I spent hours working on the website today. The results are pages for the Exodus Rundown and the house sytem, as well as quite a bit of other stuff. I'd just announce this update on the website's main page, but it occurs to me that some of you are not even going to know what the website is and ought to have a look at it. Here it is.I'd really like to be not one of only two people working on it besides Bulbs, so I wonder if anyone else would like to volunteer to contribute? Anything in particular you think deserves to be on there? It's still very raw and mostly everything you see there is unfinished.

Thanks, Photu. I've been browsing through the House section, and find it to be marvelous, and the Mafia roles section, though not totally complete as of yet, is still very nice in the depths of the comparisons.

Yeah, I'm going to update the Mafia section to acknowledge Mafia IV's completion tomorrow. In the meantime, I've been having fun writing up little blurbs for the Mafia V roles you've announced.
secretly the mafia section is my pride and joy

1) We need an "About" section
2) I'd help, but I'm lazy. Expect occasional contributions on... occasion...
3) I know I have more finished RPs than "Dark Materials"

So does this mean the whole exodus is going to be moving from here to there soon?

No, it's just a main page that links to the forums.

Choobs, about the forum or the members? And I know you have more finished RPs than that, but those are the only ones I've finished so far. Believe me, it's tough work. Took me -- two, three hours? -- just to proofread, edit, and post the rest of "The Return."
Lonewolf, absolutely not! This is a message board. That website is not a message board. It's just a supplement, shall we say, that includes (or will include) a ton of information all presented nice and tidy for easy reference.

Was the Prime vs. Zeb proof editted? I may need to fix it up. And what happened to that RP where Drakengrad fell?
And I should finish chords... Probably Saturday night or Sunday. If not, you guys can all take my EP and spend it on lapdances from Rupert.
Also, as said, the Mafia section is gorgeous, if slightly out of date. Like a 1920's business suit and original run tommy gun.

I volunteer Lee to write the About section. Once he finishes Chords, mind you. And continues Triannual. I don't think the About section should be high on his priority list, is what I'm saying, but it should be there.
Yeah, Prime vs. Zebedee has been edited to the best of my ability. Nothing in the RP Exhibit is otherwise.
Hmm... gorgeous... 1920s... tommy gun... That reminds me of something I've been meaning to do on the Exodus... "Mister Pohatufan1's Webcomic of the Day Week."
I should try to put that together.

Looking forward to seeing Town Under Glass hit the site. Any guesses on when you'll have it ready?

>DOUBLE POST<
K, I think I have finally discovered a way to fully customize the way the main page looks. I am gonna do a test to determine if it works and if it does we will be in business. We'll just need one of our artists to bust out a background image and maybe some buttons to navigate the pages, and such.

>TRIPLE POST<
Alright so it does look like I can completely customize the main page. I'll have to read up on CSS though unless someone already knows it.
I think it kinda blows that I can use HTML in the paragraphs but when it comes to the overall site they use something completely foreign. Bah!

K, so our old template was not CSS enabled so I changed it to one that is. The new template is more geared to the whole Island theme of the the Archipelago and fits a bit better with the default theme for the forums.
Tell me what you guys think.

NOO
I liked our old one a lot more. This one gives narrow room for text and I don't approve of that. I'll have to go back in and reformat the SSB Archie Exie tables and...
Bah humbug! I liked the previous one.

If you can fix the margins, I prefer this one. But as is, it's murdering a few things on there.

I approve of this new design. The margins are perfect for text.
If possible, just allow for some way to adjust margins if you need to place tables and pictures and such.
