Unlike most days during summer, the sun wasn't out, nor was it a perfect climate for lounging. Instead, the sky was a moody gray, and billions of drops of water fell from the heavens. A storm was building up, not quite arrived, but gathering in breath to blow over the area.
Kisai walked calmly, her clothes completely dry, and spirits similarly protected. padding alongside her, staying strictly to her left by choice, was a black Growlithe. His chest fur was a snow-white, and stripes a deep, navy blue.
Irukae edged in closer for two reasons. One, the path was narrowing as they drew closer to Lilycove City; two, Iru's energy was dwindling from casting such a large Protect. Kisai never slowed in stride as she reached over her shoulder for her satchel. Not wanting to remove it, she felt around the bag, pushing aside objects until her hand closed around a small rectangular device.
She closed the pack by drawing two strings tightly with her fingers, then made use of her other hand. Still striding quickly, she opened up the bright red, electronically map. By pressing a stubborn button, a small catch released, causing the map to pop out energetically. Catching the sliding section of the device, Kisai lowered her eyes to the high-tech screen. Fifteen Light blue, softly glowing dots indicated the Hoenn region's towns, while a much brighter red light revealed Kisai's current location.
When the girl had asked about how hat was possible, Claire had, of course, thumped her soundly on the head before explaining. Supposedly, a small chip in the map was linked to a satellite in space, which detected the map-and therefore the trainer's- location.
At the time, the red dot stated that Kisai was almost to the entrance to the Safari Zone, and close to Lilycove. Clucking her tongue, a seldom-seen sign of consideration, the girl looked down to Iru.
"Well, how much longer can you hold it up, mate?" she asked coolly, as i she was talking to a good friend--which she was.
The Growlithe frowned, then barked a few times.
"Thirty minutes? Better stop off at the Safari Zone then." she informed him before abruptly snapping the device shut.
**
Shortly after, the duo eyed a small dirty building to the right side of the road. After consulting her map, Kisai was sure that it wasn't the Safari Zone entrance, nor was it a listed house. As she stood, curiosity eating at her, she felt a cold splash of water hit her cheek.
She, without hesitation, grabbed Irukae's Pokeball, a painted kaleidoscope of blacks and dark blues. Returning the tired Growlithe in a beam of red light, she darted to the rain-streaked building's sliding door. She heard a whirring battery trying to open the door, and gave it a healthy kick to get it motivated.
Stepping into the building, shaking a few accumulated beads of liquid from her hair, Kisai looked around. The single room was absolutely devoid of...anything. A solitary, ancient machine sat abandoned in a corner, eons of cobwebs piled on it. It was, but of course, a Poke center Healing Machine. Stepping tentatively to the bare-steel mechanism, Kisai fingered Iru's Pokeball.
After a few seconds of indecision, she set the orb on the indicated indention. Watching the ball flicker three times before beeping dully, she plucked up the Pokeball and reattached it to her near-invisible belt.
Unsettled, she had decided to keep Irukae withdrawn for the time being. Walking around the room's boundaries, kicking up patches of dust, Kisai was unperturbed when her boot (now a lighter brown than usual) connected with a small latch. Kneeling down in the dust, she wrapped a hand around the ring, and pulled on it. The ring pulled up along with a few square feet of wood, revealing a basement below.
The hole had no ladder or stairs to descend by, but now that her curiosity had aroused, Kisai saw no problem with simply jumping into the hole. She turned around and dropped through, catching the floor's edge with ease. With the rest of her body in the floor's cavity, Kisai dropped the rest of the way, doing a shoulder-roll as she struck--grass?--a few yards down.
She stood up, entranced. A whole world, it seemed, stretched out in front of her, filled with a rainbow assortment of Eevee and Eevee evolutions.

Chiki, Sparkz, and Zeik walked into the old abandoned pokecenter. "Looks like there isn't anyone home girls." He said to his pokemon, "Pi-pika-pika-pi!" "Oh, you hear something Sparkz?" Sparkz nodded and ran off down a seemingly randomly hallway. Chiki shrugged at Zeik, "Looks like we're following her eh?" Zeik jumped onto his shoulder, and Chiki ran off after Sparkz.
Squinting, Chiki just barely caught sight of Sparkz suddenly disappearing. He had just enough time to wonder what the hell was going on when he fell through a hole in the floor. He landed on his backside with a dull thud, "Ouch!" Zeik cooed her agreement with him. Chiki pulled himself to his feet, dusted himself off, and looked around. "Whoa! Look at all the Eevee!" he cried. Then his eye's drew him to a young lady not a lot younger than he, and he flushed, suddenly unable to speak.

When the boy, a tall youth with spiked gray hair came crashing through from the upper level, Kisai had pivoted with lightning-quick speed, Iru's Pokeball instantly in hand. She had an annoyed, disapproving continence etched on her features. But, for some reason, as soon as she had cast her look down on the apparently older boy, her face had softened as it hadn't done in years. She flushed slightly before remembering where she was. Using it as a type of excuse, she turned away quickly.
One of the many Eevee had detached itself from a frolicking bunch of the small dog-like Pokemon. It was a fiery-red, with a slightly lighter, orange-ish mane. It sniffed Kisai tentatively before sprinting off at breakneck speed across the meadow.
"Great..." the gifted trainer muttered, watching a blue, gray, and purple Eevee each turn to stare at the new-comers.
Ready for a battle, Kisai dropped Iru's ball onto the crisp grass. in a flash of clean white light the Growlithe appeared, eyes narrowed to take in the surroundings. One of the Eevee, an aqua and sky-blue mix, loped up to the other dog-Pokemon, and let out a small welcoming bark.
"Vee!"
"Grr-owl. Lithe--grr." Iru replied before turning to his trainer and nodding firmly.
A small smile played at Kisai's lips as she tucked a strand of hair out of her face.
"Irukae says there's no way that these Eevee would fight." she explained to the clumsy boy.
Before she could venture closer to the Eevee clustered around them, including a few Espeon and Umbreon sparsely scattered, a young, demanding voice halted her.
"How did you get down here?"
The owner of the question was a young-man, around twenty. He had light-brown, flat hair and hazel eyes. His figure was mediocre by all standards, but his eyes had a protective flare in them as he stood in front of Kisai.
Not one that had been a big talker for around seven years, Kisai replied.
"Through an abandoned Poke Center. There was a basement door."
Iru sat at her side, deep blue eyes trained on the man that was yelling at his companion. He barked a singular time, and the man and Growlithe's eyes met. The brown-haired boy sighed and let his shoulders relax ever-so-slightly.
"Fine. I'll go by your Growlithe, who seems to have an extreme bond with you. But what about," he pointed to the young man that made Kisai skittish. ",him?"
Kisai frowned and shrugged, unable to really say anything except for,
"He came in after me."
By now they were the center of attention with navy, azure, lime, forest, crimson, salmon, gray, black, white, yellow, orange, and beige colored Eevee, Espeon, and Umbreon creating a thick circle around them. The fire-red Eevee that had alerted the boy was now staring with intrigue at Kisai, orange eyes gazing intently at the trainer and her Pokemon.
With another sigh of frustration the man stood easy, and gestured for the tall boy to come closer.
When she turned to follow his gesture she felt her cheeks flush slightly, a feeling she associated with sickness, and she faced the Eevee-man again. Better. What's wrong with me? All I saw were blue eyes... she thought irritably, before focusing back on the man, who was now talking.
"That building you saw and went into, is a strange thing. I admit that I saw it one day when I was heading towards Lilycove, and went in to check it out. I, too, noticed a small ring that led to a basement-like place, and went in. When I arrived, I found this same scene, an vast region of Eevee , all different colors. When I walked around i encountered an old man, who was walking about. He asked me how I had arrived, and I told the same thing you did. He stared at me for a minute o' course, then told me, 'that house is an illusion'. I thought the idea was insane, but he explained that only people meant to see it would. Otherwise, there is no house, and no ring, and no basement to get here by. I was, apparently, meant to take the old man's place. He was old, and I had an utter addiction for Eevee. I stayed since then. I don't know where these Eevee came from, nor where the old man came from. All I know is that this is called 'The Secret Eevee Society'. I'm not the only one, mind you. But this is the largest 'Society' in Hoenn."
His voice died down, and he smile weakly under Kisai's thoughtful stare.
"'Secret Eevee Society'..."she murmured. "sounds like...something...my mom talked about."
She touched her jacket symbol and shuddered, letting an official face take over.
"So, you say that we are meant to be here, for some reason or another?" she asked.
The man nodded.
"Well. I'll go with that. Is there anything that I-we could help with?" she stopped. Turning slightly to avoid the boy mostly, she sighed.
"I'm Kisai Kouryuu, glad to help in any way...but I don't think I'm meant to stay here."
The man turned his interrogative look to the blue-eyed boy, waiting for his input and answer.

Chiki scratched his head, things were happening way to bloody fast. "What do you say Sparkz? Zeik? Should we help out?" Two yes' chorused at him. "Well then, I guess we'll be here for a whlie." He said knowingly. He could see the fire in Zeik's eye's, this felt like home to her. "Well" his gaze found the other man, "What exactly can we do down here then?" And while waiting for an answer, he took a look around at all the pokemon, and check to make sure his own were ok, after that fall. Sparkz, of corse, was unharmed. She had a nack for things like that. Zeik had a small bump on her head, but she seemed to be ok. He looked over at the girl again, but she avoided his eye's. He couldn't help but feel a little relieved. His heart was pounding fit to burst, and he was having a lot of trouble keeping the flush out of his cheeks. "I'm Chiki, by the way. And these are my companions, Zeik and Sparkz." He said, hoping his cute little hell raisers might attract the girls attention.

As 'Chiki' agreed to stay around, a small light came up in Kisai's mind.
"There is something important happening that you need us for, isn't there? Else you'd of kicked us right out, right?" she inquired.
The young man smiled slightly, a grim and sad smirk, then nodded.
"You're good at figuring things out Ms...?"
"Kouryuu. Kisai Kouryuu."
Recognition--Kisai's worst enemy--dawned on the man's face and his eyes ticked down to her jacket.
"Of course, -"he began, gesturing to the small insignia.
"Yes, I know who I am. What is there that could go wrong here? The ways of getting in are seemingly fool-proof." the trainer snapped, anxious to avoid never-ending questions.
All the time, the flame-colored Eevee's fiery eyes grew round with amazement. Dark red ears cocked forward to listen better. The neat-haired man didn't seem taken aback in the least. Instead he nodded in mutual agreement and shifted his weight to one foot.
"I'm Evin Recouy. Ms. Kouryuu, Chiki, if you are anxious to get on with it, follow me."
He pivoted in the lush grass, and set off forward and slightly to the left. Noting this, Kisai checked her multi-tasking Pokegear watch.
"Southeast..." she muttered to herself.
Iru and Kisai noticed at the same time when the grass was no longer nice and even. There stood a thick white line cutting through the meadow, and shortly after they had passed it, the terrain went wild. In some patches, the terrain was nothing but ashen dirt, with scorched shrubs standing weakly. Other places were marsh like, with mucky brown water flooding over. The last parts seemed normal enough, except for where giant trenches dug through the ground, and fallen trees loitered the grass.
"This," the man--his voice quavering boyishly--whispered.
When she looked around, Iru standing protectively next to her, Kisai could assume what it was.
"Rogue Stone-Evolutions?" she pondered to herself.
The boy caught it though and voiced his opinion.
"I only wish. In fact, only three Pokemon live in this area, and they are Eevee evolutions...I think. I witnessed one attacking only once, and then I only survived by running. the three that prowl this area are a combination. Each one can be a Flareon, Jolteon, or Vaporeon at will. Their defenses are therefore tripled. How they learned such vicious attacks is beyond me, since none of the Eevee here has fighting knowledge. Even more perturbing is what happened to them. We don't even have Evolution stones here, much less anything that could cause mutations. "
Kisai was similarly stumped.
"Have you investigated very far into this area?" she asked.
"no. By the time I noticed anything wrong, the Pokemon were to aggressive. I do know that if you go far enough there's some sort of mountain...at least, it comes up on my radar."
Nodding thoughtfully, Kisai turned reluctantly to Chiki.
"So, team up or split up? We might need joined forces to take down a trinity-type Eevee." she explained softly, then admitted,
"I'd rather not be fighting with Iru when one went Vaporeon-mode. Maybe we could rotate depending on types?"
This being the most she had said to him--and it being business talk--Kisai was looking he tall, blue eyed, foggy haired boy in the face. She switched her view to his Pokemon, and felt the usual fondness.
"Heyla, you two." she said politely, the touch of charm in her voice that was known to let Pokemon know that she was a friend.

Chiki nodded, "Yeah, we should stick togeather. This is some seriously weird stuff. I've never heard of rogue pokemon combinations like this, and I'm pretty sure it isn't natural." He turned to Evin, "I'm thinking someone other than the three of us knows this place is here. We should be bloody careful if we don't want to get fried to a crisp." He tried to keep his cheeks from buring, and continued avoiding looking at Kisai.
"Come on" he said, heading off into the marshland area, "Might as well start somewhere eh Kisai?" A fog came up around him, and he looked swiftly around. "Oh hell, looks like I've lost my back-up. Stay sharp girls!" He looked around, but he was having quite some difficulty seeing anything. "Right girls, spread out a bit, don't want to make an easy target for anything." His pokemon jumped a ways off to his right and left side respectivily, and waited. Chiki listened, then, far off in the distance, "Ditto!" He gave a start, surprised. "A ditto?" He said, confused, just as a water gun hit him from behind and smashed him into the ground.

Kisai watched the boy's retreating back, accompanied by his two Pokemon, as she mulled over possibilities. Iru kept close to her side, his wet nose raised in the air. By the time she had come out of her trance, he had faded into the mist. Cursing quietly, she set off after him, ignoring the uncomfortable sensation of soggy-muck swallowing up her boots.
"Iru, get up here." she called.
The dog-Pokemon leaped onto her shoulders, front paws perched carefully on her head. Kisai squinted ahead into the dense fog, stroking the black Growlithe's head in distraction. She didn't have to tell him to be prepared to launch a Protect; the watery surroundings was warning enough.
"What could make an Eevee that could use the powers of all three Elemental stones?" she asked no one in particular.
A slight wispy noise alerted her senses, and she stiffened.
"I suppose subjection to all three stones under certain conditions could do it...but I'd think it's something simpler. Maybe a-"
Without warning a vicious blast of water exploded out of the mist, and Iru barely managed to construct a barrier of light green. Her last word, 'Ditto' echoed loudly as she had shouted it, and the trainer leaped backwards--somehow--through the march, dodging yet another shotgun of water.
Silently as practiced, Irukae was gone from her shoulders, and in front of a Vaporeon. The specimen was a delicate shade of violet, reminding Kisai that it had once been a normal member of the Eevee Society.
Iru instantly began attacking, hoping to render the Pokemon unconscious before it could hit him with a deadly Water Gun. His dark body grew crimson with heat, and vibrant tendrils of flame began to surround him. The Encircling embers grew larger as his fur leaped with fire, and the Vaporeon was taken off guard when the puppy-Pokemon suddenly charged. It rammed into the water-dog aggressively, the heat channeling rapidly from fire-type to water-type. The perfectly executed Overheat sent the Vaporeon reeling, and Iru stumbled backwards. His tongue lolled wearily from his mouth as the raging attack took its toll.
The Vaporeon didn't return, but immediately afterwards, the duo heard a faint cry as someone was knocked to the ground.
Lifting Iru into her arms, the quick-responding trainer ran toward the sound, unaware that she had company behind her in the form of a fan-boy red Eevee.
"Chiki, watch yourself, it's not going to stay in Vaporeon-form when it sees that Pikachu!" she called, boots splashing murky brown water onto her legs.

( Sorry it took me so long to post. I wanted to make a new charrie, but couldn’t decide how to go about it. ^^ I’m going with a cliche, but meh, it works for me. )
Leviticus had been silently stalking the young teenage girl, for some time now. For a good ten minutes, he had been waiting for the opportune moment to relieve her of her items and cash.
The growlithe didn’t look like it could put up much of a fight, but he wasn’t sure what other pokemon she had with her.
Drip....
A refreshing raindrop splattered against his cheek, momentarily taking his mind away from the young beauty that casually traveled alongside her pokemon companion, seemingly unaware of her stalker’s presence.
What began as a light sprinkle, soon became a downpour, as memories rained down upon the young man. It was as if he was caught in the storms brewing with, as his mind played back events long-past.
Snapping out of his dramatic ‘flash-back’, he noticed the girl was out of sight.
“Argh, what is wrong with me lately. How do I expect to get any food if I can’t keep up with my prey.”
Leviticus continued forward, at a more hastened pace, lecturing himself as he searched for the girl he had lost sight of.
Stopping suddenly, Lev turned on his heels and instinctively concealed himself with the branches of an oak tree. His attention turned upon the boy of roughly equivalent age. There wasn’t anything particularly intriguing about this boy, but it was the building he was entering, that had caught Leviticus’s interest.
Though Leviticus hadn’t traveled this area very often, after moving away from Fortree a few years back, he couldn’t place that building. Though there was a chance that the building could have been constructed in his absence, the exterior showed that this particular place had to be at least fifty years old.
If that were not strange enough, it felt to Leviticus, as if it were calling to him. Some unimaginable force was pulling him towards it, and without even thinking about hopping out from his perch, he found himself at the doorway.
Intrigued beyond comprehension, Leviticus pried around, until coming to the conclusion that it was an old PokeCenter.
“There is something very suspicious about this place... Ah, what’ve we here?”
The gaping hole in the floor naturally caught the eye of Leviticus. Obviously, the young man he had been following had opened the basement entrance for some reason or another. His interest at an all time high, Leviticus hesitated only momentarily before hopping down.
Landing rather softly, he took a look around, only to be amazed at what he saw. It was so illogical, yet so magnificent, that Lev found himself lost within this realm of fantasy, only to be butted back into reality as his ears picked up on the middle of a conversation. Being without invitation, Lev dove out of the way, into the rather tall grass, as the eevees frolicked around and the conversation continued.
The peculiar trio consisted of both the girl he was stalking, and the boy that led him here. The third seemed a bit older than the others, and was more-so adjusted to this environment. Their conversation interested Leviticus quite a bit, as he felt himself repeating the older man’s statements to himself.
“There is no house.. No ring.. No basement...”
Leviticus continued talking to himself as the trio left to pursue some objective or another.
“Only people meant to see it would... Only people meant to come here, can come... Hmmm...”
Forgetting stealth, Leviticus pushed himself to his feet, as he followed after the trio, now wanting more specific answers, as opposed to riddles and mysteries.((( Sorry for the crappy quality and erm.. time-consuming lack of details... If that makes sense. =/ Yeah, I thought I may have been onto something, but then got bored of it half-way through, so it came out all 'blah'. Anyhoo, post Yagei! )))

OOC- Gar. *fake anger* Kisai woulda noticed you, ya know...but I see no other way you could've gotten in...oh well. Wh ydo all of my female characters never last? I'm already working on a boy trainer...AND I'm a GIRL!!! Agh! Truthfully, I'm crazy to know how you found the picture ^^ Did you make it, or find a pic. that matched your charrie?
BIC-
Kisai skidded to a complete stop suddenly, feeling out of place. Quickly she noticed that Iru was dead-still, nose in the air.
"Hm?"
The Growlithe barked shortly before lurching into the direction they had started from. Kisai followed silently, ready for a battle. The puppy-Pokemon lead her to the edge of a wild patch of tall grass, growling as flames began to lick around him. Kisai narrowed her eyes momentarily before making out a young man, around seventeen or eighteen, running towards them. With instant realization, she felt herself remember back to when she had been traveling. Hadn' there been an odd feeling a few minutes before she saw the PokeCenter?
Suspiscion overtook the trainer, and she braced herself. A thief? Bandit? Or someone that just had been behind her?
"Iru, careful." she muttered darkly.
The boy looked like he had grown up rough, but she had been trained to handle all kinds of emotions, from herself and others. Just because someone had a harder time than herself didn't mean they were stronger. If anything, they might underestimate a girl like her.
A small, battle-induced grin spread to her face. She met the boy in the middle of the field, an emotionless face put on.
"Yes?" she asked coolly.
She hated to leave Chiki with a mutant-Eevee on his own, but a thief in the Eevee haven would be bad as well.
OOC-Sucky, I know...I feel angry at mehself for not having cool charries at the moment ^^

(( short post, I should have went to bed by now. Lo ciento ))
Leviticus came to a halt as the girl stood before him in a rather threatening manner. His lust for power, nearly overwhelmed him. He wanted to show this little wench exactly who she was dealing with, but needed to take pre-caution in such an abnormal and mysterious place.
With a taunting sneer he replied, “ Listen, little girl. I’m sure you feel threatened, and in need to act tough right about now. And believe me, it would give me great pleasure in showing you first-hand, exactly what a true trainer is capable of. Unfortunately for me, I haven’t the time to play with you.”
He squinted his eyes, and lowered his brow before continuing, “It was brought to my attention that we all have a purpose for being here. I am sure that yours isn’t as insignificant as being taught a lesson by me. Though I’m not sure exactly what role I am to play, I feel that I need to investigate this matter further.”
Before giving her a chance to reply, Leviticus casually tossed a pokeball, revealing a houndour that acted as if it were listening to the entire conversation. A smirk crossed the young man’s face as he calmly raised his arm, and pointed directly at the teenage trainer. His eyes could be seen narrowing in a menacing way, just before the houndour blocked out view of the trainer.
The ferocious hell hound sprinted directly towards Kisai, as he drooled in anticipation. The creature seemed to lust for battle even more-so than his trainer did.
Within a moment, Damian had leapt beyond Kisai, barely avoiding her to the left, only to sink his teeth into the violet vaporeon. The houndour managed to bite the poor aquatic pup at the neck, forcing it to the ground in a grand display of violence.
Unexpectedly, the odd little eevee evolution shook the houndour off, blasting it with a powerful spray of water. Though vaporeon seemed to have been little damage, compared to the dark Damian, as the houndour landed with a thud on his side, next to his trainer.
It would appear that this battle would be even more of a challenge than Leviticus had hoped.
