OOC- Some spoilers to Revenge.
BIC-
Dear Hector Cruz
Vincent paused and lifted his pen off the paper. How should he word it? There was so much he wanted to say in just one latter. He thought for a moment. Maybe he should wait for the meeting. He lowered the pen, and started writing again.
I don't know if you already know... Or if you really care... But I believe it necessary to tell you. Yoshimitsu is dead. I know you were friends with him, and you have a right to know... He told me of your strength and mastery of fire...
Vincent paused again. He was getting off topic.
That is not why I am writing to you. My name is Vincent Li. I don't know what to say to you. You left Yoshimitsu's life, it seems, and I filled that void.
I wish to battle you. Call it revenge, call it anger, call it whatever you want. I don't care. My reasons are mine and mine alone.
Vincent tossed the pen carelessly over his shoulder. Hector would surely get the letter. Vincent would ask Clen to send it, and Clen always got things to the right people. Vincent stood up and turned, his hands resting on the hilts of his two blades. He turned and waited for Hector, his back to Yoshimitsu's grave.

Hector obtained the message from this Clen fellow(OOC: Sorry, am not familiar with newer-era Elliot RP ^^ and sighed in a disgruntled manner halfway through the letter. He finished up the letter and went up to Vathale and said, "I'm off somewhere. Don't worry, I'll take the Stymphalian Birds with me. I'll be okay." Before Vathale could protest, Hector unsheathed his Tiamat Blade, raised it high in the air, and summoned his faithful crimson dragon. He leaped onto its neck and soared off into the distance. -------- When they approached the graveyard, Tiamat safely landed in a piece of land free of graveyards. Hector slid down Tiamat's tail and brandished his two enormous swords. He walked up behind Vincent and said, "Yoshimitsu left my life, not the other way around. It left a huge hole in my heart when he decided to turn away from me in my time of need. I will accept your battle." He clashed his two swords together, conjuring ominous thunderclouds in the sky almost instantly. Hector banged his swords together again, and made thunder boom and lightning strike the ground. "Ligeia! Eusebios! Come to me now!" From the clouds swooped down two metallic birds that landed at each of his sides. "Attack me with all you've got, Vinny!"

"Hector Cruz," Vincent said, drawing his Buster sword. He gripped the blade, and pulled out another blade, the one he had called Outcast. "I seem to recall... When he was brought back... I was forced into his body... And... No, never mind. I don't care."
Vincent pulled out his other sword. It was a new blade, aquired not log ago. The hilt and part of the blade, the blunt side, were a navy turquoise colour, with an unusual pattern running along the hilt and blade. The rest was just a standard sword. Though it looked extremely heavy, Vincent wielded it easily, as though it was lighter than paper. The rest of the Buster sword lay next to Yoshimitsu's grave.
"Some birds don't scare me, Hector..." Vincent said, raising the tip of Outcast to point at Hector. Vincent focused on his blade. Instantly, a white light shot across it, and an orb of energy formed at the end. Vincent brought the sword back behind his head, and swung it powerfully. His attack launched the energy through the air, like a blade, soaring at Hector.
Vincent wasn't done yet. He stabbed both blades into the ground, and brought his hands together, concentrating on the spot below Hector. With a quick movement, a wave of energy appeared below Hector, pushing him up. As soon as the two attacks met, they would explode powerfully, hopefully catching Hector in the blast. Vincent yanked his two blades out of the ground, and held them in a defensive stance.

OOC- It's been nearly 2 weeks since there was a post here.
Steph. If you don't ever plan on posting again, except for the first post, then don't agree to joining the topic.

OOC: Writer's block and real life all play a part in why I don't post often >.> BIC: "Colorful lights? That's the best you can do?" Hector, even though he was being pushed up bu an energy beam, sighed and swung his sword around casually. The beam was cooking his feet, though, so he had to figure out a way to get off of it, and fast. "I expected so much better from you, Vin. Ligeia! Reflect!" The bird to his left-hand side, which was a glistening silver color and was much leaner and faster than its counterpart, fluttered right in front of Hector, and shielded itself with a wing. The light beam was deflected and sent rocketing into the sky in another direction. "Eusebios, make him pay for his uselessness!" Hector leaped off of the energy beam that was lifting him up and landed cleanly on Eusebios's back. The other bird was a lot more muscular-looking, and was a shiny gold hue. Eusebios dove towards Vincent at lightning speed, extending sharp pieces of golden metal from its wings, and prepared to slice him in a million pieces. OOC: Buster Blade? Come on, you can do SO much better than that.

OOC- Maybe so, but I don't want to.
BIC-
"I'm just getting warmed up," Vincent said, twirling Outcast with his fingers. He grasped the hilt, a wave of fire washing over the blade, leaving a trail of embers as it moved. He spun the blade, and blocked, defending well enough against the incoming bird. He deflected the bird's flight pattern, sending it right past him. As he did so, he fired off a blast of fire at the bird, the fire chasing Hector's summon.
"You don't have the right to call me by anything other than my proper name," Vincent said, spinning to face Hector. He hopped back, stabbing one of his swords into the ground and pulling out the Core blade from the Buster sword, so that he was now armed with Core and Outcast. He looked up and kicked off the ground, shooting into the sky at Hector. He didn't wait until he was in range to attack Hector - with each slash he sent out waves of energy, the waves like swords themselves, cutting through the air. As soon as he was in range, he launched a flurry of slashes and slices.
OOC- Blah.

Hector glanced quickly at the flames trailing him and the summon, and smiled. "I gotta give you props right now, Alex." He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small blue stone, attached to a chain. He grasped it tightly, and whispered something very softly to himself. Hector felt a single drop of water strike the tip of his nose, splattering upon impact. It left a minuscule wet splotch on his nose. The drop was soon accompanied by a monsoon which thoroughly quenched the fire.
As for the energy blades, Hector could not dodge those in time. Blade after blade made deep, bloody gashes in his skin, and the final one knocked him off of Eusebios's back. Luckily, that put him out of Vincent's range again. Unluckily, he plummeted to the ground with no chance of getting back up. Hector weakly set the powerful monsoon attack on Vincent, and closed his eyes tightly. Eventually, crimson flames encircled his body, and Hector triumphantly emerged as Phoenix Angel, his beating wings shimmering with intense flames.
"I didn't want to have to do this...." Hector threw back his arms and charged up a ball of swirling, scorching fire. As soon as it was big and hot enough, he flung it at Vincent as hard as he could.
OOC: Meh :/

Vincent drew his arms across his face and tucked his knees up to his stomach. The rain lashed at him like a thousand tiny needles, pricking his skin. He gave a small grunt of annoyance, and sent out a wave of energy that pushed the water away. However, the energy wasn't enough to stop an incoming fireball. Vincent spun, and a beam of energy blasted from the air in front of him. It caught the fireball, resulting in a huge explosion. Vincent shielded himself with his arms again, and was thrown backwards.
When the smoke cleared, Vincent was hovering, his hair golden. Half of his skin seemed to be ripped away. Vincent winced as his raised his right hand to his chest. Rippled of green light spread from his hand, and the skin seemed to weave itself back together. He moved very slowly at first, as though the skin was still sore. However, he quickly recovered, and shot an icy glare at Hector from underneath his shades, which had somehow escaped any damage.
"Close, but not enough," Vincent said coldly. He casually dropped the Core blade and tightened his grip on Outcast, focusing briefly. Instantly, a number of small, red orbs formed around Hector. They all exploded, much like a number of fireworks. Vincent focused again, and thrust his hands forwards. From them fired a huge beam of electrical energy, at least three meters in diameter. It was big enough to cover all the explosions, and hopefully Hector.
OOC- Bleargh.

OOC: OMG I JUST REALIZED THIS EXISTED LAWL
BIC: Hector was bugged by the small, annoying explosions around him, so he projected a shield of fire around his body. Suddenly he saw the rush of electrical energy heading straight for him. "I very well oughta scorch that smug little smile off of your motherfuckin' face right now." He dropped his control on the flame aura, and focused every ounce of pyrokinetic energy into his hands. His firey irises flickered and lit up, and his hair fluttered with wind that didn't seem to be blowing. His hands and now entire body were engulfed in a tremendous fireball, as he growled in concentration.
"HAVE AT YA!" He let go of the built-up energy and sent it streaking through the air towards Vincent and his energy beam. The fire collided with the electricity to trigger an explosion of indescribable proportions. The area was completely reduced to cinders and ashes, and the resulting shockwave forced Hector to his knees, and the fatigue due to the amount of energy released from his body caused him to transform back to his normal state.
Panting and struggling for breath, he grunted, "I'm....not....done with you...."

OOC: Just bumping this back to the surface, in case it held anything Loogs or El could use in LaDC. After that, I'm guessing I'll just shuffle it off to the graveyard.
