Clearly we can't kill off Zebedee - that event in and of itself would require at least four complete threads, each several dozen pages long. Zebedee's death would be roughly the length of a half-complete Britannica collection.
I mean, seriously, choobs would never know how it happened.

Lee: Zebedee because I can't recall the last time I even read a post with him in it. Probably because there was not enough room in your brain for this. That post is almost 2 years old. I can't remember what I had for lunch.

Mia Hernandez, Big Boss of the Monarchs. Huge bitch who loves her some good mayhem. Has 3 tailored suits, 5 custom gowns, 7 pairs of >$200 jeans, at least 12 gold rings/bracelets/earrings, 6 silver, and 46 steel. Probably has superhuman strength, or at least works out a lot, or both. Her tramp stamp is a fairy.
She probably will not debut.

Personally, I have far too many characters that are staying as far away from this place as possible for the sake of their sanity/due to a complete mismatch to the universe here.
But of the characters I created for this place, the only one I haven't used yet is Evelyn - and she'll get her debut soon, probably.

As for characters I have that haven't been revealed on the Exodus, I have several. Some I won't mention because they'd be plot spoilers.
There's one girl, her name escapes me, who is part of my ever-growing bunch of cult-related people.
I have a dryad, who never will appear here, who as my first character to gain her own will. Her name was Xera and when I originally wrote her she was designed to be a helpful cheery guide through a forest. Somehow, in about 5 lines time, she became a manipulative cunning woman who had captured the party, shoved wood into a male member of the group and infused it with magic that would have caused it to bore through him and stab him in the heart (the piece of wood was in his hand). Then she turned the party into slaves, held them as prisoner, and nearly raped the same male character, while starving a female one nearly to death.
It sounds like I made her horribly over powered, but I didn't. She... I... I don't know how the devil she became that. I really have no idea how it happened. One moment, sweet and nice, the next the coldest and most manipulative character I can recall writing. The thing is, she chose to be that way. She wrote herself into it.
Guys... I kinda want to bring this character back now...

As for who I'd kill off in somebody else's cast? Tough question. Huckabee and Williams are too obviously flirting with death to die, and most characters, it would ruin their plot arc.
I'd have to go with Lucas, because I would love to see a plot involving Scar and Lucas fighting through the abyss to bring him back to the world of the living. Then again, that's assuming that Lucas would even let dieing slow him down in the slightest.
Otherwise? From a "Meh, just kill it" perspective, I'm leaning towards Alex. No offense to Elliot, but the character has never compelled me. Everybody else in his cast are individuals I actively seek out writing about, because they honestly intrigue me. In a fun, adventurous group, Alex stands apart as somebody who just kinda plot devices things up without really feeling like part of a cohesive whole.
From a "That Could Be a Good Plot", I'd be interested in seeing a Pokemon die, and the trainer's reaction to it. Could be an incredibly touching plot. Not sure who it would work for; maybe Yoshimitsu or another established trainer. The Fallfish kids are too young to pull it off.
Another plot that would be fun is some villain (hinthint, Choobles) realizing that they're starting to die, and going out in a massive blaze of destructive glory. Not like Light and Darkness Collide, but instead just looking to leave some sort of mark on the world by way of some rampage, a last attempt to leave behind some PROOF that they lived.
My unused Cast: Didn't N!Qweba: A young girl, or what appears to be a young girl, who seemingly knows everybody in ORP despite them never having met her. Debuting in Shadowplay, which has been waiting on my RP embargo.
There's the Reality Bandits, who I won't say more about, but they're a pretty fun group that were in the story Mackenzie and I wrote. Perak was the original template from which Nopcsa was derived; the key difference being that Perak was the most powerful character revealed in the story, and thusly could afford to play around with everybody like they were toys.
There's a lot of other characters I've yet to use on the Exodus, mostly because their universe hasn't taken off. Nora Wills, Ginevra Caterling, etc. from APCARP have yet to get any movement, and Temperance Brogue is waiting for FRP to come to life. Parsimony Atlee is waiting on Summoner Style moving, where she'll take on a fairly unique role.
ALL: If there was one RP you could've JOINED back in the day, which one would you have picked?
For me, very clearly Luxury Airship Ride. I wanted in so bad, but never really had a chance. I was earnestly considering having a post with Thyra wandering through wondering what the hullabaloo was at the very end of the topic. I think had she turned up early on in there, she would have a much stronger RP presence as a whole today.

ALL: Assume that you're forced to choose one major character from somebody else's cast to be killed off. Who would you choose? In all seriousness though: Lee: I'd probably pick off Tsubota because he seems the most ineffectual of your cast. Sure I've seen him and I like him but... I haven't really seen him do much. Pohatu: Out of everyone, I'd probably pick Williams because it'd create massive tension in Ecruteak regarding the police force. Loogs: Vathale, purely because she seems to be there and do nothing. Bulbs: Mia, for similar reasons to Williams - I'd like to see what it did to Rick. 90/Biscuit: Any number of small minor characters just because.

EVERYONE: Do you have a character that you've never used on the Exodus? Who are they? What are they like? TELL ME EVERYTHING The "never used on the Exodus" wording makes it sound like this is a character that is fully fledged elsewhere, but that we never intend to use on the forum, a character who will remain divorced from "the RP" forever, and I don't have any of those. But I've had a few ideas for characters here that never saw the light of day. Mostly Frederick Arkwright, the steampunk space captain Prime wouldn't let me get away with (probably rightly), and there was definitely this Algerian Jewish woman with involuntary time-travelling powers that I was going to use to revive long-dead RPs willy-nilly before deciding that was an awful idea, and then I'm pretty sure when I was really new to RPing I had an idea for a set of characters based on commedia dell'arte archetypes but that was also a no go. Let's turn the popular question inside-out. LEE: You are dead. Fortunately, you've bequeathed all your RP characters to other members of the Exodus, in a footnote to your last will and testament that really baffled the undertaker. (The undertaker is also in charge of the will stuff, right? Man, I am just the king of knowing things.) Who did you give to whom? Please be advised that any character you failed to mention in the will is going to disappear from the collective human consciousness forever. Also... Temperance Brogue is waiting for FRP to come to life. LEE: WTF?

EVERYONE: Do you have a character that you've never used on the Exodus? Who are they? What are they like? TELL ME EVERYTHING I have a couple that I haven't used yet (Pohatu and Stel know the most about them I think) and at least one I haven't used here. My PRP character on 'charms, Kirabi Yaka. He's 21, a pokemon trainer in the loosest sense of the word. A timid, mild-mannered and very quiet guy who doesn't like battling because he doesn't like to see his friends get hurt. He will battle sometimes, if catching a new pokemon but on the whole doesn't enjoy it. His current team is a Marill, a Meditite and a Lillipup. He's also gay (my only fully homosexual character) and has very little luck in the romantic field. His parents are obscenely rich, but are often called away on business. He comes from Four Island, and has met Lorelei sometimes. His parents are fairly rich, but business kept them away from home often resulting in Kirabi being raised primarily by a nanny. When he decided he wanted to venture out into the world, his parents gave him several debit and credit cards in case he needed money for any reason and arranged passage to Unova for him. So far, he's met Yoshimitsu and several 'charms characters including Sem, Rein, Kate and Ceilidh.

Pohatu, Blood: Assume somebody enters a (canon, serious) RP in the ORP boards with a talking, vividly colored pony as their character. What is your reaction, both as a writer and a staff member?
Pohatu: A small linguistics aside: It occurred to me today, while writing, that most punctuation marks are somewhat inefficient in the English language. They arrive at the end of a sentence, which means that some questions and exclamations tend to sneak up the reader. Are there some languages or styles of writing out there where this is inverted, so that a reader can intuit from the very start of a sentence what manner purpose it holds?

I'll admit, I'm not going to like it at all as a writer, unless someone makes an RP specifically devoted to that kind of thing. To me it'll just seem like a MLP rip and I'll have a hard time taking it seriously, or enjoying it. If I'm in the RP, I'll accept it. Unless it goes against the requirements (such as Haven's Heroes, or some other such RP), I won't make a big deal out of it, but I will not like it. When it comes to writing, my character may not act with that character all that much, though I won't ignore it completely.
As to the staff part of that question... I don't get what being a staff member has to do with it. If someone was to join an RP that has restrictions against that kind of character, then I'll leave it to the host to decide what they want done. If the person persists and the rest of the group is ignoring them, then I may ask the host if they'd like me to delete the other person's posts, that's it. I may not like the character, but I'm not going to abuse my power deleting it, or the person's posts, we don't make a practice of banning characters just because we don't like them. Is... is that what you want? Again, I'm not quite sure what being a staff member has to do with the character you're proposing.
In brief; I may not like what you're doing, but I'll defend to the death your right to do it.

I realize that the question was directed at Pohatu, but I'm going to answer anyways. I'm pretty sure the Spanish language (yuck) puts marks at both the beginning and the end of the sentence. Also, Necronian does somn similar where there are characters used with certain words to indicate whether it would be a question, statement, or exclamation, while also using certain punctuation.

i feel like most english sentences are back loaded in terms of tone, and the presence of something like "what" or "are" or "how" at the beginning of a sentence pretty clearly shows that the following is going to be a question 90% of the time.

Lee only said "some questions" sneak up on the reader. "Little Billy fell down the well and broke his neck?" sneaks up. "What's that, Lassie?" pretty obviously doesn't, but Lee didn't say all or even most questions do.

I'd hand over Rhys to Pohatu but I don't feel like Rhys has been differentiated enough from Terrian yet. Pohatu would just slick his hair back and be done with it, and that's unacceptable. The hair, I mean.
I'd give Sarosin to kuroboom because kuroboom writes a mean sociopath.

I'd give Sarosin to kuroboom because kuroboom writes a mean sociopath. Is there any other kind of sociopath? I'd give Didn't to Pohatu, or Natalie to Elliot. Either one could do some solid stuff with the character, and a friendly timetraveler (for Pohatu) and a savage asskicker (for Elliot) could both quite nicely fill holes in their cast.

Question A: I'd probably hand over Elliot to SM89 so that he could do Past Whitefall without having to wait for forever and a day on me.
Question B: Good golly... I have no bloody clue. Part of me wants to say Dace for similar reasons to why I'd give Elliot up, but Lee is still too necessary to cut him out by taking his character. I think I'll go with Max Milen (DJKates). I was never pleased that I couldn't finish my battle against him in the Beginner's Cup and I'd kinda like to do that.
