lol, what i notice is a bit of something that is unfair.... the coffe lounge its self... its not simply like pokeschool, with 20 some odd mods ruleing over 20,000 memebers...
your coffee lounge has like 10 people and what, 15 frequent this site? I think that is bias and unfair to the others, the five not allowed in....
its bullshit really, its where you can make you exectutive descions and such, and talk about the other five so they don't know, remember, i've hacked into it....
I have a tendency to read things.... thouroghly....
and that lounge is a load of bull.....
i think either it should go, give everyone access, or make it for admins only, not all mods....

Lmao, I wasn't at all happy to find some of the things that were written about me in there either. But its there for a reason. And knowing DL's password isn't considered hacking. (The reason being so we can talk about all of you behind your backs!)

Actually, a lot of what he saw was reading over the shoulders of DL and Myself. The rest was knowing DLs password.
Well, Gil has a certain finesse for exaggerating. Let’s look at this in actual numbers. There are 10 staff members. I went through the members and counted around 20 – 22 people (including staff) that are active. That means there are 10 – 12 people that can’t see it. Personally I do think we have a large staff, and I believe that if any more people are to be given new ‘jobs’ that these people come from the existing staff until we have more active members.
The whole purpose of the Coffee Table is for the staff to discuss the goings on of site, problems, and bringing new ideas. Before I was mod on here I had no problem with not being able to see or post there. I mean if you have a problem with it that’s your own fault.
Also I would like to add that we should have some type of policy on how long we let an account go unused. I mean, I think its very miss leading when we have a member count of 60+ and only 20 – 22 active members.

Gil, do you really want the General topics area to be bogged down with what Bulbs is saying right now, about how we should delete old, unused accounts? Really not something that concerns y'all, barely even concerns me. Although a general suggestions forum might be nice.

Yeah, sorta like a Suggestions and Feedback.. If someone has a great idea they can post it there or if there's a problem, say they can't see a certain board, they could post it there.

Well, there's three kinds of unused accounts: 1. People who register and never post: We don't delete these because I always want to leave them the option of returning to post unless they have an openly defamatory account and never use it. (AlbatrossTreveloser, who was baleted.) 2. People who are gone temporarily.: Likewise. Hotaru and such. 3. Spare accounts: Yagei, Red, Aurora, and Prime. All left because it makes it easier to check up on people's old pots.
So yeah, we leave them. Remember that the Snitz had maybe 50 active members, and several THOUSAND signed up members. As a forum rule for the entire web, you're lucky to have 1/10th of your signups post in a 24 hours period.
