"No clue." Said Eragon, picking himself up and walking towards the temple. A low rumble sounded, followed closely by another, then several more. "Foot-steps?" He muttered, looking towards the temple. From within, an 8 foot tall ice titan made his way out. He came to a stop three meters from Eragon, and looked down on both him and Aurora with curiosity. "I am known as Thunder Pick in your language. I guard Shiva, and her sacred items. The Veil of the Tranquil Expanse, with is embued with the essence of ice. And the Coil of Shielding Ice, which creates an ice shield around the arm it is attached to. Tell me, small intruders, why have you come?"
"Uh." Said Eragon, "To cleanse this place? Really it was more so Auro here could try to get his memorys back."
The titan scowled, "You come here for merely your own gain! You are not worthy to stand on the sacred ices of the Goddess Shiva, you will die!" The titan yelled, a giant pick of ice forming in his hands. It crashed down, creating a retort as though thunder has struck. "That would've hurt if I'd held still!" Said Eragon, from behind the titan.

“Looks like you made it mad Eragon. Shame.” Laughed Auro as he leapt forward, the ice gave him the grip he needed with each step. He unsheathed his sword from his back, and launched himself high above the Titans head.
Aurora spun in midair, as gravity kicked. The sword swung down cleaving the air around it. It cut into the flesh of the titan as it connected, blood spurting out. The titan didn’t seem to notice as it knocked Auro away. He landed hard, and slid across the ground.
“Its strong,” Auro stated the obvious.

Eragon jumped up qucikly onto the titan's head, and shoved his dagger into one of the titan's eye's. It wasn't large enough to reach its brain, with its massive skull, but it did blind him on his left side. The titan howled, and grabbed Eragon. Struggling, Eragon pulled himself out of its grasp, and plunged his dagger into its hand, which had no diserable effect. The titan propelled him into the air, and struck at his with its pick. He blocked with his dagger, which was sufficient to protect him from the pick, but not from the flight he experienced as a result. He slammed into the opposite side of the cavern, away from the temple and the titan.
Gathering his energy, Eragon released the locks in his mind, and darted forwards. Using 100% of his muscles capacity, instead of the mere 20% accorded to normal humans, he aquired incredible speeds. He darted in, cutting the the titan, plunging his dagger in and out of its body, but its thick skin and pain tolerance made it impervious to any of Eragon's attacks. Eragon stopped suddenly as the pick landed in front of him, then jumped up onto the titans hand as it tried to hit him, and from there jumped onto its shoulder and landed on the ground behind it with an acrobatic flip.
Eragon searched his mind for the knowledge required to kill something like this, from his school years to his short stay in the Nightside. He finally found the answer in his 8th grade biology class, remembering his teacher saying that if your spinal cord was severed from your brain, you'd die. This was, of corse, a response to a students question. The titan was turning, but that didn't matter to one so quick as Eragon. He jumped up to its shoulder, grabbed its hair, and pulled himself up to neck level. There, he plunged his dagger into the titan's spinal cord, at the base of his skull.
The titan convulsed, flinging Eragon off with the strength of his convulsions. Eragon landed on both feet and had to use one of his hands to slow himself, lest he slam into the wall again. The titan slowly fell over, and hit the ground with a dull retort. Eragon picked himself up, and wipped off his clothing. "Well, that was annoying."

”Very.” Aurora agreed. He glanced around checking for anything else that was hostile. Satisfied there was nothing he moved on towards the middle of the temple. In the middle of the temple was a huge block of ice. Auro touched it carefully, a strange heat pulsing out of it. Strange, Auro though, Shouldn’t be hot, its ice… duh.
”What’d you think this is?” he asked Prime as he checked it over, “Looks like someone or something is in there,”

Eragon looked it over, then walked forwards, drawing his dagger. "Lets find out." He suggested to Auro, then implanted the end of his dagger into the ice at mach speeds, shattering it. A naked woman with skin as pale as ice fell from within, already awake and on her feet. Energy crackled around her, and ice formed in the lines the energy traced. "I am Shiva, and you, little men, had better have a good reason for this intrusion."

Aurora, to say the least was shocked. Shiva, the Shiva was standing before him. The one who basically, fuelled his powers. Well his ice powers anyway. He smirked, Shiva his god, the one he worshipped.
“We’re here to claim the items that are said to be here,” Auro replied. He had another motive now. If he could persuade Shiva, or show her they could be allies, Aurora would be ecstatic.
Shiva didn’t seem pleased. Her voice echoed around the temple making it shake. “You think you can just take them? I see my Titan has been defeated. Never mind, you released me and have me to deal with now.” The ice god laughed.
She raised hand with amazing speed, and shot a beam of ice at Aurora. Who raised his own hand and caught most of it. The sheer power of it was great and it threw him back hard. Aurora managed to flip slightly landing on his knees, he slid a little on impact, the ice prince jumped to his feet and ran, raising his sword as he had done against the Titan, and swung at Shiva. She met it with a small sword, made entirely of ice, it didn’t crack though. It was as hard as diamond. She shoved Aurora away and again rose her hand firing another small ice beam. This time at Eragon.

Eragon flashed in and out of existence as quickly as blinking, the beam passing harmlessly though his after-image. "Tisk tisk tisk, two on one? That isn't fair! Don't tempt fate, my icy mistress." Eragon said, half mocking, but also worried. He wouldn't be able to get near this woman, and his small dagger would be unable to puncture her ice shields. "Uh, Auro, I'm gonna go looking for those items! I can't do anything against her at the moment, be back in a few!" He yelled, dodging another beam of ice, and flashing in and out of existence down another corridor. He found Shiva's veil and the bracelet, but then something else drew his attention to it. A small stone, perfectly spherical, labled, "Shiva's heart." No way. Eragon thought silently, That would just be stupid.
Never the less, he shrugged and walked over to it. At a loss for anything else to do, he turned over his dagger, and plunged it into the gem. It stuck in the gem, and an explosion of power lanced through the gem and into Eragon's dagger, which he couldn't let go of, due to the fact that his hand had been frozen to it. Eragon could hear Shiva screaming, as a great deal of her power was drained away from her and into Eragon's dagger. He watched its size grow as its power grew, slowly becoming an ivory handled short sword, and etched now into the mithril blade was "Frosts Spite". At last, the heart stone was drained, and an explosion sent Eragon flying across the room into the opposite wall, where he spent a little bit of time getting his senses back. "Ouch." He grunted, "Note to self, don't stick dagger into incredably powerful unknown artifacts." He breathed, trying to get some air into his lungs. He reached out and chanced to touch the bracelet, which immidiately coiled around his skin, and then painfully buried itself under it. Eragon howled, biting off curses. He looked at the veil afterwards, it seemed ominous to him. What would it do if he touched it?
He decided it wouldn't be worth the pain, and slowly started walking back out to Auro. Sounded like he was still having a hard time of things.

Aurora was indeed having a tough time. But he was enjoying it, he didn’t realise it but this tough battle was bringing a little of his memory back, he had gained a piece of his power back.
He ducked under a beam that shot at him and swept his foot under Shiva tripping her, she hit the floor hard and grunted slightly. She wasn’t there for long, she jumped to her feat and swung a few blows with her sword at Aurora, he parried them all and slashed at the god, cutting her arm making her his in pain.
Finally a hit, he said mentally, now where the hell is Eragon I need to some help, Aurora thought.
Shiva had gone back to throwing balls of ice and beams at Auro. She had probably realised that she couldn’t beat Auro in a fair sword fight.
“Eragon, WHERE ARE YOU!?” Aurora shouted at the general direction Eragon had run off.

Eragon stumbled into the scene a little groggily, "I'm here man, don't shout. I'm kinda fucked up!" He said, proving his uselessness by getting hit squarely with an ice beam and getting frozen to a nearby wall. "Dude, seriously uncool." He said, shaking his head. He forced his arm up, and cut the ice away with his short sword, which let off a cold smoke ominously as it was moved about. He barked off a shout, and ran towards Shiva. Of corse, to everyone else, he simply disappeared. A moment later, he re-appeared behind her, and she only barely blocked Eragon's blow. He laughed, the short sword weighed as much as his dagger, and he could move it quicker than she could move her pathetic fake sword. He flew into his forms, and cut her twice, on each arm, before she blasted him with ice again. He hunkered down behind he left arm, and was surprised to find a shield of ice blocking Shiva's attack. He sat down hard, dazed and confused. "Duuuuude, what the hell?" He said, a little distractedly. (He had been hit in the head rather hard.) Shiva kicked him in the stomach, and he once again flew across the room, into the opposing wall.

“Dude, have you been drinking?” Auro joked. He sheathed his sword, and concentrated for a second, and whip of ice appeared. He cracked it towards Shiva making it latch onto her wrist. He tugged hard towards the ground. Shiva was dragged down, and she hit the ground hard. The whip disappeared and she rose to her feat.
“An ice adept,” she praised, “shame your going to die soon,” Shiva threatened. Auro smirked, he teleported behind her and planted both fists into her back making her fall to the ground in pain.
“Oh? It seems your on the ground more than me,” he mocked.

"Dude, I may have destroyed her heart, but she's still dangerous as hell." Eragon said pointedly, and immidiately regreted saying it, as Shiva started laughing and all the ice around them began to slowly spike out, and then launch itself at both Eragon and Aurora. "Shit!" He managed to bite off, before getting lost in the maze of projectiles that wrapped themselves around the room. Even as he watched, a small, 3D maze was created, trapping him even if it didn't hit him. He could see Auro was in the same predicament, for a moment anyways, before everything was closed off, and he began to wander the mirrored corridors.

Aurora knew in an instant that, Eragon and he were trapped in Shiva’s mind. He focused briefly, and located Eragon and teleported right next to him.
“Hi there, having fun?” Auro asked with a smile. He motioned to follow and they traipsed the corridors of the ice God’s mind. Weaving through the corridors they came to a massive room, probably in the middle of the maze, stood around a glow in the middle, an army of Shiva’s stood.
“Well that can’t be good?” He asked.

"Well it is her mind." He said lightly, charging forwards at impossible speeds, his sword howling through the air like a terrible demon. He cut and cut be he couldn't penetrate her skin, and again and again he was thrown back, sustaining terrible wounds that sealed over quickly and did no permanent damage to him. He cut about him and time flowed on endlessly and he made no headway. They would not die, they would not fall, they would not falter.
He sped back to Auro's side. "I think that, since we're in Shiva's mind, she's invincible. We need to find a weak point."

Aurora nodded in agreement. He ported behind the group, they seemingly weren’t aware of this. He walked up to Shiva’s essence, her ‘weak point’ a globe with her power inside, he placed his palm on the globe, her power transferring to him, boosting his powers, making him stronger than ever. Then he was met by the first Shiva that had noticed him. Aurora withdrew his sword, blocking and running around her, trying to get back to Eragon, futile plan. He was met by more Shiva, all wielding ice weapons, and ready to kill him.
“Help?” Auro shouted to Eragon.

Eragon blinked twice. "Well that was stupid." He said baldly, then ran forwards and jumped over the Shiva's to stand by Auro's side. "That was REALLY stupid!" He cut one of the Shiva's in half, then, finding that he COULD, in fact, cut them. He stormed into the center of the mass and did his best to decapitate them all. "Well don't just stand-" He dodged. "There Auro!" He yelled. Stepping a Shiva through her left breast.
