Blood said he got to talk to DJKates, and anyways, Kates is a bit tied up for a while (months). Anyways, Blood and I hashed it out and came up with a few ideas: 1: We "shameless dq" DJK somehow, and move onto the finals. 2: Kaz and El duke it out to kill some time/ give Kaz a shot at the finals, so it isn't all wasted airtime. 3: We just pause the whole affair until whenever Kates gets back.
So, ideas, opinions? Am I missing anythng?

4: Team Rocket crashes the tournament and tries to steal them up some Pokeymanz.

4b: Somebody other than Team Rocket does it, since Team Rocket is hardcore dead (Since PRP is post-GSC, and Alex killed them all off, too.)

My suggestion was half a joke, but in all seriousness, even if it isn't Team Rocket, staging some kind of attack on the tournament is a valid way to gloss over the absences that are making it so hard to finish legitimately. Considering the two most active RPers in the tournament have been eliminated already, this is an option well worth reviewing.

Hmmm... Problem is, my main villains are tied up: A. Cleaning up after Justice! or B. Organizing their groups to take advantage of the mess after Justice.
A one-off COULD, but most likely wouldn't, work.

I wanna say that I object to Kaz still getting to compete.
Also, did DJ say when he'd be back?

Aside from several months, no. Personally I'd say that if Kaz is willing, you go against him and take your time with it. More likely that you could take him on that way.

So what are we going to do? And, if anyone has a way to contact DJKates, they may want to. He said he was going to be back, and he's over his esteimate by a couple months......
Even still, there's whether or not El and I should continue the tornament continue or not. Though, I suppose that that's inbetween the two of us.

El said something about DJKates saying the boards (Or at least the sections he cared about) being too dead to bother a return right now. I say we push to finish Fallfish, since if we do that, I've got plots that BB and DJKates can fit into coming up, as well as anybody else who we have kicking around.

Mk, then I'll try to return to Fallfish quickly. However, that will still b a few days (most likely).
Even still, what of the tourny?

We'll let it sit, I guess. It hardly matters much, in a practical sense, by which I mean specifically for Fallfish's purposes, who won. The important thing is that Dace, Durant and Laksha all met (although we haven't actually written Dace introducing Laksha to Durant, Fallfish established that it happened).
I'm sure it would be important to Durant's character if he won the tournament, but -- no offense to you, Blood -- as driven as he and Taraek are, I don't imagine a rookie and his Grass-type would realistically be likely to overtake veteran Max Milen and his Ice/Flying-type.

No, I agree. They probably wouldn't ,but it's still a challenge.
