I had a concept for a Troll who was essentially a Mimic, a la FF's Gogo. His typing quirk would be using the typing quirk of the person whom he is talking to. He can also mimic the abilities of one person he is talking to a certain degree - possibly serving as a backup or something. His or Her lusus could probably be, well, kind of like a D&D Mimic. A creature that normally looks like an innocuous object and then turns out to... well, not be. Maybe a shapeshiftery amoebous creature. Think that could fit 12?

Make it a bogart so it has no home shape.

It is the Lusus that Dreams are Made Of.

Aheehoo, I did have a troll already, but I'd like to take number 13 :> This is she. She is mousetroll who finds many treasures. She tends to break them. Ummmm, should I give her name too? I'm worried I'm overstepping it by giving her a picture already. I do have her quirk, handle, name, and all that stuff down though. I'm working on an Alterniabound sprite for her too, it is fun. By the by, since her cloak hides her symbol, she has mouseyes that give her blood color :>

Belle, are you... are you sure you don't mean 8? I don't see the connection between "snarky and egotistical" and the "stray dogs" category.
Anyway, if you really do want 7, then you and Biscuit GOT A PROBLEM (he wants 7 too).
Stel: That would sure be interesting if more of you lowlifes had typing quirks. Tangrow, Bulbs, maybe kind of Belle, and I are judging the rest of you guys so hard.
Choobs: I love the space lusus idea, though my first thought was that that would make it pretty hard for it to fulfill its duties as a lusus, oh and also it would be really hard to prototype. And then my next thought was, maybe not all the trolls need to prototype their lusus? Or else maybe all of them should but then ALSO prototype with something else. We shouldn't just prototype lususes the way the Homestuck trolls (bar Aradia) did. Not interesting enough for us. I hope I have everyone's agreement on that point.

lW herself WILL have a typing quirk, I just haven't figured out what it is yet!

You know who else had a deadbeat lusus? Gamzee.

I haven't even started actually fleshing out the troll any farther than that, so in reality I could probably fit him in with whichever. If Biscuit wants the puppy he can has it o:
ALSO As far as the typing quirk I was kind of torn. I wanted her to do something like, I dunno, curse in Italian or something since that seems to be a trend with her. But then I remember I don't know enough Italian to pull that off >:I maybe after next semester. Then I kinda thought she might be the type to lyric spam if the line was contextually appropriate but that's not really a typing quirk?

Shiro's typing quirk is really subtle.
REALLY subtle.

I'm really glad Elliot didn't take the fabulous ones because my idea for a troll was going to be a very trendy, fashion-oriented one. Little overdramatic, little bit of a snob.

So Kanaya?

Kanaya isn't very melodramatic (having a CMOA doesn't count as being melodramatic) or snobby.

Kanaya's more artsy about it, though. Think more fashion magazine gossipy $300 pair of shoes type.

I'd be almost insulted that you people thought I'd be the fabulous one if i didn't have such a fabulous (see: creepy) troll in mind for death-fascination.
also, no, I wouldn't really be insulted.

Dangit! 12 is already called, can someone make a quick list of who has what so I can find out what is still available, mainly since the only two I would pick have been taken...

Stel was tossing around an idea for 12, but he already has 3 and we should hold off on giving anyone a second troll. Very possibly no one will get two trolls at all. Or maybe multiple people will! It depends on who isn't already playing who'd like to run a troll, and who's already playing who isn't interested in taking on a troll as well.
Conclusion being, Bulbs, if you can talk Stel away from 12, you can probably take it.
Anyway, I edited my big post on the previous page. It'll now be edited to keep up with people announcing interest in various trolls.
