Hello, I'm impressed with your community and would like to offer a reciprocal affiliation. Roleplayer Guild ( roleplayerguild.com) is a forum based play-by-post roleplaying community much like the one here except that we launched only a couple weeks ago. However, we're growing very fast already amassing nearing 800 aggregate posts total and gaining on member a day at least. We've almost got 50 members as I post this and attained 40 members within 2 weeks. To get an idea of what exactly we're about, check out these threads for a good insight: - Fistfight! (arena duel) - Morlat Death-March (fantasy quest) - FederalTacticalParanormalNeutralizationSquad (modern/sci-fi based) - Sorcerer's Academy (fantasy) I appreciate the time. To directly contact me, feel free to sign up at Roleplayer Guild and PM "Mahzkrieg", email me at neumadr@gmail.com, or respond to this post (I'll try to check back as timely as I can). Thank you. - Mahzkrieg, RoleplayerGuild.com

Wow, that fistfight was quite entertaining. Not gonna lie. I'll be perusing, you can count on it.
Anyways, just wondering, how'd you hear of / find us?

Probably from our advertising on the proboards support forums, right? I don't have any objections to affiliating. You have a nice and talented set of RPers, and I may even pop in there every now and then to check it out. If I don't hear any others objecting, I'll certainly go and affiliate you with us.

Wow. I appreciate the respectful and kind responses. I actually receive Google Alerts for some roleplay related keywords and you guys happened to come up. Being the guy that strives to keep his finger on the pulse of the ever-changing forum roleplaying industry (haha. right...) I decided to give you guys a look. I'm impressed with your community. What kind of terms do you want on the affiliation? A reciprocal banner placement?

Well, I really have no objections to it, seeing as you seem like a decent guy and my RP side has been itching to get back into it.
Has you a banner we can stick into the affiliates section?

And we all know that a cammels blessing yields reproduction in 3-6 days. Even if there isn't a partner. This might explain the Virgin Birth.

What kind of pixel dimensions were you looking for?

Pixel dimensions? Errr...well, let me think there....everyone, how does 50x100 look?
I'm not really sure what size, I just don't want it to be huge like the FYML banner we have now. =p (Sorry RLRL, but it's friggin' huge)

You see that strange plus sign banned in loogs signature? No larger than that.

50x100 is like the size of my avatar, except on its side. Which is really small.
Actually, my avatar is bigger than that. It's 60x100. So you'll want much larger.
Loog's banner is 300x100. Thank goodness for MeasureIt.

We're really enjoying some nice activity only 4 weeks into the action. I'd like to thank those of you (i.e. Ch00bs and Dragon Lord) that have joined. You've been very polite members and a nice part of our growing community. As for the affiliation, I've given you a button but you haven't given me anything.

yeah, we rock at getting things done. As a not-an-admin, I don't take the responsibility for that.

It seems quite likely that Elliot also joined, although since he didn't specifically say he was from Archie Exie, this might be incorrect (and at any rate, you can't fault Mahz for not categorizing him with us). I'm pretty sure it's Elliot, though. There are several compelling clues.

If it's not him then he has a twin.... Or an Evil Twin....
{EDIT}.... Wait... isn't Elliot the Evil Twin?... hummm

Hey dudes. Been a few months. I stumbled back over here somehow. I honestly can't even remember what I clicked on and BAM, there's that 8000px by 12,000px banner of this homely place. Anyhow, Roleplayer Guild is now at: Threads: 673, Posts: 18,530, Members: 292. It's going pretty good. I hope to catch up to AE someday. What's impressive about AE is that you see all the threads and posts, then you see that there are only 80 members. Close knit communities kick ass. Anyhow, thanks for those of you that joined RPGuild a while back. You played a good part in helping us get off the ground.

Not to mention that a bunch of the 80 members on this forum are actually multi-accounts or dead ones.
And I love how this forum is kinda not getting any activity as of late.

Yeah, banning a spamming ass that nonetheless did a lot of posting didn't help, as does the fact that 'Boom, one of our more active posters, is unable to post currently, and Bulbs and Photu, the backbones of the community, are strangely silent. Oh, and two admins had been too busy with a relationship to post much beyond flirting, and now one of them is gone for a while due to her mother being pretty dang evil and deserving to die (and this is coming from somebody who's rather irate with the daughter, no less.)
So, the Brits have been running the site as of late, pretty much.
