OOC: Since we have all this whispering... I figured I would make a voice lol.
BIC:
The entire world was in a disrupture due to religions foreshadowing of the Apocalypse. It seems as if most of the world was switching to the religion they deemed most fit to go to salvation. Ke'ala snickered at the thought, her gods would protect her as long as she served, willfully and strong. The gods had sent Ke'ala out on a mission to the western lands of Japan, well, west to the hawaiians, to search for the surge of power. "The Japanese..." Ke'ala said in her native tongue, "seem to always be getting this huge amount of power, for such short people they don't seem to be so threatning" chuckling to herself, she made an obvious crack meaning now harm. She patiently observed a very strange culture, much different from her own. She wasn't used to being such a "busy" place, where she comes from, its mostly family oriented gatherings, and pretty much everyone knows everyone. She walked down the busy street, and the eyes of many people examined her clothing, but seemed to be inpressed rather than disturbed. Leave it to the strange fashion sense of the Japanese. Heh. she thought to herself. She passed a traditional martial arts school, or dojo. Such dedication to violence... She turned around and felt a presence, not that of a human... What was that... who is that... is this... A million thoughts ran through her mind at once, a cold chill running up the spine of the fine warrior. She peered through the crowd of people, and nothing was there, nothing. "Maybe. Just paranoia" she stammered.

"Just paranoia, hmmm?" A young man with dark blonde hair said curiously, leaning in to examine her as he walked along. It seemed he was equally out of place, a well-tanned youth in athletic clothes in the middle of a bunch of people attired well for the various occasions they were headed too or from. Judging by the boy's saunter and seemingly overconfident bearings, he probably was an American.
"Paranoia about what? If something is on your mind, it's best to deal with it straight up." The individual flashed a winning smile. "That's why I'm here. Had an urge for sushi this morning, so I popped across the ocean there and here I am now."

"Just like you Americans to waste your money on such petty self indulgences," Ke'ala said strongly. "I have not come here for suishi, there is plenty of that where I came from," she paused looking around the crowded city. "I'm here seeking a dark force, which apparently is indescribable. The gods forbid me to know his and/or her appearence," shaking her head in disappointment, "they informed me that when I were to see this evil presence I would know."
Ke'ala looked at the man, and he didn't seem to be of any harm, in fact not a challenge at all. She extended a hand, "My name is Ke'ala, I come from the island Ni'i'hau." Pausing for a moment, "I have heard that the Japanese seem to have great surges in power. The other day I heard that they were attacked by a giant lizard... I don't recall the name though."

"Not that wasteful..." He began to say, but was cut off by her explanation. He listened carefully, chewing on his lip as she described her situation.
"Something there seems kinda fishy to me, pardon the pun." He thought for a moment. "So, you're one of the people with powers, I'm guessing... Shoulda known. Every time I go across the international dateline, I get roped into one of these situations." He smiled ruefully, and extended his hand in response.
"Name's Mark Keegan, adventurer, of the town of Dettham. Already saved the world once, well, not exactly THIS world, per se, but you know. An Earth is an Earth." He shrugged. "I'll help you out if you need anything. This whole Dark God thing is kinda sketchy, but I'm up for it."
"And I don't know about the giant lizard thing, either. It could had one of those really cool Japanese names, or some totally gay name, like Elliot, or something." Mark's eyes went upwards in thought, going back to chewing slowly on his lower lip.

OOC: Whats the power level of this topic? Low, medium, or high? A 'Dark God' can still be a wuss I think. Once you tell me I'll decide which character I can fit in here. Though I'm thinking Ryuu and Aya, or Shinryuu would be the best fits.

"Elliot doesn't sound too threatening for a giant lizard... There's no mention of God in that name..."
The voice was chilling. It wasn't entirely clear why, it seemed pleasent enough, but there was a sinister undertone to it. A quiet voice speaking perfectly politely, leaving a brief pause at the end of an utterance. Whoever the voice belong to must not have been a normal person. And that wasn't too far off the mark.
Sai Koro was stood, wearing an unusual outfit, near to Keegan. His hair was normal enough, a light blonde colour, but uncontrollably messy, falling just short of his eyes. However, his eyes had vivd purple-black marks under them, as though he had been awake for several years. On his top, he wore a thick, heavy-looking dark grey coat that stretched down to his knees, fastened up the front and with a number of pockets. Around his neck was a black scarf. On his legs, he wore tight black trousers of a perculiar material, that were tucked inside his combat boots.
"I'd think Godzelliot would be more sinister..." He continued. "An introduction... My name is Sai Koro..."

A polite cough came from above the small group, and they looked up to see a young man with green dragon's eyes looking down at them. "Godzilla actually." He said, "More of a monster than a god, but no normal person could stand up to it in any case." The young man was dressed as if he was on the edge of the desert, a light green vest over a chainmesh sleeveless shirt, and loose pants. A giant Scimitar was slung across his back, the kind one generally associated with beheading.
It had been deeply stained with blood, to the extent that its recent polishing only brought out the color. "I'm Shinryuu of the Heartsbane clan. We're evil hunters, and I must say that this 'dark god' you speak of sounds evil." He slid off the edge of the ledge he was sitting on, and landed lightly about 5 feet away from them. "I'd like to assist you, if you aren't opposed to my company." He said, smiling.

"I'm not opposed to people accompanying, but I am not responsible for your death, if you choose to follow." Ke'ala brought her spear around examining the blade of the weapon. "Death can be so quick, and so painless, yet so just when the mass feels that it is the right thing to do." Looking at the crowd of people that she attracted, "What is evil? People who have a completely different set of goals, but evil is a necessity." She paused for a moment, putting the sheath of her spear back on the blade and slinging it over her back, "Evil is a necessity, and should not be out of balance. Same goes for the good side of things."
"I have been sent out here by the gods, they have instructed me to find the evil that is going to knock the balance of life, well... off balance. My lead brought me here to Japan." Ke'ala paused again, her english not as good as others, "So, basically, I am wandering the city of Japan, waiting for a sign of evil... I kick the hell out of it, and find out if it is what I am looking for. Lackey's their will be many, but at least the fighting will be fun," Ke'ala said smiling.
"So," She said to the group, "You guys sense anything at all?"

"How about that?" Shinryuu asked, pointing at the sky in the distance. Black tentacles of energy were slowly reaching up to the sky, writhing about in odd patterns. "Would that be a clue then?" He asked.
Far distant, in a small park near the center of town, Rob was sitting cross legged on a rock in the middle of a small stream. His claw weapons were set aside for the moment, and his hands were together in his lap, forming an odd seal. He was concentrating, channeling Reikages power through his body and outwards. As a result, dark energy spread across the rock, and then slowly high into the sky.
It twisted slowly, like a tornado in slow motion. A dark aura surrounded him, casting shade on those close to the river. Several families were picknicking, he'd actually been doing this in routine long enough that it bothered no one. Dojo's sometimes took advantage of the shade he produced to spar in a clear, cool area outdoors.
It was such today, more than ten people with blunt steel swords and light to heavy japanese armor were fighting each other, striving constantly to master their opponents. Rob smiled faintly as he heard the steel being repeatedly crashed against itself. Familiar sounds were less common than he would've liked, in his new world.

"Lets go!" Ke'ala said digging her weapon in the ground, propelling herself into the air. Nearing the side of the building she twisted her body and manipulated the momentum to the bottom of her feet, extending her jump even further. She landed with a soft thud on top of the roof of a Japanese home, "There," she said quietly noting the appearance of the black energy emanating from the park near by.
Ke'ala hopped another Japanese roof, and landed softly in the middle of the group that appeared to be fighting, she removed the sheath to her spear, exposing a beautifully made blade. "You there, are you what I am searching for!" She took a fighting stance fully prepared to enter into batte, "Come..." she said quietly readying for an attack.

"Hey, I'm not dead yet, and I've fought more monsters than you could shake an ugly stick at. Not that many of them could look any worse, but..." Mark noticed the rest of the group around him almost instantly charging off, and sighed. "Ehhh... screw it." He disappeared with a green flash, reappearing at the scene of the mock battle. He surveyed the scene, mulled it over for a moment, and then turned away.
He walked over to the nearest tree, and leaned against it, dripping with nonchalance. If somebody were to approach him for a fight, he'd correct their errors, but as he was, he'd be fine just unwinding for a bit before they were to be drawn into the predicted conflict.

Rob glanced over at the woman, "Donno." He said dismissively, and went back to meditating. Black tendrils of energy swirled through the tree's, gripping them and leaving odd dark patterns behind. Shinryuu looked the guy over, then shook his head, and looked at his companions.
"I donno what to make of him. The energy seems willful and a bit sinister, but not outright evil. And the patterns he's leaving aren't destructive or even remotely harmful to the tree's." He scratched his head, looking around at the clearing. "Plus, look. Those people all seemed to be used to him being there. Those martial artists? They're standing in some kind of artificial shade aren't they?" He asked curiously, then shrugged. "I don't know, what do you make of this?"

Ke'ala twirled her spear and sheathed the blade, "Strange," she said, "I could've sworn I sensed some eminating power of evil here, but his seems to be dark energy, not an evil at that." Ke'ala scratched the side of her head, and peered around to the others, "Does anyone have any answers to this riddle?"

"I've got a friend or two that can manipulate shadows, and they're not evil. A bit nuts, well, yeah, but not evil." Mark said, walking back towards the group.
"Darkness and light don't have to be bad and good. I've fought some people that mainly used light for their attacks, and they were bordering on a Charles-Manson style case of evil. Since everybody's afraid of the dark, and afraid of evil, we just kinda mix the two."
"Of course, I've never studied how stuff like that works around here, and it's been years since I've seen said people, so I may just be blowing a bunch of smoke up your-" Mark paused, cutting off the remark and letting it ride.

Ke'ala thought for a moment, her eyes darting back and forth across the park grounds, "No, I wasn't talking to the guy with the shadow-like tendrils, I can sense something else, something... that is closer to us..."
Ke'ala raised her right arm flames swirling and licking the air around her. She faced her palm towards the ground, and a swirling spear like flame entered the ground, after bubbling underneath the surface for a few moments it shot forward, and located a target... the earth exploded upwards, people running and screaming, in fear that another giant monster was going to attack the city. Ke'ala squinted, for some reason she could see something in the midst of the flames.

A black orb, its edges tinted red, rose from the earth. It swallowed the fire and magma that licked at it, as it steadily rose higher into the air. The choking scent of brimstone and sulphur clogged the air. Two great black and red wings opened from within the black orb. As they did, the orb was flung away like a sticky mess of goo. Inside was a man wearing hellish, living armor. Made of fused bone and dragon scale, the black and red armor clung to his figure tightly.
Adorning his head was a helmet with three great horns, curving back behind his hand, and thirteen eye's, the largest in the center, stared at his attackers. A longsword, four feet long with a double handed grip, gun at his waist. On his other arm was a triangular buckler, covering the back of his hand and his elbow. He sighed, his helmet actually started humming at an uncomfortable decible. But that was directed outwards, it didn't bother him inside of the helmet.
The goo that had once made up the orb started to collect into several smaller orbs, which then fell to the ground. The red and black sludge slowly shaped and hardened itself into four foot long, four legged, dragonlike creatures. They were armored similar to their master, their teeth a shining silver, and their eye's a maddened orange. One of them coughed out a cloud of black fire. "Kill them." The man said, then turned and flew away at breakneck speeds.
The minidragons launched forward on their masters order.

"Oh? Really? Nice entrance there." Mark said, scratching at his neck as the menace took form. "If you can fight as well as you act flashy, I might need to actually try."
"Anyways, it's time for me to prove that I'm not just some slacker Yank to these people. Sooo..." He snapped his fingers, a golden hilted sabre appearing in his right hand. A charge of electricity crackled along its length, seemingly lingering at the tip. One of the dragons turned to face him, its attention caught by the flashing.
"Hey, buddy," Mark said cordially, and vanished in a web of crackling power. He reappeared behind the beast, static dancing around him as he stepped out of thin air. He met it in the back with a massive slash, a surge of electricity passing into the monster at the point of contact. "Hey, buddy."
The dragon shrugged off the blow, grunting slightly, and then snapped its tail at the young man. Mark jumped up, leaping off of the striking limb, and brought his sword to bear. Putting his full weight into a stab, he plummeted towards the base of his target's neck.
"And now, the trick!" Mark shouted, a kinetic blast striking the beast from below. With the increased force throwing the reptile upwards to meet him, Mark stabbed straight through the spine. The blade exitted at the throat, a strange, magmalike blood oozing around it.
"One dow-" The creature bucked, hurling Mark like a toy. He stopped falling about ten feet above the ground, and shifted to a standing position without actually changing his location. The creature turned to regard its foe, hatred blazing in its murky eyes.
"Nevermind. We've got a feisty one here," Mark sighed, extending his right hand. The palm took on an ominous glow, an opaque haze surrounding it. The monster regurgitated a burst of the obsidian flame, the air sizzling around it as the attacfk streaked towards Mark.
"Not too smart, even if you are tough." Mark said, moving to extend his hand. The attack struck him in the stomach, passing through without resistance.
"Because, I'm-" Mark faded away, his true location revealed to be hovering mere inches above his foe. He seized the sword, and the accumulated energy from earlier shot through the weapon. There was a deafening bang as a bolt of lightning blew the dragon's head of, tearing into the body as well.
"Onto the next one, I think." Mark muttered, dismissing the charred remains with a flick of his weapon.

A faint gurgling behind him alerted Mark to something odd about his foe. To everyone's accumulated horror, the wound at the odd dragons neck had closed. And split, into two necks. The two necks slowly grew out and regenerated into two heads. The creature, before a mindless animal, now understood the sarcastic elements of a 'smile', and it smiled grimly at mark.
"Well," Shinryuu said, "That would be bad I think. And, unlike with Hercules, I don't think we're going to stop these hydra with a mere torch to the wound. I doubt they even need blood." He took his giant sword from his back, and held it in a two handed grip. One of the newborn hydra things decided to take a bite at him, and a clean swipe of his blade bisected its upper and lower head, cutting down the neck all the way to the body.
The hydra made a faint gurgling sound, and then even Shinryuu's creative counter became a conduit for two new heads. "Anyone have any suggestions?" He asked, as he stepped on one of the heads as it snapped at him, and jumped over the other before it took a hunk out of his thigh. "I don't think these things have hearts, maybe we should try to evaporate them?" He cut under a Hydra, and shrugged at the others.

One charged Ke'ala and she shoved her spear through the dragon, it snapped its spine and exited out the back. With some inhuman super strength she lifted the dragon and slammed it back into the ground, bones inside the dragon snapping and joints popping out of place. She brought her foot back, and kicked the dragon who's body seemed mangled, snapping the lower jaw out of place giving its head a deformed look.
Ke'ala pulled out her spear, blood spattering everywhere.
The dragon tried to stand up, its joints and most bones displaced it was an exertion just to move. It let out a low roar as it tried to snap up Ke'ala, even though all of its joints were rendered useless.
Ke'ala lifted her hand, flames swirling around it again, and engulfed the dragon, a vocal roar of pain could be heard now, it was more a loud gurgling, and was quite horrifying. "Die, you bastards"

Suddenly, the flame around the dragon disappeared. Now, standing in front of Ke'ala, was a red dragon with black accents and smooth skin. It grinned at her, and burst into flames. Other dragons around the square were doing similar, devouring concrete and appliances alike. From a generic energy, they became a many color landscape of confusing appearance.
Those who'd eaten rock or concrete became like tanks, huge and heavy, with plating covering and defending them from attacks. A dragon which had eaten a fridge had become an icy blue color, with black accents, and covered itself in a crystal blue armor of clear ice. A dragon which had eaten a microwave had sprouted vicious spikes, electricity darting in between them. The microwave energy it let off began turning things around it into molten lava.
Still others had become sleek, semi mechanical gas breathers, having eaten cars or motorcycles. One moved insanely fast around the square, and then at a maddening crawl, for which the clock embedded in its forehead could be clearly seen.
"Well, I think we may have an issue here." Shinryuu said, brandishing his blade. He pushed off the ground, sailing in a smooth, twisting ark over one of the behemoth dragons. He made two strikes with his giant sword, and was repelled twice in a shower of sparks and stone. "Yep, issues. We're going to need something that hits a little heavier." Shinryuu said, looking to his companions for some idea's."
"I'll fight," Rob said, standing up. The black energy had withdrawn inside of him, and he had a three bladed claw on each hand. They were quite thick, and nearly a foot long. "I'll clean up the behemoths, before they destroy my nice little neighborhood. I suggest the three of you clear up the smaller ones. Incineration or disintigration would probably be the best means of destruction."
With those last words, he shed his calm demeanor. He howled with sudden rage, his face contorted beyond any sane expression. He became a blur, nearly disappearing from sight, and smote the side of one of the great behemoth dragons. It stumbled, but overall the small weapons on his hands had little effect. Until one noticed the darkness roiling from the wound Rob had inflicted.
Rock slowly broke off around it, then gray goo oozed out. The darkness chased and consumed it, and left naught but dust from the 'blood' that oozed from the behemoth. Slowly, its form dissolved, leaving a faint gray dust in its passing. Rob howled in viseral satisfaction, and dove into the next behemoth, the blades on his hands making steady, if slow, progress with the monsters.
"Handy weapon to have, that." Shinryuu said, pondering the ease with which the man destroyed the giant dragons. "Must have something to do with their composition, they have issues 'holding themselves together' being magical constructs." He shrugged, "You guys have any idea's? I don't have any regents, so I can't perform any magic more complex than a fireball at the moment."

OOC: ? BIC: "Oh, wow. Wasn't really expecting them to do this, but it makes things more-" Mark turned, a glob of acid streaking by him within a hair's breadth, "Interesting." He turned, facing his assailant. The creature had black, flaky scales, with a row of red along its back. Electricity seemed to crackle in its eyes, and venom dripped from its snaggled yellow teeth. Marked sighed, and then rushed at the creature, brandishing his blade. It leaned back, opened its jaws, and then proceeded to spew a stream of acid interlaced with needles of a dull metallic sheen at him. Mark slashed, a streamer of wind trailing behind his blade. The sword itself was nowhere near its target, but the wave of air caught the attack and shoved it back in the monster's face. "Yeah, don't do it to other people if you don't like it yourself," Mark teleported, and reappeared in the air above its boxy head. He plummeted like a stone, and slammed into the base of the creature's neck with both feet. The dragon slammed facefirst into the pavement, its scales shattering with the impact and the rest of its body flying skywards. Another movement from Mark made a stone ridge shoot up from the pavement. Mark shifted his balance, and surfed the scales of the creature's back until he was right above its hindquarters. Four nearby cars rose from their spot on the ground as Mark redirected the pull of gravity on them into his foe. "And that's it!" Mark dropped to his knees, and the dragon fell upon the razor sharp ridge. Instead of being cut open, it cracked like an eggshell, acid and sludge draining out of its body and seeping across the ground. Mark threw a punch to the base of its spine, and the force of it hammered the creature's outer shell in half. "Go ahead, try to get back up. I don't think you'll do very well."

NAIC: indeed.
Also, I agree about Mark and Terrian seeming like a potentially great duo. Not that I intend on crashing this topic, mind you. Terrian has about as much business fighting dragons as he has piloting mechs.
