him however, the demon suddenly regrew its arm, and grabbed Yorimasa by the thraot. "Fuck!" He coughed, then swung his legs up, and kicked it in the throat, hurling himself back wards across the room. The demon coughed, trying to clear his air-ways. Every cough let out a lightening bolt the flew dangerously around the room. Yorimasa barely managed to evade being hit. "Holy! -cough- Shit!" He barked out. "Lightening bolts?!" He darted around behind Gunder, and used his shoulder to launch himself at the demon. His sword lodged itself through the demon's armor, and through the demon's heart. This, however, didn't seem to have much of an effect, as the Demon lifted his arm, and slapped Yorimasa aside.
