Step right up, ladies and gentlemen, step right up to the Dollar Auction. A misnomer, of course, since we'll not be using pennies but denarii. Still, the 100-Denarii Auction just doesn't have the same ring, does it?
Seems I've got 100 shiny new denarii here. And I'm prepared to give it all away to someone. That's right, no sharing this time around! One lucky player is going to walk away with all the denarii s/he needs to buy that one remaining resurrection and then some.
But what do you have to do to win this prize, you ask? Well! You have to bid a certain number of denarii.
If you post here, write
BID: [x denarii]
where x can’t equal more denarii than you currently have in your inventory. You are, of course, allowed (and expected) to bid multiple times.
At the end of 48 hours, the highest bidder will lose however many denarii they bid, and win the 100 denarii. But – here’s the catch, folks, so listen up – all the other players who entered the auction will lose the highest number of denarii they bid, too.
So! Let’s start the bidding at 1 denarius. 1 denarius? Do I hear 1 denarius?

Andurin loses 5 denarii! Cinders gains 92 denarii!
