A grown man flittered in and out of consciousness as he knelt on the cold hard stone floor, wrapped in chains. He didn’t know how long he had been here, it seemed like an eternity, he only now managing to think, plan escape. But it was impossible, without outside help, his captors, the one’s who had taken him from Earth were strong; they were strong enough to bind him to them, to bring him here. His last thought of escape slipped away as he lost consciousness once again.
Kuri awoke with a start, as if waking from a nightmare. Which it could be said she did, but it was a different. A vision, of her son, the son she sent to Earth to protect it while she went on her own adventure. She swung her legs over the side of her bed, swiping a hand over he forehead swiping the beads of sweat away. Kuri stood, he legs uneasy from lack of use over the night, He’s there, that damn place where his father died before him, she thought, I have to go to him, rescue him, from them. They killed his father, and I’m sure he was stronger than my son.
She sat on a lone chair, in her room, looking worried. She had no friends, no one to help her get her only son back. Kuri couldn’t fight them alone, she needed someone. She began to cry, praying silent to a non-existence god, hoping somehow she could save her son, from certain death.

Prime sat at the edge of the window, ponding about what to do. A strange woman sat in Aurora's house, crying, and Prime didn't know what the hell to do about it. Aurora's house hadn't been put up for sale... Shrugging, he knocked loudly on the window. "Hey lady, what the hell are you doing in Aurora's house?" He asked loudly. He realised he probably didn't look as threatening as he once did, considering he had no sword and no powers to speak of. But hopefully this wasn't one of those crazy super powerful bad guys.

Kuri span at the knock at the window, standing and knocking the chair to the ground. She looked through the window, to find someone staring at her.
“You know my son Aurora?” She asked, her voice trembling. “And as you may have gathered, this is my son’s house, I am Aurora’s mother.” Kuri finished.

Prime looked stunned for a moment. "Aurora's mother? I thought adepts were created, not born. That's what he told me anyways..." Prime trailed off. "Yes, I knew Aurora." He continued. "I was there when he died, and my soul is still on fire because of that act. I'll kill the ones who did it to him." He said, his hands clenched into fists beside him. "But alas." He said, both sarcastically and dramatically. "I no longer have any kind of power to do so." He said sadly, relaxing.

“That’s impossible.” Kuri spat, “Aurora is not dead, and he’s been taken, to a very dark place. I must rescue him,” she explained. “I’ve seen him in visions, his powers drained, by the very chains that bind him; they weaken him so he can’t escape.”
She turned lightly on the tip of her foot and started pacing. “It is true, what you say, most Adepts are created. I fear Aurora hates me now, he didn’t want to be sent to Earth to protect it. He wanted to follow me, to the gates of so called Heaven to see his father one last time.” Kuri sighed. “I did not let him, and now I fear he’s told himself that I do not exist, he believes he was one of the Adepts that had been created.”
She stopped her pacing.
“Will you help me find him? I’ll need you, and others to get him out. If they will help.”

Prime heart flared with hope, and he hopped into the room. "I'll help you in any way that I can. Though my own powers have also been drained." He said. "I don't know about the others, they don't know Aurora as well as I did." He started pacing to, a nervous old habit he'd picked up again, after he'd lost all of his power. "But if you call, they may come. A large explosion should do it."

“Isn’t there a better way to call for help?” Kuri asked Prime, as she once again started pacing, she was getting more worried by the second for her son, and the more time they wasted, the less time Aurora had to live.

"Well, we could forgo calling for help, and just hope someone comes." Prime said. "Personally, I don't want to wait. If Aurora is alive now, he isn't likely to be much longer. And I want to rip out the hearts of the fools who planned this." He said savagely, he could feel his palms itching. "But I need to do something about my powerless state first... Any idea's?"

"Aurora?" Six whispered lifting his gaze from the pages of his magazine. "But....he's gone...isn't he? The energy, it feels so much like his but it's different somehow. I have to check this out."
Less than an hour later black flames streaked across the sky as Six shot through the air on his black fire disk. The wind blew his spiked hair back and flung his long trench coat out behind him as he increased his speed. It wasn't long before he could see Aurora's house coming in to view.
"That energy, it's a women." Six thought to himself, things just got even more confusing. Slowly he descended toward the ground, he let his black fire disk fade out and landed softly in his old friends garden. Six tried the front door first but it was locked. Moving around the house he began to hear voices, he figured a window must be open. When he found it he cautiously peered around the side of the window.
"Prime? He looks a little different to the last time we met but I'm sure it's him." Six thought as he spotted the familiar figure. Moving in to view he whistled to catch his attention.
"Who's that? Her energy is so like Aurora's it's scary." He said pulling himself through the window.

"Oh! Hey Six!" Prime said, startled. It'd been a long time since he'd seen him. "Its been a long time since the Prince, hasn't it?" He said, almost laughing at the memory. He turned back to Kuri. "The reason her energy is so similar may have something to do with the fact that this is Aurora's mother." He said. "And it seems that Aurora is still alive somewhere as well."

"Seriously? What's happened to him? Is he in trouble?" Six had so many things he wanted to ask. He looked at the face of Aurora's mother, she seemed to be in such great pain. Maybe the situation was more serious than Six had first thought.

“He’s in the very depths of the earth, a real hell. Not the one that everyone believes in religion, one two monsters dug out and built, they kidnap, torture and kill heroes of past and present there.” Kuri said slowly, reigning in her emotions, stopping her from crying… again. “My son is there and he needs help.”

Prime walked out of the house. "Be back in five minutes." He called. "I have to do something about my weaponless state."
True to his word, five minutes later he walked back into the room, a holster holding a 500 Magnum on his hip, and a pouch filled with ammo on his other hip. "Ouch man, this thing was really expensive." He said, he could practically feel his wallet shrivelling up. "Still, its not as bad a buying a sword. 2000 dollers for a decent katana, after buying my new house I don't have that kind of money. Besides, in my weakened condition, I wouldn't be able to weild one effectively anyways."

A smile flickered across Kuri’s face as she listened to Prime; he seemed to not have a care in the world, even though beneath the surface he was hoping Aurora was alive. She pivoted on her foot, facing Six.
“Do you know anyone else that could help us?” She asked, as she grabbed at the end of her bed blindly, finding her sword in its sheath, she wrapped in around her waist, fastening it tightly before looking back at Six.

"I might." Eragon said, who'd gotten the gist of the conversation as he'd been walking past the house, and taken an interest in the emotions surrounding the place like a shining beacon on a black night. He climbed into the room, through the window. "I assume you are talking about Aurora? I haven't seen him in a while, I'd wondered where he'd got to. But I never imagened he'd get himself caught." He said, fingering the short sword at his waist that was in no small part Aurora's doing.
"I don't know any of you personally, Six I've heard of, if only by reputation though." He said. "But I believe we all have the same goal here. So lets put those mysterious barriers aside and try to work together anyways." He walked across the room and shook Prime's hand, then Kuri's, then Six's. "Its a pleasure to meet you all."

Six shook Eragon's hand, a little startled at his sudden appearence. He listened to what the man had to say before turning back to Aurora's mother.
"I'm sorry Kuri but I can't think of anyone......" Six said looking at the floor, he wanted to help so badly. "Can we even get to Aurora? It sounds to me like we'd need one hell of a shovel to dig deep enough."

“There is a pathway downwards to where my son is imprisoned; these people who have captured him believe themselves to be what the people of earth call Satan.” Kuri replied, “They are not, but they are powerful. I can take us all to the gates now,”
Kuri turned, picking a piece of paper from the floor, and aimed her palm at it, before muttering in an unknown language, it glowed green for a second, before he picked it up. “Take hold, as soon as the last person touches we will be transported.”
OOC – I left it open for you to take hold yourselves, just encase you want to do something before we go on.

A rush of energy filled the room, as the paper lunged through time and space, transporting the group to a barren land, the ground was scorched, and had a deathly look about it, the sky was near black. Not a welcoming sight, at all.
“Here we are,” Kuri muttered, “The gates are just north or, here… Or were the last time I was here. Be careful, we’ll probably encounter undead beasts of some kind.”
The group made its way forward, covering each other carefully, encase of attacks from any of the deep gorges they now walked past, Kuri’s senses heightened so she could see, and hear and attack coming before it did. “We’re nearl-.” Kuri was cut off, as she ducked a spinning disk thrown at her by skeleton archer. She looked ahead, a small army it seemed had taken place on the plain that lead to the gate. “Goddamn, looks like they were ready for us,” she moaned, as she spread her palm, and her lightning energy burst freely from it, taking out a dozen or so Skeleton’s.
“Let’s do this.” Kuri smiled as she withdrew her sword, and charged at the enemy. “For Aurora.”

"Gladly." Six said pulling both Kamas from his belt. Ducking a swipe from a skeleton he brought the curved blade under the jaw of the undead beast. With one swift pull the creatures head came clean off. Six wrapped an arm round the body of the headless skeleton and used his knee to break it's back.
The fire user then turned to his right, a boney fist struck his cheek dead on. Six spat blood, the punch had caused one of his teeth to tear the inside of his cheek. The warrior raised his hand and rammed it hard in to the skeletons chest. His hand began to burn with deep black flames. The flames quickly engulfed the beasts dry bones. The intense heat produced by the black fire was such that the bones quickly reduced to nothing but ash.

"FOR DAVE THE BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABE!" Prime yelled, pulling out his 500 magnum and busting caps into some pelvic bones. "You know, this is really easy. I never though rescuing the fair maiden would be such a breeze." He said, the slugs taking out the pathetic skeletons with no trouble at all. He shot all six bullet, reloaded, and shot some more. He saw Six get smacked, and flinched. Perhaps it was a good thing that Prime was long distance instead of hand to hand now. He shot a skeleton as it tried to hit Kuri from behind, still deeply engrossed in his own thoughts. Though still aware enough to turn around and kick the head off the skeleton behind him.

Kuri spun, her sword cutting an arc through two more skeletons, before pivoting on her foot and throwing a ball of ice at two more, freezing them in place, and with a swift kick shattering them.
She jumped backwards, flipping magnificently in the air, landing on the tips of her feet, behind another enemy; it was cut in half seconds later. Another came at her, and manage to get a swipe in with it’s sword, cutting Kuri’s flesh, her eyes blazed for a second, as another ball of ice connected with the skeletons head, throwing from its body.
“Try to get to the other side of this army that way we can try making a run for the gates!” Kuri yelled above the clattering of bones, and war cries.

Prime nodded, his mind and thoughts fading into stillness. With absolute precision, he blasted the skeletons apart, clearing a path to Hell's Gates. I'm coming Aurora. He thought, tearing past the skeletal army in his eagerness to enter the depths of hell. He smirked a little, thinking of how symbolic the moment was. He couldn't help but wish for a sword in his hands, to be reliant upon his own strength instead of a tool made by human's for convenience.
He stopped at the gates, waiting to see how Kuri and the others were doing.
Eragon cut through the skeletons, baring no mind to the minor injuries that slowly accumulated on his body. His body healed them as soon as the blade left his skin, his mortal shell contained somewhere far off. With endless precision he cut down the pathetic excuses for warriors. "There is no strength in numbers." He chanted monotonously. "True strength comes from the heart." He cut down and dismembered another skeleton. "These things have no hearts to fight with." He reached the gates beside Prime, and stopped. This proved to be a mistake, as a skeleton lunged at him from behind, impaling him. He looked at the sword numbly, then coughed up some blood. "Ouch."
