Kamuy went SSJ2, and met the first guard with several blows to the head, though he did get a staff shoved into his stomach, he completely disreguarded it. Grabing the guard by the head, he hurled him at another guand, and shot a concentration of ki energy after him, which engulfed them both in a large explosion. The next guard punched Kamuy twice in the head, before he could react, blocking a few of the other punches and kicks, then teleporting behind the guard and hitting him hard in the back of the neck, severing his spinal cord.
The next guard was very rude, swinging at him with a large sword, of a type Kamuy didn't recognize. He kept having the teleport out of the way, the guard was bloody fast. Finally, he managed to catch the guards arm, and shoved a fistful of energy into his face, which set off in a rather spectacular explosion, and showered a few of the nearer people with blood and bits of brain. He threw the body at a passing guard, who seemed to be after one of the others, before turning a throwing several ki blasts into a few other guards, knocking them over or alternately making large wholes in them. "You little shit! You can't fight fair!?"
He concentrated, bringing a great deal of his energy into his hands, the air around him shaking and crackling with his power. The charged force in the air kept the guards at bay while he focused entirely on Dran. "Die you son of a bitch!" He yelled, releashing the energy, blowing out an entire side of the building.

Dran stepped forward, past the guards that were apparently preparing to fight Clen. He glared at one, and raised his left hand. The guards nodded and all of them stepped a fair bit back, not wanting to get caught by any blasts. Clen's grip adjusted on his sword, so that he could wield it much easier.
"So, you are Vincent's friend?" Dran asked, with a small smirk on his face. "Maybe," Clen said. "What's it to you?"
Dran jumped back, the crystals on his arms glowing. He made a sweeping motion with his arms, and a great number of needle-like bolts shot at Clen. Clen reacted instinctively, quickly stepping out of the way, the bolts hitting the bars of Vincent's cage instead. Clen turned to check on Vincent, who gave an urgent look. Clen, without looking, jumped out of the way of another attack.
"You're better than I thought," Dran commented, a sword forming in his hand. It was an interesting looking sword. The hilt and part of the blade, a murky turquoise colour, with an intricate pattern on it. It looked heavy, but not nearly as heavy as Vincent's Buster Sword. Clen raised his sword, and assumed a defensive stance. Dran jumped forward, launching a vertical slash at Clen, who sidestepped and brought his elbow crashing down on Dran's arm. Clen quickly withdrew his arm, swearing. Those crystals were a lot harder than they looked.
Clen hopped back, sword raised again. Dran launched another attack, a stabbing movement. Clen sidestepped, but caught Dran's sword in between the two blades of his sword. He twisted the sword, ripping it out of Dran's hands. It promptly dislodged itself from Clen's sword, and landed near Vincet. Dran, however was on his next attack. He had started firing off the needle-like attack again. Clen looked up, and jumped out of the way. Dran fired off another lot. Clen jumped, but as he did, another round of needles caught him by surprise.
Time seemed to stop for Vincent. It went so slowly, he saw every little bit of it. The surprise attack, the needles, all of them, cut through Clen's clothes, through his skin, and shot right through his back. It was then that Vincent's anger and fury took over.
A ring of fire formed around him, and shot into the sky, spiralling around him. The bars melted, and disappeared into the ground. Vincent ran over to Clen, and crouched, holding his friend. It was too late, he was gone. Vincent's eyes changed, his pupils growing larger, forming a slit instead of a circle. His hair changed, golden to silver. The flames around him, dancing, turning black. Vincent stood up, and glared at Dran. The flames converged on him, forming a glowing aura. Dran laughed.
"This is the best you can do?" He mocked. Vincent snapped. He ran at Dran, and launched a punch unlike any other. All of his hate, his rage, all his power, condensed into one attack. He caught Dran's jaw in an uppercut-punch, knocking him back to the other end of the room. Dran dragged himself to his feet, and clicked his fingers. A bolt of energy smashed right into Vincent, throwing him back, knocking him out completely.
"That was a mistake," a guard said, stepping to the middle of the room. "Oh? Are you going to join them? Become a traitor?" Dran said. "I was never on your side," the guard said, his guard's uniform melting away to reveal his true identity. His long, aqua-blue hair fell neatly around his shoulders. His aqua blue top matching his hair, half-concealed by his short, black jacket, which matched his jeans and his shoes. He held a kunai in one hand, an orb of water in the other.
"Oh? Alex? You would stand against me too?" Dran said curiously. "Why wouldn't I?" Alex replied. Dran walked forwards to meet him. "Well then, shall we start?" Dran suggested.
Alex backhanded Dran, hitting the side of his head. Dran staggered to the side, but recovered quickly, launching a swipe at Alex. It caught Alex's shoulder, sending him spinning. However, Alex used this momentum to launch another attack, spinning and crashing his hand into the other side of Dran's head. Dran staggered back, once again recovering, and brought his hands together, the gems glowing.
Alex started making intricate patterns with his hands, making the same four shapes over and over, muttering something incoherent. A wave of energy shot at Alex, launched by Dran, who gave a triumphant smirk. However, a wall of water formed in front of Alex. The wave of energy sent the water everywhere, but did nothing to Alex, who had a determined look on his face.
"You've improved," Dran commented. "You haven't," Alex said. These words echoed the words spoken not that long ago, when Vincent and Yoshimitsu fought. Dran smirked, and a different sword formed in his hand, a double-bladed katana. Alex swiftly pulled a scroll out from his pocket. It unravelled itself easily. Alex forced his finger through the scroll, and cut directly down the middle. Instantly, a number of animals, bears, foxes, wolves, panthers, appeared from apparently nowehere, and grabbed Dran however they could, either sinking their teeth into his armour, or (in the case of the bears) just grabbing him.
Alex brought his hands in front of him, as he gathered energy. What appeared to be a disc of electricity formed underneath him, and the energy flowed into his hands. Alex looked up, as the energy transfered into his kunai, and aimed for Dran. He ran, moving quickly right at Dran, getting ready to launch his attack. As soon as he was close enough, he brought the kunai stabbing through the air, and into Dran's armour.
The effect was immediate. The electricity flowed over him, disrupting his armour and causng the crystals to fizzle out and fall off him armour. The electricity flowed into him, burning him, electrocuting him. Dran dropped to the ground, seemingly dead. Alex never took chances. A spearhead made of ice, razor sharp, formed in front of him. He pointed it down, and it rammed into his throat, cutting straight through it.
"All of you!" Alex yelled as he turned. "Get out! NOW! This place wont last much longer!"
Alex ran down the hall, stopping at Vincent. He pushed his palms together, and closed his eyes, concentrating. Instantly, a layer of water formed over Vincent, Clen and Dran's sword. They vanished, fading away. Alex nodded, they'd turn up back home. However, he had missed something - the Masamune hit the floor with a loud 'clank'. Alex turned and nodded. Time to be leaving. He held his palms together again, and vanished.
OOC- If you want to still post the fights, go ahead. Sorry about jumping ahead a little.

"You heard him, out everyone!" Foxy roared, still locked in a tussle with one guard. Slowly she backed away towards the bulk of the guards, trying to distract them for a moment. A shining blade was swung towards her again, taking advantage of her momentary withdrawl. Bending over backwards, she converted her blade into whip form, and with a flick of the wrist captured the guard's blade. Giving it a tug, she pulled it towards her. The guard held on determinedly, but even as he did so, the other whip was out and wrapped around his foot, sending him sprawling. He lost the control of the blade, which flew behind Foxy, narrowly missing another guard. She promptly buried the once-more-hardened blade into the fallen guard's body, before continuing to back into the midst of the guards.
She had their attention all right. She held several gazes for as long as she could, buying a few more seconds even as the place was slowly counting down. In the back of her mind she kept track of Vincent, knowing his relative position as they disappeared. Two guards decided to attack her at once. Foxy did not resist, but instead swivelled on her foot. Swing. Pivot. Slash. Duck. A step, a twist, a turn of the head. The guards could not hit her. Foxy found she could tell their attacks from their footwork. Left foot step, pointed left. Bend backwards, feign coming up, back again avoiding the second swing. Vertical swing, drop, roll, back on feet. Swivel ninety, watch blade pass. Jump.
More guards. Tougher now. Suddenly releasing a roar, she fired a burst of wind outwards, emanating from her body. The guards staggered back, blocking their faces and turning their heads from the fierce gusts. The wind stopped as suddenly as it had started. The guards roared in anger, and charged. There was a clatter of metal and many confused voices as several guards ran into each other, some burying swords into unfortunate others. Foxy was not there.

Kamuy grabbed the forgotten Masamune, and blew out another side of the building. Flying out and towards the gateway to his demension with the blade in one hand, hair still golden, and eye's still a feirce green. He stopped at the gateway, and reached out with his saijin energy, forcing the gate open agian. Determined to hold it open as long as he could, he waited for the others. The cells in his body slowly ruptering as his energy was expended holding open the massive intrademensional portal.

Helen had failed to do much to any of the guards, only managing to slap one with the flat of her sword as they charged by to the saiyan, and then ducking the evade another that had came after her. A quick slash nicked the passing warrior, barely even leaving a mark on them as they blew by Helen.
She looked to the portal, and readied herself. With a burst of strength, she dove for the portal, and passed through it, following the lead of the rest of the group.

An endless black corridor, no windows, no doors. Vincent staggered down it as though drunk, even though his mind was crystal clear. Onwards he walked, with no aim, no idea where he was going. He looked around, but as he did so the walls changed to the purest white, untainted and unmarked. Vincent turned, and saw a hazy figure.
"Who... Who's there?" He said, sounding rather weak. "You've forgotten me already, huh?" A familiar voice called back. "...Yoshimitsu?" Vincent said disbelievingly. "Oh, you do remember? Well, even so..." The voice said. "Your time's not up yet, though. Time to go back."
Vincent felt a hand touch his arm softly, and everything started to fade. He looked directly in front of him, and saw Yoshimitsu. "You still have things to do, Vince," Yoshimitsu said, as darkness covered his body slowly.
A tear rolled down Vincent's face.
"Don't go..." He said weakly. Then, everything was black.
"Don't bother waiting for anything!" Alex yelled, turning his head slightly. A jet of water shot from nowhere, cutting through the air and smashing into Kamuy with an incredible force. With any luck, the attack would knock him into the portal. "Damnit," Alex muttered to himself. "No need to hold the portal, it'll fade anyway and I can make my own way out, thanks..."
The guards, it seemed, did not want anyone to leave. Alex spread his arms out to either side, creating a wall of ice in front of him. It was at least two meters thick, and froze anything stood within two meters of Alex's front. Without waiting to see if anyone was trying to break through, he turned and ran. He pulled a small vial out of his pocket, and popped off the lid, pouring the contents behind him as he did. It was a very powerful substance that melted through nearly anything, and spread through nearly any substance as it did so. Behind Alex, there was a huge gap in the floor which was slowly growing. There was no way they could be followed now, he hoped.
"Time to get up, Vincent," Alex said as he approached the portal. Vincent was sat up with his head bowed, but he was clearly awake. Vincent stood up and looked at Alex with fire in his eyes.
"You knew this would happen," he said. While his voice was quiet, it showed anger and hate with every word. Alex shrugged. "I made no attempts to change what would happen," Alex said. "Why?" Vincent demanded, still very quiet. "I spoke with Clen beforehand, and told him what I believed would happen," Alex said calmly. "He understood what would happen and why. He understood that is was not right to mess with this particular path."
"Why?" Vincent said again. "I do not believe it wise to tell you," Alex said, sounding as calm as ever.
It was then that Vincent lost control. His hair flashed not into yellow, not into silver, but into red with black highlights. Anger and hatred flowed through every particle of his body. A burning aura formed around him.
"No, just shut up," Vincent said, his voice booming even though he was speaking barely above a whisper. "I don't care about destiny or chosen paths or anything. I've lost the two people most important to me, and you're talking about keeping things secrets and not telling me what you think's 'unwise'."
"You want to fight me, hmm?" Alex said, twirling a kunai. Vincent said nothing. However, his action spoke for itself - within seconds the buster sword, all of it, was cutting through the air. Alex threw up his kunai, gripping it tightly and placing his other hand along the blade to give it extra support. Vincent's attack met Alex's defense, creating a massive shockwave. Vincent jumped back, pulling out another blade. It was like the Outcast blade but instead of a handle in the side, there was a circular hole in the blunt end of the blade. Vincent grabbed the blade, spinning it expertly. Alex shrugged again.
"You can rage at me all you want," Alex said. "It wont change anything." "I don't want it to!" Vincent yelled angrily. "I want you gone!" "Is that really what you feel?" Alex queried.
For an answer, Vincent brought the new blade swinging round like the world's most deadly fan. Alex aimed his right palm at Vincent, and a blade of ice shot from it, stopping Vincent's attack. Vincent smashed the ice with the buster sword, displaying impressive strength. Alex hopped back, now stood on the very edge of the cliff. Vincent lunged at Alex, smashing the buster sword down. Alex jumped, dodging the blade. He landed on the sword and kicked Vincent, a short sharp kick. Vincent was thrown backwards, but not too far. Alex grabbed the front of Vincent's top, and lifted him into the air.
"Listen to me!" He snapped. "I'm not supposed to be here at all, I was never supposed to show my face again! And if you had known, what would you have done? Tried to save Clen, but Dran would have killed you! I only intervened to stop that, but by doing so I've risked everything! You wont have seen this, but I used a number of skills when I fought Dran. None of them should have worked, my powers would only stay active as long as no one knew who I was."
"Alex... You think... You though I... I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR POWERS!"
"But without them, you wouldn't be here! Don't you understand? Clen died for you, he died so you might live!" Alex shouted back, throwing Vincent over the rock. Vincent swore as he landed. Alex, however, had had just about enough. He grabbed Vincent again, and launched him powerfully right into the portal. He followed Vincent, holding Clen's lifeless body.
*****
Vincent stabbed his sword into the ground. There was another grave, standing next to Yoshimitsu's. This one said:
Clen The Selfless Hero
Alex folded his arms and leant against the entrance, frowning. "One by one, they all fall down," Vincent said, stabbing his second sword into the ground, Dran's sword. "No one left to protect you now, Vincent Li," Alex said. "Never needed protecting in the first place," Vincent retorted. "Oh, I doubt that," Alex said, smirking. Vincent turned and glared.
"Think back, you've always had someone protecting you. Yisimentsu, for example. And the time Clen went ahead of you to chase him," Alex said. "How did you-?" "It's my job to know," Alex said.
Vincent turned, yanking his swords out of the ground and slipping them into their holders. He walked past Alex, and was about to set off when he heard Alex's voice again. "I'll be there," he said. "I'll protect you."
Vincent shot off into the sky. Alex watched, and saw a single tear fall into the ground.

Kamuy watched the two silently, he saw no point in interveigning now. He flexed the hand in which he had once help the Masamune, gone now, passed on to someone in more need of it than himself. He looked at Clen's grave, seeing the aura of a hero who'd never had his chance begin the fade away, and wondering what it was all for, in the end.

OOC: FIREWORKS! First successfully finished topic completely on the new boards! (if you count continuations, Prime has you beaten. ) BIC: Helen stood at the grave, her usual vibrant colors replaced by a somber, nightlike shade of purple. No hat was on her head, a veil instead obscuring her face. She had not know Clen very well at all, but she felt that because she had been present at his death, she owed it to him. "Upon hero's tomb, I cast a bloom." Helen's veil dissolved, and thousands of flowers appeared upon the grave. They all drooped groundwards, blooms in shades of blue, mourning with the heroes. Helen gave a single nod to the grave, and then turned and walked away.
