It had been a long walk from what he used to call home. His black boots were heavy. His shield-like weapon on his back was heavy. His Cairngormstone light armor was even heavier. His right arm was heavily bleeding, but he didn’t mind. He had a stronger pain in his chest, something a lot heavier than anything he was wearing, very close to his heart. Everything he had ever known and loved was no more, he had no choice but to leave it behind. He was forced to leave it behind.
Galen Wing, a 21 year old man, was walking under the hot sun, with no destination at all. His small village had been cruelly attacked, almost every single one of its inhabitants killed. Almost every one – except him.
Born out of Human father miner, and a Corallian mother, Galen Wing had lived all of his life in a very small mining village, with no more than a number of families you could count with both hands. He never knew the outside world, except for the few travelers and adventurers that came through, or people from the bigger cities. And now, his family was gone, and everyone he ever knew or was friends with.
Galen had been walking for two long days, eating and sleeping nothing at all. He was about to collapse; he had lost a lot of blood and was in no position to be walking anymore. His energy was quickly fading away.
Suddenly, Galen stopped. Several feet away from him, he sensed someone.
“Who’s the…?” he said in a soft voice, just before falling to the ground, unconscious, as his eyes shifted into a darker place than usual.
OOC: Sorry if suck right now, my RP skills are a bit rusty. I hope to get them back in shape later. I’ll post my character bio after a few more posts in this topic. Also, I’ll try to have a drawing of my character by the end of this week.

Prime looked at the fallen traveler with a surprised expression, wondering what the hell he was doing out in the middle of nowhere like this. He hadn't known there were any towns nearby, otherwise he wouldn't have come out here. He shifted his pack on his back, which contained his etheric artifact weapons, and loosened the sword at his belt. A fairly simple longsword he'd picked up a while back, but it'd served him well. He moved carefully forwards, and looked the traveler over. He scowled, finding the man to be in bad shape. He was suffering borderline malnutrition, extreme dehydration, and he'd lost to much blood. "Oooooh, not good." Prime muttered, discarding his pack.
He pulled off his shirt, and tore the bottom half into a long, thick strip. He folded it over, then pulled the armor of the travelers arm, and bound the cut tightly, to stop and further blood loss. "Right, your coming with me." Prime muttered, pulling his pack back on, and fishing out some water. He carefully poured little mourthfuls into the man's mouth, so he wouldn't choke, then stored his stuff, and hauled the man onto his shoulders. "Lets go." He said, walking determinedly forwards, back towards a cave he'd seen earlier, they'd probably be safer and cooler there, out of the harsh sunlight.
OOC: Assume arrivel by unconcious man's awakening.

It was getting late. The sunlight was peeking through the mountains, and it was getting darker by the second.
Galen woke up. 'Where am I?' was his first thought. He felt nauseous, because of all the blood he lost. Then, it came back to him - all of the horrible memories from only two days ago, and Galen shifted to his depression state again. He inspected his arm, noticing that it was now covered in cloth, and it was not bleeding anymore. He inspected everything else he had, to confirm it was still there, especially the pendant he was carrying with him.
Galen sensed the person next to him. "Thanks, good man" he said, with a tone of dignity and sadness. Galen was debating with himself whether he was happy that he was saved, or he would've preferred to die.
Galen turned his head towards the outside of the cave, and asked Prime "What time of the day is it?"

Prime pointed at the slowly darkening sky that could be seen outside of the cave mouth. "I honestly have no idea what kind of time figures you people use on this planet, but I'd say that the day is coming to a swift end." Prime said, then turned to the traveler he'd picked up. "Try not to move so much, you've lost quite a bit of blood. Food and water are first on the list, and then you should be on you way." He said, "I'm afraid you don't want to stick with me for to long. My company has become somewhat dangerous lately." He stretched, cracking his neck. "As far as I know, the nearest town is back the way I came, about 4 days travel. If you keep to the river in the east, you should manage to make it there without dehydrating or starving. Its pretty easy to catch... well, whatever those things are. They look like rabbits with scales and wings. In any case, they're tasty." Prime said. "Oh, my name is Prime. Whats yours?" He asked.

"My name is Galen Wing" he said. Should he tell him his story? Could he be one of them? Galen was feeling uneasy, he just didn't know what to do. However, his terrible memories aside, survival instincts took over him, and he grabbed a piece of the food Prime got for him, and gave it a good bite, chugging it down his throat.
Galen noticed something was wrong with him. He turned his head around, like if searching the area. Prime kept staring at him. Galen stretched his arms forward, waving them in the air. "It doesn't feel right, it doesn't feel the same...". He closed his eyes, and turned his head to the ground, sighing.
"I'm very sorry Prime, but I have a request to ask." Galen said. "I have lost too many blood, and I can't sense things anymore..."
Prime looked at him, and asked "Sense?".
There was a moment of silence. Galen stood up, trying to maintain his balance, and then turned his head towards Prime. "Oh, I'm sorry I didn't tell you before. You see Prime, I'm blind."

"Ah." Prime said shortly. "I don't see that being a problem to be honest with you. I spent a little time blind myself, one has many ways of adapting to such situations." He said, "Though I'm not surprised your finding it hard to center yourself. After loosing all that blood, its not surprising if your balance, sense of smell, taste, or even hearing to be disrupted. Usually I'd say rely on your spirit, but such things are locked in an odd way in this place." Prime said, then saw the puzzled expression on Galen's face. "Oh I'm sorry, I'm afraid I have a much more interesting surprise from you." Prime said, "I'm not from this place. This continent, this world, hell. I'm not even from the same universe, probably a different dimension entirely." He said, "For the moment, my only real concern if finding a way home. I don't understand this place, I don't belong here." He shook his head, then looked at Galen. "I'm sure you understand the feeling, being sightless and stranded in the middle of the desert." Prime said, shrugging. "So, did you lose your sight in an accident, or were you born as you are now?"

"I was born blind. I have been able to learn to "see" shapes, forms and even textures; but I've never had the pleasure of seeing those so called "colors" of yours" Galen said.
Out of this world? Could there be someone really not from Tyr, but further away? Someone from a different "dimension"? Galen was confused, as he had never heard about anything like this. He was having trouble accepting the fact that something like that could even possibly exist.
"Prime, I'm going to be honest with you. I don't believe you. I've "seen" and felt a lot of strange things in my life, but meeting someone who comes from somewhere further than the sky seems to impossible for me to believe" Galen said, scratching his head. As impossible to believe as it seemed, there was an odd smell and feeling about Prime...
"However, if what you say is true, then I guess I must welcome you to Tyr" Galen said, sitting down on a nearby rock. "I know it might be rude to ask - considering I don't believe you, but how did you get here? And how are you planning to get back to your home, wherever that could be?"
