Yeah, I'll give you both of your sheets as soon as I do my Mafia work for the night.
And it wasn't so much a problem with character design as me just having a dur-moment trying to figure out the powers for him. So it's quite alright.

Additionally, Prime, knock that first nine off of Prime's level up formula. I typoed that. It should be 995+5(Next Level), not 9,995.

Thanks. I'm glad to see appreciation for my work. And if you want any other abilities, fire off a PM my way. I've also covered some of his other abilities up to level 20, so they may already have representations upcoming.

Cool, so I have human form or not? You said I couldn't have any morphs for the first two levels...

You have your human morph, which you can use. You just can't acquire additional morphs until you learn how to acquire again at level 2.
Still working on Britcale. Pretty fun sheet thusfar.

I would like to join as Onslow, but I have a question for you. Since this is basicly a leveling up game then how come characters have a different cap? Shouldnt everyone start at exactly the same level, and be capped at the exact same level? I mean obviously they would branch into different ways of power, but shouldnt they all be on somewhat equal power levels, when the level gap is not that large?

Everybody does start at the same level, but it's fairly easy to go and break the even-ness by paying EP to level up and such. When there gets to be a large level difference, I'll simply go and put level caps on campaigns. (example: Smiting the Hand that Feeds (Diceless, Levels 5-25))
In addition, max levels portray an important part of ORP. Some characters can just go THAT MUCH farther. For example, Prime totally housed Zebedee at max power because Zebedee is unable/unwilling to push any farther. Characters with higher max levels are balanced by their slow rate of learning attacks and much greater ammount of experience to level up. So if Prime feels like going and levelling a hell up above our maxxed out characters, it'll take him comparatively massive effort.
But yeah, since I numerically balance all stats, all characters should be roughly even as long as they're within 5-10 levels of eachother. Granted, a level 10 would dominate a level 0, but that's because you gain a lot more powers in that range than in the later ones. (2 at 0, 1 at 2, 1 at 5, 1 at 10, and sometimes even a few more, for roughly 5 in 10 levels, vs. 2 in 10 levels later on.)

Oh, alright, but is it more or less a player decision as to when the character caps? Or is it your discretion? BTW this sounds really cool, and I cant wait to start it.

I think it might be the way the character is described and used in Rp's
For example my character is just a half demon and a demon hunter so im no god character just a semi normal person with a warp in my head, so thats why I cap a 60

*sigh* I'm punished for going for character over power... Reason why Hector's still half-human.
ME WANT PLAY! Explain to me how and send me my sheet, and I'm in. One complaint though: Kioshi's a motherf---ing ANGEL. He should be far and above his current tier, at least potentially.

Actually, low level caps are much more fun to level up/play, as they get techniques and such much faster. Sure, if somebody nuzzles the grindstone, and has an 00ber char, they can kick all manner of arse on everybody else, but they need to have much more willpower.
Yeah, I've got an idea for Kioshi. Something along the lines of the first 40-50 levels, he plays as a normal character, and then, after that, he suddenly drops off in his learning rates and learns them much slower, like a powerhouse. Max level? Depends on where you're taking him in RP, but probably between 200 and 500.

Oh, temporary slip in work. I've got a lot of projects and other such stuff to take care of, so this was back burnered for a while. Soon, though, I'll get the rules and stuff drawn up for Exy the TCG, hand that over to DJK, and get back to this.
