Okay, here we just suggest things that we think other boardmembers would like. -Book: Killobyte by Piers Anthony: Prime: It's like a western take on .Hack with quite a few fun ideas to play with. It predates the .Hack series by a decade, so it's somewhat dated, but it's a good page turner. -Game: Layoff: Pohatu: Dark humor, informative, a certain gloomy cuteness and an atmosphere strangely reminiscent of GSC? I think that the Photu would enjoy it a lot. tiltfactor.org/layoff/play.htmlAnybody else have suggestions?

-Manga: Parasyte: BB, BloodWolf: Great series. A bit dated, since it's like over a decade old now, but it touches upon a lot of great themes. Good horror, good action, and excellent characterization.

-Manga: RECAST and Elemental Gelade: Anyone who likes Manga =P: Two epic Manga series, Elemental Gelade is especially cool because tokyopop has it in traditional manga style (Right to left). Well worth a read.

Speaking of stalking: Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei: Anybody, but especially Clicker and Blood. It's like Negma, if instead of superpowers, the characters had severe psychological issues, and instead of naughty bits, they had a bizarre bald guy's head.
It's better than it sounds.

2666 - Roberto Bolano: everyone, especially the pretentious (Photato?). Someone read it and prepare for discussion.

or we could just carry it on here but I really want potatoh to read it without ruining it for him
I tend to get really involved with novels. Especially really long ones. Daniel Deronda was sooooo heartcrushing.
