A hooded figure stood surveying the city, it now engulfed in flames making it look like a real living hell, the screams added to that affect. The figures blue eyes shone from beneath his hood, his brown cloak blew fiercely in the wind that seemed to generate around him. He sighed; he had been gone for quite along time, training and all that.
But it was still the same old world, demons, villains, thugs, everything bad still terrorising the world, the world that he was once sent to protect. That order was void now, and yet he still helped. Aurora had indeed grown attached to the world, and it had only intensified when he was bound with half of his best friend Prime. He couldn’t run anymore, he was going to stay and fight this time, even if it killed him.
Aurora reached into his cloak swinging out his short sword, he had become partial to these weapons of late, light and easy to handle and they sounded call if you swung them fast enough. He stepped forward the air absorbing him as he was transported to a tree, overlooking the city. He had sensed a presence here, something not so evil.
“Strange is it not?” Aurora said, “That even when you are sometimes so scared, you can’t run away you stay and fight instead.” He chuckled as he turned and looked towards Enma.

The dashing, attractive young man flung the metal door closed behind him and ran up the stairs, two at a time. There was a groaning crash as the door he had just come through was knocked off its hinges. That was when he decided to run up the stairs three at a time instead.
The creature was in the stairwell.
It looked like a ram, but its front hooves were talons, and the sharp face of a hawk glared out between those two deadly spiral horns. Didn't have wings, which was something to be grateful for. These were all observations the young man had made much earlier, of course. Right now he was more interested in watching the stairs hurtle by underneath him.
He came to the roof level. He opened the door.
Shit. The sky had not looked like that when he'd entered the building.
No time to dwell on that. Just run. He dashed across the rooftop, jumping over crates and barrels as he did so. The ram-hawk had made it to the roof too, and charged directly through the aforementioned crates and barrels without hesitation.
The young man came to the edge of the rooftop. Six stories below, the tattered ground of Tokyo waited for him. And somehow a fire had just broken out on the third floor. That's that, then.
The young man jumped.
The ram-hawk jumped after him.
* * *
"To me!"
Quite suddenly, the young man disappeared.
The ram-hawk failed to disappear, however.
At the end of its trajectory, it smashed into the cement below and lay still, encircled by its own sickly purple blood.
The young man was standing on the street, not far from its corpse. Standing next to him was another young man who looked completely identical to him.
"Thanks," said the second man. "Now let's take our leave, shall we?"
"With pleasure," said the first man, who then stepped directly into the point where the second man was standing.
Terrian Brogue ran down that street and out of the city, as the office building collapsed in flames behind him. There were two figures sitting in a tree on a precipice some distance away. They looked powerful. He decided having powerful allies at this moment was a superb proposal. He ran to meet them.
(It was a shame he'd had to start that fire on the third floor. Well, hopefully it had taken out most of the monsters inside.)

Screams were echoing down alleyways and streets as the creatures went about what their animalist thoughts drove them to do. The animals were not screaming though; the screams came from human mouths. Some were in fear and others were in pain, but the worst of the screams were in death. Merlin could pick them out by their blood curdling octave and the way they caused chills to run up and down his spine.
The Magician ducked underneath the swipe of a creature that he could only describe as half bear half even bigger bear. Its waist and lower body were too small like that of a child, but its upper body was large and wide and Merlin was amazed it could stand upright at all. Another swipe at his head, but instead of ducking this time Merlin jumped over the creature and struck its head with his staff. The desired affect was that the creature would either turn tail and run or be knocked out. Unfortunately the creature turned and connected a hard blow to head leaving deep claw marks.
Merlin threw his staff to the side; it disappeared in a puff of smoke before touching the ground. He ripped his pointed hat from his head and held it firmly by the pointed end. The creature went for another hit and Merlin swung his hat. The material stretched and elongated into a whip with a deafening crack managed to get the creature in the eye. Blood poured and the creature roared in anger and dismay. Another crack and blood began to pour from the other eye socket. Flailing its arms aimlessly the creature was unfortunate enough to stumble right under a collapsing building.
Two young men were standing at the base of the building, no one. Merlin rubbed his eyes. There had defiantly been two young men standing near the building before it collapsed but now there was only one and he was running. The magician replaced his hat and pushed his black hair out of his face. He took off running after the kid. Maybe he would have some answers.

A vacation. That's all Kuro had wanted; all he had come to Tokyo for. He just wanted some time to himself away from everything back home. He was walking along in one of the market areas when up ahead in the distance, a huge explosion ripped though the air and chunks of the skyline went missing in a blinding flash. "God dammit..." he thought, "I'm supposed to be relaxing."
Kuro was about to go investigate when the sky began to change colors. The blue was completely engulfed by red and bolts of red lightning could be seen shooting downwards from the crimson sky, striking down buildings and people alike. Kuro had decided it would be a good idea to wait a bit longer to see how things went from here when the screams began. Sure there had been some commotion for the prior events--some screams in shock, some in fear--but these were screams of pure terror. The kind of scream that people only let loose when they fear death. "Run and hide!" he screamed to the few people left in the area. He didn't know what was coming, but he wouldn't let it be on his conscience if anything bad happened to those people.
He cracked his knuckles and then bolted towards the screaming.

Aurora glanced sideways at the young boy, “Me? I’m going to follow you see how you fare and help you out.” Aurora answered as he swept his hood off revealing his long black and white hair, it was tied back today. He muttered something and his sword grew, morphing it into a long sword, much easier to use.
“Lead the way young one,” Aurora called.

“You might be best helping each other to look out for dangers too,” Aurora snapped as he jumped in front of the pair his sword held high. A horse like demon was galloping towards them, its red eyes shone as it bore down on its meal.
Aurora swung his sword down, his free hand being thrown out towards the demon four fire balls shot from it connecting with the ground and what was left of the buildings around the horse collapsing on impact from the explosive force. “Next time, keep your bearings about you, and giant boy find a weapon.” He said as he sheathed his sword somewhere in his robes and walked off ahead in search of survivors.

A huge fireball erupted from the mouth of a winged dragon the size of a large stationwagon. It sped towards a man, the man saw it coming and dodged to the side. Some of the flames splashed off the roof top floor they were fighting and fell upon the man. The man spun about so quickly the fire seemed to intensify instead of go out until finally the man dissappeared.
The dragon looked around. He couldn't see the man, but she spyed the three men below, on the ground next to the building she was atop. She turned his attention towards the three and departed from the rooftop. Just then the man appeared on the dragon. He wrapped his legs around the beasty neck.
"Foul Demon! The wind whispers your death!" said the man as two curved daggers seemed to surface to the top of his skin at his forarms. He wiggled towads the dragons head and plunged them into her eyes. The beast writhed with pain, but continued its flight downward.
He chanted some words with an outstreched fist, except for two fingers, his index and middle, sticking straight up, and his thumb, slightly bent underneath them.
"Paguwah Sompha Paguwah Sompha Paguwah Sompha!" with that, some geen oak leaves blew around the two of them and they descended towards the ground spinning like a top, at the speed of a rocket.
*Smash*
They hit the ground at an extreame speed with a loud smash accompianied with a booming crack.
*Crack*
After the dust settled Enma, Aurora, and the big man could see the dragon laying there. Neck completely snapped, its bones protruding from the neck skin. A man crawled from underneath the hulking corpse and dusted himself off. Smoke rose from his body, as if he had been on fire. His black tight fitting ninja gi charred in places. He pulled the two curved blades from the dragons eyes and wiped the blood from them with a long red scarf before absorbing them back into his forearms. He wrapped the scarf back around his neck.
He turned around to see the three men.
"Be you agents of the demons? Have you brought this plague to Tokyo?" He said in a firm booming voice.

"My name is Hanzo Kazeyuki-shomitsu-mori, and I belive we should look for other survivors, I can sense life all around us, other than the demonic sort ofcourse. There may still be others alive and willing to help."

Kuro hadn't seen anyone since he left the market area he had been in, none living anyway. Bodies were strewn all about. Roughly fifteen meters ahead of him, four or five demons were feasting on the corpses of their victims; gorging themselves on their flesh. He frowned, "Was all this necessary?"
He cracked his knuckles and energy boomed from him as his aura became visible. "Who wants to play!?" he challenged. Apparently a lot of them wanted to play, as from the shadows and empty windows countless red eyes were now glaring at him as well as the demons that were up ahead. Kuro surveyed the damaged scenery and came to the conclusion that there still might be survivors in the buildings so he'd have to take care not to demolish them.
The first demon charged him, it looked like a pile of meat and teeth and it seemed to be pissed. Kuro quickly focused and formed blades of energy on his arms and unleashed a flurry of hacks and slashes at it, cutting it to ribbons... thick, meaty, toothy ribbons that writhed about gurgling and sputtering. "Anyone else?"

Terrian crouched behind a trashcan, watching intently. Apparently no one in that little group had noticed that there was something not unlike an enormous Man o' War drifting down from the sky toward them. Really the resemblance was uncanny: the only great difference between the demon and a regular Man o' War (apart from size) was the fact that instead of tentacles, the demon had long chains, each tipped with a spiked ball.
He decided it would be wonderful if that creature failed to attack the group. He motioned to his duplicate.
In another instant, several loud reports rang through the air, and the Man o' War demon was punctured with two holes on either side.
"Look out!" Terrian yelled.
The Man o' War demon plummeted to the earth while clear blood pulsed out of the holes. It nearly landed on the one with the hooded cloak, but he dodged just in time. The demon plopped -- there was no better word for it -- onto the ground and rapidly deflated.
Terrian got out from behind the trashcan. A short distance away, his duplicate came into view as well. Each Terrian was holding a smoking pistol.
They stepped together into one, and he gazed around at the party, hoping he didn't look altogether too intimidated (which he was) or frightened (which he most definitely was).
"Nice swords."

Merlin didn’t have to run very long. The person he was chasing ducked behind a trashcan momentarily before taking down another demon. Merlin walked up along side the man and surveyed the group as a whole. “Don’t we just make the rag-tag team of heroes?”

The prospect of heading back into the city really didn't thrill Terrian, but he couldn't see that staying outside would help matters. And either way he was better off with these people than on his own. "I'd like that."

OOC - This is a very interesting argument, Prime. I will wait for you to explain a few additional points before I render any real judgment upon it. For instance, I find it intriguing that the last actual "post" in this topic, meaning post with RP content, occurred on March 29th, about a month and a half ago. Rather surprisingly, that post was not written by the one who claims to have kicked God around trying to get this topic to continue. Indeed, "kicking God around" here seems to mean nothing more than waiting for people to post, booting out people who haven't posted, and yet still waiting for people to post -- which nullifies the whole point of booting people out to begin with.
I know Bulbs said he wanted to wait for one more person to post. However, that person should have been you, Prime. Of course, it still could be. If you really do want to finish this topic, I recommend you do make yourself the next person to post. This is wiser, I think, than threatening to call us all hypocritical bastards, the irony of which I've already pointed out.

ooc: Umm prime? When teh fuck did you ever get a right to kick someone out of a damn topic? 1) im sorry you just cant do that 2) maybe me and some good rpers will post if something interesting happens to continue the story line, and not a bunch of shit talk or ooc. Its YOUR damn topic, instead of waiting for others, do what people who MAKE a topic do, continue it yourself.
I'll post when this topic becomes serious.
If you notice, the last non ooc post is your damn characters talking to each other. If your going to make a topic and move the storyline between yourself like you are with multiple characters talking to ewach otehr, all your characters, all controlled by you, then make a fanfic and not an rp topic. Its your topic, we've all said were here to help, and were all together, now YOU PRIME advance the topic in the direction you want, as it is your topic. We shouldnt plan the next move, as its not our storyline.
The ball is in your court, once you make something happen we can all start posting again. I like this topic, and it seems everyone else does too.
More importantly, were not all kids prime, and we have lifes, rp isnt our life, nor should it be yours, thats a very very poor style of choice.
BTW i didnt piss off, i check the site EVERY DAY, its just deader then dead and nothing good happens ever, so i wake up, check it, see nothing is new, and go play a video game, its new, exciting, and keeps my attention, unlike a dieing message board.
