OOC: This is a high powered topic, and for the moment it only consists of me and Albatross. If you'd like to join, please PM me before you do. I seriously will tell you to take a hike if I don't think you'll post regularly. BIC: Prime popped the fridge, and took out two beers. He passed one to Al, and collapsed onto the couch. They shared a short, tired look, and tried to think of other things than their recent history together. Prime looked around the room, somewhat unsatisfied, but there wasn't much he could do. His most recent apartment was a dump, a temporary residence, as his other place had quite spectacularly exploded all over the place. He heaved a deep sigh, and cast a glace over at the godling sitting on the other side of the room. They'd both gone through many recent changes, and Prime felt a kind of kinship towards the man. "So, what are we going to do now?" Prime asked, relaxing for the first time in weeks. "We seem to be in the calm between storms at the moment."

Al laid back, and crossed his feet, going into a relaxed position. He rested his hand behind his head, and popped the tab of the beer that was given to him. "I'm not sure... Worldly affairs don't happen often... and I am stuck with just sparring with water clones that I create..." Al sipped at the malted beverage and set it down, placing his other hand behind his head, and yawned loudly, his facial hair starting to take over his face, slightly longer than a five o clock shadow.
Al twisted his finger, a little faery made of water danced around just above the tip of his finger. He sighed heavily, boredom overtaking.

"I know what you mean," Prime said, "Ever since I got sucked into this world, worldly affairs have been on the back burner. Its always training, or killing, or stealing. Lest someone else kills you while you weren't paying attention." He sighed, slowly leaning back in his seat. "Its rare that I get to relax anymore, it feels almost sinful." He grinned, sipping at his beer. It was a nice, dark belgean brew. For some reason he'd become fond of the pungent flavor and dark color. Prime let his head loll for a moment, closing his eye's, and it was only then that he became aware of a sickly red light.
"Whats that?" He said, suddenly tense again, as he stood. He walked quickly over to the window, and looked outside, only to find his house, his whole apartment building, was surrounded by red glyphs. He recognized them, they were associated with alternate planes and lower dimensions. He also recognized the people lining the circle of glyphs. "Oh shit, we've been had." Prime said, as he recognized the tenants from the apartment building he lived in.
A wall of red sprang up around the building, and Al sprang ramrod to his feet. "Its already in the final stages." Prime said, scowling deeply. "Whether we like it or not, we're going on a trip." Suddenly, everything lurched. And not just the floor and the furniture, sound, smell, taste, touch, sight, everything lurched sickeningly. Reality itself lurched and exposed itself, temporarily blasting reason from Prime and Al. They felt a tearing sensation, as though they were being torn somehow out of a book, off a page, and thrown into nothingness.
And then, as suddenly as it all started, reality resumed a nature that they could understand. Prime looked around with Al, the light was the same, everything worked normally, so they weren't in a place totally uninhabitable to humans at least. Though neither of them could hardly claim humanity anymore. Prime looked out the window again, "Oh shit." He said, yet again. Al came over to look beside him, and beheld a massive storm of violet arcane energy headed right for the building. It was so thick, heavy, and powerful, that it covered the horizon, and didn't even give them a look at the land they'd been dumped in.
It hit the building with vicious fury.

Al threw up a shield of protective water, hardening the outside, not knowing if it would pose any sort of defense against the wave of Arcane magic headed there way. The magic blasted over the building, but spread around Al, and his companion, Prime, and faded away into the far wall behind them.
"Whoa..." Al said, looking out the window, making sure that another wave was headed there way. Something odd started to happen, the building began to shake... then a gurgling sound could be heard underneath the floor.
"I don't think we're in Kansas anymore!" Al said with a cliche, the house shaking as if it were taking steps, the concrete and steel moaning, giving the building life. Al peered behind him, and he threw a spear made from water forward, piercing the fridge, which when looked at closer, had organic eyes forming from it, jaws jutting outwards from the door. "We almost just got sneak attacked by the fridge, Prime." Al said, patting Primes back.
"Oh, shit," Al said quietly, as every in-animate object, suddenly wasn't as in-animate as they have all hoped... the coach, table, pillows, cushions, even the beer cans! They were all alive, and had a hunger for blood, and was being drawn towards the only two immediate sources.

"You have seriously got to be kidding!" Prime said, exasperated. His sword materialized out of apparent nothingness, and suddenly he was holding nine feet of white steel. "I never did like that couch." He muttered thoughtfully, then sliced it in half. He proceeded to butcher everything else in the room mercilessly, allowing Al to focus on his shield.
"Where-ever this place is, I'd hazard that magic is wild here." Prime said, and he stomped on the last beer can. It wattled away, flattened, but unvanquished. Prime gave it an odd look, and stifled a laugh trying to tell himself that murderous beer can's weren't funny.
A second wave from the storm hit them then, dissolving the exterior of the building. The walls dropped away, and the floors above them began to creak dangerously. The building swayed in unstable, strong winds, creaking away and threatening to fall at any time.
"We have to jump." Prime said, looking dubiously over the edge of the now open air apartment. "I don't know about you," Prime said, "But I'd find a building crashing down on me to me uncomfortable, at the least."

"This isn't a time to tell you that I am deathly afraid of heights?" Al said running the opposite direction the building was falling. As the tower began to topple he stepped up on the side of it, gaining some ground "Here goes," Al whispered and he jumped towards the top of the building, "Please work..." He thought to himself, he was in a strange world, and didn't know how well his water conjuring skills would work.
Al extended both palms, blue energy flowing through his body, "HAI!" He yelled, and jets of water exploded from his palms, looking like they were derived from nothingness itself. The propulsion from the water slowing him down, taking him to a safe distance from the crash site of the building. He landed softly, and gracefully on the sanded grounds, "I hope Prime made it..."

Prime watched Al running in the opposite direction for a moment, then cursed and jumped off the buildings edge. Unlike Al, he somewhat doubted his ability to survive several hundred tonnes of concrete landing on him. He'd only begun to fall, when a heavy jet of water slammed into him from above. "Oh shit!" He yelled, right before the heavy jet of water slammed him into the ground, sinking him into a fine sandy muck.
Prime slowly pulled himself out of it, shaking the wet sand off, and glared at Al. "Every step, taken to polish my ass. I'd strip and wash off all the goddamned sand, but you're the only source of water!" Prime cursed, glaring at Al, and that was when a can of beer rammed into his head. "God Dammit what the ****?!?!?" Prime cursed, looking around in the dim visibility of the arcane storm. There was the can, his beer, which he'd promptly forgotten about in all the chaos.
"Yeah, I am idiot." He said, biting his lip. "So what now, ya think?"

"Well," Al said smiling at his sandy friend, "You should probably wash off..." Al snapped his fingers, and a blast of water erupted from below Prime's feet. The water swirled around, and removed the sand from his clothes and body, and as quickly as the rush came, the water sprinkled down like rain.
Heaving a sigh, Al looked around at the surroundings that they found themselves in. "Well, Prime," he said with a hint of dis-satisfaction, "It appears as if we need to find a civilization, village, or something... We have to figure out where we are... Or even weirder when we are."

Prime looked around slowly, taking in the surroundings as the storm clear out. It was a wasteland, certainly, but here and there signs of life stirred. In the distance he could see a large tree, probably resistant to the magical storms, its trunk glowed with arcane energy. All around them was sand, almost pure white, with a very faint tint of light brown. The sand was very fine, and he could see in the distance where it met black sand, streaked with red.
Stone occasionally protruded from the sand, Prime could see several outcropping in the distance, and also a large cliff formation. It looked like it might be a plateau, which might put it out of the way of the storms. A faint shining from the top of the plateau convinced him that it was the proper course to take, and he pointed it out to Al. "I think that's probably the way to be going now." He said, starting to walk forwards through the sand. It had a lot of give, making it hard to walk, but it was mostly flat. He could see black dunes rising in the distance, but that was in a different direction entirely. "As for when we are, I think we're in the same time. From what I understand, time travel brings on a great deal of nausea."
He looked around, stepping carefully over a large, thorny piece of wood. Were he less well armed, he'd be wont to pick it up and use it was a weapon. "Where, well. Alternate realitys, seperate dimensions, lower plains. Take your pick." Prime said, "I doesn't really matter. In the end it boils down to one phrase, we are somewhere else." He kicked carelessly at the sand, "Interesting place, though the turquoise sky is off putting." Prime said, looking up with some interest. The clouds were still the same color, and familiar formations though.

Al peered off into the distance that Prime had pointed out to him, "You want to head towards the... shining light?" Al shrugged his shoulders, it hasn't been long since his last meal, and he didn't have to worry about being hydrated all that much, he could supply them with all the water that they would need for an entire lifetime.
Cracking his neck, and bending his fingers they embarked on a perilous journey to the seemingly shining light off in the distance, "Hopefully this doesn't turn into the Lord of the Rings, because, I swear, the first Orc I see is going to have an entire ocean fall on their head."

Prime laughed, thumping Al on the shoulder. "Where ever we are, I doubt there are any Orcs here. Maybe demon, but not Orcs." They walked on in silence for a while, steadily growing closer to the cliffs. He could see some greenery on the top of the plateau, and what looked to him like a spire of crystal. Must've been what he'd seen shining earlier.
As his eye's slowly came back, he noticed a faint shuffling motion under the sand. He held out his arm to stop Al, and put a finger to his lips to indicate silence. He pointed out the shuffling area's to Al, and crept forwards slowly on the balls of his feet.
Something under the surface of the sand cracked, and the shuffling spots rose up, shedding sand. Several humanoid, four horned, lizard tailed demons started hungerly at Prime and Al. They have red skin and thick scales, and hundreds of sharp tearing teeth.
"Will those do?" Prime asked.

"I guess so," Al said dully interested in the new beasts that showed up, "I mean seriously... they are the same size as us... I have fought things a hundred times larger than me, and these things show up"
The four demons exchanged glances, confused at there prey's reaction to there presence, "You don't under estimate us, do you?" One of them said, there tongue spilling with saliva, voice, raspy, and reptilian.
"Do you want to die?" Another said, his voice seemingly coming from a rain stick.
"Honestly!" Al said, stepping forward, "If one of you thinks that you can take me down, then so be it, one of you, come here."
One of the lizard-demon things stepped forward and lunged at Al, jaw open, and claws extended, hacking and slashing away. Al side stepped, and the lizard fell on its face in the Sand. Instantaneously, Al grabbed the scaley tale and began to spin, gaining centrifugal force on his body, and picking up velocity, power growing. A wall of water shot up from the ground, and flattened to a perfect surface, "Have fun!" Al said, throwing the lizard into the wall of water, which at that speed, was more like a wall of concrete.
The lizard slammed into it, bones cracking, and blood spilling, it fell limp on the ground, the water falling on top of the dead body, washing the blood into the sand.
"The rest of you sure you want to take us on?"

Demonic energy hung on the air, and was suddenly crackling between the remaining demons. They bared their teeth and claws, flexing their muscles threateningly. "Surrender!" They hissed, "You can't beat us all at once!" There were several sharp flashes of light, and suddenly their heads turned to Prime. Or, more accurately, to where Prime was.
"Well, shall we go then?" Prime asked Al, from behind the demons. He started walking towards the plateau again, and from behind him, several whet slapping sounds announced the effectiveness of his attack. From then on, the hidden things in the desert left them alone.
It took a few more hours to reach the cliff, but with Al there, the time wasn't as unpleasant as it might have been. A slight mist to shield you from the sun, and water to drink in a desert, made the experience a great deal more like being at the beach. A much more pleasant experience, for all the heat.
"Still," Prime muttered, "How do we get up the cliff?" He said, casting his gaze across the rock face. At one point, he could see evenly distributed spikes of stone protruding from the cliff. They went all the way to the top, and would likely be fairly easy to climb. But there were certainly no steps, or other easy access to the summit, and Al didn't seem to be comfortable with heights.
"Unless you have an alternative, I'm thinking we have to climb." Prime said, turning to Al. "Sorry, but I don't see another way up."

"Well," Al said gazing up at the cliff, "We could fly?" Al said laughing. Of course, two people flying would be completely ridiculous and obviously illogical, but Al could pull it off. "Don't take this as a gesture, Prime," Al said, wrapping his arm around Prime's waist, "I would rather you not fall on the way up..."
Al slammed his foot into the sand, and a gurgling could be heard, "Ever heard of 'Riding the Geyser?'" Al said smiling, when suddenly they shot upwards like a bullet, a jet of water propelling the two upwards to the top of the cliff. Al bent the stream of water, and they toppled onto the cliff. "There we go..." Al said standing up.

"Whoa!" Prime yelled, scrambling away from the edge of the cliff. "All that pressure on my rear, that was exiting in all the wrong ways!" Prime yelled, glaring at Al. "I thought you were afraid of heights dammit, I would've been happier climbing! I am not happy with flying, I can't fly! Augh!" He brushed himself off, and started to look around, when I knife was pressed against his throat.
Spears from highly competent looking demons were pointed at Al as well, alone they'd be laughable compaired to him, but together they could be quite lethal. They were the same type as the ones down in the desert, but covered with thick muscles, and they had wings. Their eye's were different however, thoughtful, and they could almost be described as compassionate.
Prime eye'd the woman with the knife pressed to his throat. She was a scantly clad demon, which wasn't really all they surprising, considering the desert and the heat. Her breasts and her hips were covered, and that was about it. She had wings, dark red and large, coming out of her back, and elegant horns on her head. A tattoo on her shoulder and on her stomach, and she looked more than ready for a little action. She was stronger than the other demons present, but not by much.
Prime placed her roughly even with himself, but still not enough to be truly threatening to Al. Still, he didn't want to give the wrong impression, and they weren't exactly trying to kill them. They gave the impression of being guards, instead of rabid bandits. Prime cleared his throat, "Hello, I'm Prime." He stopped suddenly as the knife bit into his throat.
"I claim you, intruder. Whatever your past, lineage, or heritage. Bow to my challenge." She growled, and the other demons present started laughing, diverting their attention towards whatever was to come. One of the guard demons spoke up, "You'd best accept. At least you'll have a fighting chance if she lets go of you." He said. Prime cocked and eyebrow, "You mean she'll let go if I accept the challenge then?" The demon nodded, so Prime shrugged and did the same.
The woman let go of him, and took several steps back. Prime gestured for Al to remain where he was, and turned towards her. "I'm guessing this won't be a word game?" She smiled wickedly at him, "I Arya, daughter of Zennish, challenge for bondage with this male. Speak your name and heritage, outlander." Arya said, pulling a whip and a shield off her back.
Prime shrugged, "I am Prime, my origin is unknown, the only certainty is my name, and my parents are mine no longer. However of my nature you can be certain." He said, and his long katana materialized in his hands. "I am a Death God." A slow chill spread through the air as that sank in, and suddenly the guards were laughing. Almost howling with mirth, actually. They seemed to find the idea of this small, fragile being, portraying himself as a death god, laughable.
Arya laughed as well, "Defend yourself then, Death God. Let me test your mettle, though I doubt I'll find you deserving of your title." Her whip lashed out, a violet aura surrounding it. Prime watched it for a moment, almost slow motion to him. He could see the arcane energy surrounding it, extending its range and flinging off energy in random patterns. A tricky weapon to be sure. He stepped gently to the side, and flashed out of sight.
Arya froze and blinked surprised. "I'm over here." Prime said, from just beside her. Her head and shield whipped around, a surprised gasp coming from her lips as he struck. A wave of white and blue energy crashed into her shield, along with Prime's sword, and forced her away from him. As Prime followed her progress, he suddenly noticed the tree's all around him. He smiled, admiring them. They were white, with azure leaves, like those of his inner world. He wished he had more time to appericiate them, but Arya had already broken away from his attack.
Prime sighed as she launched her whip at him again, and flashed out of existence. "This is a bad match you know, with my high speed, your whip can't touch me. You have to telegraph your wind up, its the nature of the weapon." He said, his sword singing a swift arc into the weapon. He tangled it up, and threw it aside. The guards seemed to be quite surprised with his performance, but still amused for some reason.

Al folded his arms, and watched the fight, "Interesting..." He said shifting his weight aimlessly, loosely paying attention to what is going on exactly. "So," he said throwing a gesture at one of the guards, "Who do I get to fight?"
The guards laughed, and continued to watch the fight, almost ignoring Al.
"Seriously?" Al said angrilly, his fist clenching, and blue energy building up.
"I would be suprised if he lasted one more round with her," A guard said finally perking up.
"why is that?" Al said releasing the rising tension.
"She has a, secret," The guard said laughing, lowering his guard.
"Prime, I would watch her movements!"

Arya suddenly smiled, and held out her hand. From her palm, a massive blade grew, demonic in look and origin. It seethed with an unknown power, burning against the air. Violet energy crackled around it like some sort of twisted, midnight sun. Prime lifted an eyebrow, hefting his own blade in front of him.
Arya dashed forwards at high speeds, slamming into Prime with the sheer force of a falling cliff. The ground behind him cracked and broke as he strained to absorb the impact. He parried and aim a blow at her neck, which she ducked below and responded to with a sharp kick to the inside of he leg. Prime used the momentum to roll away, parrying another attack as he did so.
A heavy blow landed on his head, or would have, had his blade not intercepted and turned it aside. Prime booted Arya in the chest, and she fell back, before suddenly disappearing. "What the hell?" Prime muttered, looking around, and the up. She was right above him, falling with her blade pointed straight down. Prime hopped out of the way just before she impacted, raising dust and dirt about her. She leasurely stretched her wings, and gave him a hungry look.
Prime decided he should take the fight a little more seriously.
"Wake from long faded dreams, Getsuya." He said, his sword suddenly shimmering. A small piece of metal dislodged itself from the blade, and crawled around his body to his other hand. There, it formed armor over his shoulder and to his hand, but in place of his hand, a great organic gun grew. He pointed it casually at Arya, "Shiroheki Getsuga." A white lance of energy burst from the end of the gun, spiraling at high speed towards Arya.
She dodged it, barely, burning part of her tunic off and partially exposing her breast. She scowled, lifting her weapon to exact her vengence, when a long white blade, cool to the touch, was pressed against her neck. She felt the barrel of a gun touch the side of her head. "You lose." Prime whispered, a slight grin on his lips. And then, something lashed out from her heart to his.
"What the sh*t!" Prime jumped, falling away from the string of light. It spiraled through several complex motions, then contracted and disappeared. "What the duce?!" Prime said, confusing, brushing at his chest. "What the HELL is going on?" Prime asked harshly, glaring at Arya. It was one of the guards, however, who answer. "In our land, if you defeat a challenger in single combat, you own them as you would a lover. It is enforced by a subtle magic, and thats what you saw." The demon walked over, and knelt before Prime. "As you defeated her in a claim, you now hold her station and holdings. Congradulations, Lord Prime." The demon said, and the other guards performed likewise, one at the back adding, "We've waited long to see Arya brought low by a man." He said, hissing.

Al's jaw dropped at the site of the show, "I don't know whether to be amazed at the fight I have just witnessed, or to the fact that, and only be classified, as a demonic, deadly, and brutal mating ritual. Prime, I think you just got married," Al said, in disbelief.
Brushing the guards off of him, he accompanied his friend again, "So what does that make me? I haven't done anything... Am I going to be accepted, or do I have to kick some demon ass to?" Al gripped his halberd strapped to his back, and his hand had a faint blue glow, ready to tear people apart.

"Be calm," The guard said, "No one here will harm you, as I said before, the Chaos that rules, rules us. That means the strongest man has everything in his grasp, and my Lord Prime could easily kill my and my men. Even if we were to slay him, we would not have his holds my the Kings laws. It has to be done in single combat." He said, bowing to Al.
"Please my Lord, if you'll follow me. I'll show you to your new holdings." The guard said, starting to walk towards a small castle and a village gathered around it. The guards took up escort positions as they walked, and Arya reluctantly followed Prime at his side. She was shame faced, but also flushed slightly. The guard grinned, "The mating is coming upon her, I'm surprised you don't show more sign of it yourself my Lord." Prime raised and eyebrow in question, and the guard nodded. "When the bonding is made, it is enforced. As your friend here said, it is a sort of marriage. With marriage comes procreation, and we are demons, urges are intense and immidiate. And often. It is the nature of this world."
"Ah," Prime said, "Well, I'm not from this world. Technically, I am human." The guards looked at him skeptically, and he smiled. "I have moved beyond that somewhat, I was dead after all. Like I said, I am a Death God." Arya's breathing grew heavier, and she seemed a lot less reluctant to get close to Prime now. Her wings almost constantly brushed against him.
"Is she going to be alright?" He asked, concerned. "I'll be fine!" Arya said sharply, and then clung to him. "I just need it." She said, her gaze a little distant.
The guards laughed, "Well, if you don't mate with her soon, human, she'll go crazy with her lust. You're human you said, so from Earth or another like place? What happens when she goes nuts, I believe you're people call 'rape'. If I'm not mistaken, you also have more stringent morals than we do, fearing the wrath of your creator. But to that I pose you this question, would you rather kill her than screw her?" The guards all laughed as Prime blushed a deep crimson. "Oh hell," He muttered, "I don't even get to plan the honeymoon?"

Al sweat dropped when Prime and his newlywed wife life the crowd to romp in the town of ”love”. Al slammed his back against the nearest wall, heaving a sigh, “We get teleported here, and instantly Prime finds a bed mate.” Al started to sweat, and he quickly cooled himself off with some water magic.
One of the higher guards noticed this, and walked casually over, the claws clicking against the cement floor, “It seems that you are our new Lords friend, no?” He said with a slither of his reptilian tongue.
“Yeah, I suppose you could say that, I got ditched by him and his newly found Girlfriend,” Al responded, twirling his fingers creating a small snake out of conjured water in the palm of his hand.
“Well, that is our customs, you must abide when you are in our territory,” The lizard man said snapping back at him, with a sly voice
“Yeah, I guess I can get used to it. I mean, if I fought and got to take a,” Al paused almost disgusted; “A demon maiden home, then it would be cool.” Al stopped, clearly he was at least making progress with these types of demons here in this world, and he needed to figure where they were exactly; keeping his mind focused on getting home. “Say,” Al said inquisitive, “What’s your name and rank here?”
“Why,” The Lizard demon responded, “I am Bogarth, High Ranking Commander Officer, of the guards here,” A proud tone in his voice. Bogarth shifted his wait, his tail flicking slightly, out of habit, or maybe just because it wanted to twitch, “It took my many years to fight, and earn my ranking, but I finally obtained it, and have had no opposition.” “No opposing enemies?” Al said dumbfounded, “I mean with de—I mean people like you, it would seem as if aggression was a normal trait of yours…”
“Well,” Bogarth said, “We just don’t have anyone who qualify’s. Lord Prime has proven himself,” Bogarths eyes widened, or looked so, as much as a lizards/dragon’s eyes could, “You could be challenged in the battle of Lordship, you wouldn’t rank as high as Prime, but you would gain command over some of our guards, and troops.”
Al looked at Bogarth, and then back down at the castle floor. “It seems as if I cannot refuse, Sure, but NO MAIDENS! I’m not going to marrying any one here, I’m too young,” Al said defensively.
“That’s fine,” Bogarth responded respectively, heading to the castle courtyard.
Al followed suit, and walked outside, and stood in the middle, demons from all over gathering around the grassy area.
Bogarth placed a claw, or hand of some sorts onto Al’s shoulders, “These are your opponents.”
“All of them? Theres got to be at least two hundo of the buggers!” Al said
“That’s life, or death, depending.”
“Yeah, I guess,” Al held his hand out, and a golden trident in his grip. The middle prong long and sharp, the other two slightly curled, ready to pierce and slice. It shined oddly in the bright sun giving off mystical energy.
Bogarth mouthed a final opinion, “I expect you to win, Sir Albatross Veeron Trevelyan…” With that he walked off into the spectacles area, watching the fight. With him joined Prime, and Arya, both sitting in big cushiony chairs, waiting for the battle to begin.
The group of scaley opponents stared down the single man in the middle, Al. Al twirled his Trident, causing the forks to spin, like a drill, “You guys sure you want to do this?” preparing himself in a battle stance.
A group of three or four bravely stepped forward, one with a giant spear in his, and the other three with a traditional giant Chinese saber. They all rushed in, slashing and hacking wildly, coming in like beasts.
“Basic move structure, nothing really straight forward about their movements, this is just going to be a small work out!” Al said, waving his hands, the four lizard guards stopping in a giant wall of water, and he clenched his fist, the pressure of the water gaining rapidly, “Water pressure, you should feel a loss of consciousness soon… ignore your ears feeling like they are going to collapse, you will be knocked out soon enough!” Al said, his four opponents falling to the ground comatose.
“Anyone else?”

Prime rejoined Al, though he was forced into a gilded chair by Arya, who promptly sat on his lap. She seemed a little sulky with her newfound situation, but satisfied in a way. Prime himself was somewhat battered and ruffles around the edges, boasting several claw furrows in his skin and on his face. His demon guards were laughing at his love marks, and questioning his sexual prowess, to let a woman get out of hand like that.
He responded by externalizing his spirit energy, the heavy weight of his power making them kneel beside him. "In my hands are life and death, cruelty and compassion." He let up, and the guards stood again, breathing heavily. "And I've long since chosen to be a compassionate man."
"That could get you killed here." One of the guards muttered, turning back to watch the fight.
The soldiers and guards fell back as they examined Al's abilities, and quickly form themselves into ranks. At the front, quick, strong demons with large single handed swords and shields. They had the most speed and mobility, and they quickly put it to use, flying around Al in hordes. Behind them, the heavier demons with massive two handed swords came in, taking their time running into the fray.
Behind those demons, more with spears, which had been sad aside. They were busy activating tattoo's on their bodies, buffing up the men with double handed swords. And when they finished that, they buffed each other for greater speed. They rushed in, twice as fast as they had been before, and suddenly it was a giant three dimensional sphere of slashing blade, and whirling staves, all attacking and falling back in a measured pace and patter, hit and run on a massive scale.
"Jesus, they look like angry hornets." Prime muttered, flinching. He didn't envy Al at the moment.

Al smiled, his heart racing, he was ready.
He twisted his trident, catching some of the weapons from two guards, mangling there arms in the process. Twirling his spear, he used the momentum to shoot the weapons at two other guards, knocking them back.
Al was caught by a spear, but it only scraped his side, blood spilling outwards, another spear came, barely missing him, until he was suddenly trapped in a cage of spears, his trident locked into place.
"You think you can contain me!" Al said bursting out with water energy, weapons flying in every direction.
Relentless, however, the demons kept rushing in, Al deflected some attacks, and took scrapes and bruises here and there. Expertly though, Al had fought off at least fifty of the guards, they laid what appeared to be lifeless on the ground, but you can never be sure with them.
Al lifted a palm, and shot of giant balls of water, knocking back some foes, giving him time to regain his balance. "Hmm..." Al said breathing heavily, blood staining the clothes he was wearing. Al ran forward to a small herd of demons, jumping upwards, and then slammed his trident into the ground. The mystical energies within the weapon apparent, as it sent a golden shockwave outward, sending demons flying.

The troops back off, looking for a different angle. Most of them started kneeling in groups, stacked three high, while the few remaining distracted Al.
"What are they doing?" Prime asked, rubbing his forehead. He felt oddly feverish and weak, as though he'd caught the flu, but it'd been ages since he'd been able to get sick.
"They're preparing to fire." One of his guards said, as though it were the most obvious thing in the world. Prime looked for the guns, but was slightly confused when he could fine none. That's when he noticed that all four of each demon's horns were aglow, building energy between them.
It was different based on each demon, and steadily blazed brighter and brighter, until it looked as though a rainbow crouched on the ground. One of them moved forwards, grinning its predatory smile. "Scatter!" He yelled, and those attacking Al suddenly shot back all at once, revealing their trap to him.
"FIRE!"
One hundred beams of multicolored light blazed towards Al, visibly speedy and quite powerful. Prime flinched, doubting anyones ability to survive under an all out carpet bombing like that.
"Get the hell out of there!" Prime yelled, on his feet in an instant.

"Calm down!" Al shouted back, taking a punch stance, a jet of water shot out of what seemed to be around his elbow region causing him to spin in a mini typhoon. "Hawaiian!" A loud voice echoed, the colored beam screaming towards Al, threatening to really put a damper on his day.
Al gained velocity, the force building up in his clenched fist, the beam getting closer, and right before it made contact with him, he punched the energy, stopping it, "PUNCH!" He screamed driving his fist through the beam, and an explosion of energy erupted traveling through the beam, splitting it apart, driving into the triangle of demons, their scales charring, but mostly blasting them backwards, knocked unconscious. The beam continued to travel, and dissipated into a beautiful hibiscus flower, and faded from existance.
Al gripped his wrist, his knuckled charred and bloody, but he took out a large chunk of his opponents. "Take that," Al sighed, blood dripping on his right sandal.

Bogarth stepped forwards, holding up his hand and calling a halt to the proceedings. "Enough, he is a warrior worth more than any of you, and has proven himself more than enough. I award him status equal to my own, see that you follow his instructions as you would my own." He said, walking over to Al. "If they don't listen to you, feel free to bang some heads." He said, keeping his voice low. "Remember, the law of chaos rules here.
Prime came over to join his friend, clapping him on the shoulder. "Good show man." Prime said, holding his head. He lowered his voice though, to have a short conversation with Al. "I'm not entirely sure whats going on here, but I'd have to say we've landed ourselves in positions of power an authority in this demon hierarchy. For the moment, I'm not entirely sure what we should do with it, besides tour my new estate." He shrugged, putting his hand to his forehead again. "I need time to think."
Bogarth came over to join their conversation, Arya at his side. She looked somewhat more in control now, as though her demonic nature has been quelled somewhat. She looked at Prime levelly, something hidden in here eye's.
Bogarth lowered his voice, speaking to Prime, Arya, and Al alone. "There is something that the two of you should know, that you specifically should know actually." Bogarth said, pointing at Prime, "Arya here is the daughter of the ruler of this land, one of the devils of hell. He is a vicious, monstrous man, with immense strength and power. I sense something about the two of you, something restrained but powerful." He said, and looked at Al, "And especially about you there seems to be something higher and more noble. But even you, our great lord would crush almost instantly."
Bogarth shook his head, "He makes mere men look pale compared to him. As of this moment, you should consider yourselves at war with him. He's sworn to destroy any who dares to claim his daughter, indeed there are some in her harem who could have bested her, yet feared her fathers wrath." Arya gave him a very sharp look, and though he bowed his head he spared her little courtesy. She looked insulted, but quickly remembered how she was perceived now, looking at Prime.
At length, Bogarth continued. "There is little I myself can do to make you stronger, besides offering what enchanted vestments we have. However, lucky for the two of you, human form demons are somewhat looked down upon here. They branch out a great deal from how you two look, but their armor is the most heavily enchanted, granting them useful abilities to even the playing field, so to speak." He coughed, and led the four of them away from the battlegrounds. "You will need wings if you are to fight with us, do you both have a means of flight? Bogarth asked.
Prime shook his head no, he could move quickly but actual flight was beyond him, though he sensed that he may be able to in the future. He cast an eye on Al however, the man could float himself on a cloud for all Prime knew, though he was certain Al had summons that could fly. Whether they would function in a place other than Earths mid realm was another matter.

Al shook his head, "I don't think my summons would work in this world. I mean, they will, but who's to say what will happen to them, since they are derived a lot from magical powers, and I wouldn't risk the thought of losing one of my summons." Al played with his summoning bead on his necklace pondering the thought. "In a pinch I will summon them, but until then, I am sorry, we will have to fight the good fight... on the ground."
Al began to think of a way that they could get around via flight, "Well, I am sure there is some potion, or magical entity, or even a demon that could grant us the power of flight? I could even try to use my water magic, I don't know how well we would do with that, however," Al was out of ideas, and looked at Prime for an answer, "I say that between the three of us, we could take on Air, Ground, and Sea," He said pointing at Arya, who had wings, Prime, who was a very efficient ground fighter, and himself, who could handle his own on ground, and was deadly, and ferocious in the water.
