OOC- I've noticed on my return to this board that I have been mostly ignored. That's a horrible thought in my opinion. Back in my day, we would respond to every topic that was posted. You may have thought that I was a newb and just thought that I could be ignored and someday disappear, but that is quite the wrong case. I've been around for quite a while longer than any still functioning RPers. I hold no malice towards any of you, but just want to make sure that you all welcome people back into the circle, because that's the only way we will ever grow. Well, with no futher ado.
BIC- A familiar roar of thunder echoed over the field where a once grand city stood. Lightning danced across the sky and illuminated the remaining ruins of the industrial center and business hub. A sprinkle of rain washed over the field and dampened the loose dirt creating a deep brown, nearly crimson, color. Another clap of thunder shook the ground and the wind began to pick up. The straight-line winds ripped stray trees from the ground and set them flying into the crumbling cement pillars that were once the mighty skyscrapers where thousands of people conducted business or made their homes. Another lightning bolt struck the ground and everything was calm, as if nothing had happened. The wind had stopped, the rain was gone, and the thunder was only a ringing in the ear of the lost souls that wandered the area.
From the distance came the all to lost sound of footsteps. You could almost hear the contracting and stretching muscles of the owner of the sound as the it increased in volume. Each step brought an unseen figure closer to the ruined walls and streets of the long forgotten city. Seemingly the sound of the footsteps rang out brought out lost souls from the still damp earth, causing them to become restless and making them show that they truly were still trapped in the mortal plane. Not far from the entrance of the long destroyed town appeared orange wisps of energy. The small sprites of energy danced forward and grew in size, creating a orange portal or sorts. From the opening in space came a well dressed figure of a man.
The man wore a long monk robe cast in an emerald cloth. Across the flowing green cloth were golden etchings in a language that the majority of the world had long forgotten. The edges of the humble yet stunning robe was cast in an intertwined rope of silver and gold that shone in the now bright sunshine. A pair of gi pants barely showed under the robe of the same color, and covered all but the foot section of a pair of Japanese boots with a divided toe section much like that of a ninja boot. Covering the mans face was a tilted coolie hat made of golden straw and bound in a silver twine. Long black hair descended down the shoulders of the tall figure, hair that was neatly held back with a silver piece of cloth with a tribal black dragon design on it.
The man stopped at a single stone pillar and knelt before it. The figures hands clapped together in an image of prayer. For what seemed like hours the figure poured his soul out over the ruins and his mind into the thought of all of those who were lost in the great disaster many years ago. The figure had been to this spot many times before, to atone for the wrongs he had done to the city and its people. Long ago the royal figure, in a state of possession, had destroyed the city and killed everyone in it in a feat of demonic rage. Long had the figure mourned for his actions that day, even if his arch rival had caused him to commit the crime against humanity.
“I will forever remember what happened here that day, and I will work to atone for that horrible moment my entire life. Please forgive me and rest.” the figure stated in a sure and strong voice.
The figure rose and glanced at the sun in the distance. It had been quite some time since he had been to his constructed shrine, let alone leave his home and marvel in the beauty of a setting sun. Time was slipping away from him as he aged, even if it was quite slower than a human. Now that he had lost his mother, father, and brother, all family was lost to him besides a long lost sister that was probably dead as well. Not one to dwell on depressing matters, he removed his coolie and gazed at the orange of the sunset. The light danced across the horizon and made the ruins seem like a beautiful sight. The mans steely green eyes glimmered slightly as a smile formed on his face, showing off his sharp features.
As the man began to become engrossed in the sunset, a large shape formed nearby. A massive human shaped creature appeared just outside the ruins. The body of the figure was a sick yellow color and slightly scaly. It’s head was hunched forward and equipped with features much like that of a desert lizard. It had a forked tongue and pure red eyes. A fin rose off of the shoulders with a slightly green webbing between them. The arms and legs were very long but seemed to be very strong. On each hand were five long fingers that were tipped with long claws. The legs appeared as those of a large cats hind legs. In total, the creature stood nearly twelve feet tall and boasted a nearly eight foot wide shoulder.
The massive creature let out a bellow that made the very ground quake and began sprinting towards the man before him. There was a good half a mile between them, but the man seemed to not notice the charging force near him. The creature continued to run as a sick blue slobber began to form in his mouth as it’s hunger grew. Casually the man lifted his hand as the creature drew closer and held his palm out to the yellow mass, a slight smirk forming on his calm face. The beast was now less than a hundred yards away and grinned at the fact it was about to have a meal.
“Grandeur Wave.” the man called out softly.
Blue sparks washed around his hand and began to form a small orb in his palm. The orb spun around and created a small wind tunnel effect around the well-dressed mans arm. Suddenly the orb burst open and a massive wave of energy shot towards the creature. A mile wide beam of blue energy raced over the field and struck the creature. It’s body was reduced to nothing but a fine pink mist what wafted away in the beam. The man snapped his hand closed and looked himself over.
“Great, I’ve gone and got myself dirty. We’ll, I guess it’s time for a change.” he stated to the emptiness around him.
With a snap of his fingers his green garb was gone and was replaced by a full black suit-like apparel. The jacket was long and fully buttoned from neck to where it ended at his mid thigh. His black pants were straight and slightly baggie at the ends with perfect seems that were hardly visible. A pair of strong black boots complimented the entire outfit well and gave the already tall man an additional inch in height. His hair now flew freely in the wind as it began to pick up once again.
“Much better. Now let’s let everyone know that I’m back.” the man casually stated.
With a wave of his hand hundreds of small dragons, about the size of an eagle, appeared all around him. The appeared to be kneeling on their hind legs with their wings held over the front of their bodies. The man smiled at them and motioned for them to rise to their feet, a command that was quickly followed. Each of the small dragons appeared to be holding a scroll that was sealed with a ruby wax in the shape of a dragon crest.
“You all have your scrolls and know our main targets. It’s been quite some time so you may have to do some searching, but it’s very important that you find them all. Deliver your scroll and then go back home. Remember that we don’t know all of the heroes anymore so if you detect a high enough, give them a scroll. Got it? Go!” the man called out as the dispersed the dragons.
The man smiled as he knelt down to a smaller dragon than the rest that was still at his feet. It appeared much different than the rest. Its body was a powder blue color and its scales were in the shape of rain drops. The dragons wings were soft and cloud-like, while its crest and the end of its tail were like lightning bolts. The man lifted the dragon up and placed it on his shoulder, taking its scroll.
“It’s ok Isia, you don’t have to go. You know that I want you here with me. Your mother would have been proud if she had gotten to see you hatch. I know you never got to meet her, but you are the spitting image of her. I know you’ll bring honor back to the name of the Noble Dragons, mark my words.” the man said as he lightly stroked the dragons neck, then opening the scroll he began reading to himself.
“Friends,
I know that I’ve been gone for some time and I give you my most sincere apologies. I’ve had a lot of personal issues to resolve and now that I’ve done that I’ve decided to catch up with you all. Most of you probably won’t remember me but I’m sure you’ve heard of some of my feats before. If not, it’s not a big deal but you must have been living in a cave for the past few years.
Either way, I’m waiting for someone to arrive at the ruins of Neo Tech City. Some company would be much appreciated. Come in whatever way you see fitting, I will welcome all guests.
Sincerely,
The King of Dragons, Lord of Drakengrad,
Valon Lorsha”
“It’s good to be king…” Valon stated as he began his wait for his old friends, and possibly some new ones.
OOC- That's right...I'm Dragon Lord. I just hope that this topic gets some action because I know it seems slow right now, but it's gonna pick back up. Another one of my trademark characters will be returning with a big bang soon after we get a few people going in here. Enjoy all.

Al flipped his food with a spatula as it cooked in the pan, when he heard a 'BANG!' on the window pane of his house. He looked to the window quizzically, noticing that a small blue dragon was trying to enter his house. He opened the window, and it nested on his shoulder obiediently "Kapora, don't even think about it" he said, as his wind tiger began ready-ing for a strike.
Al smiled, and removed the scroll and began to read it "It seems the King of Dragons has resurfaced... hmmm... maybe I will just pay him a visit." He patted the head of the dragon. Al waved his hand, and made a scroll of water, with a symbol in the shape of Leviathan on it. "He should know who I am..." Al said and lifted his arm. The little dragon flew off to give the message back to Valon.
"Well Kapora" Al said petting Kapora's head "Lets go!" Kapora went out side, and stood on the logs, that kept his house aloft in the water. Al snapped his fingers, and it sent a vibration through the waters, and soon enough Leviathan arrived. Al climbed up, and Kapora flying by his side, they headed towards Valon's direction.

Aurora had just teleported back to his little shack on the coast of Dover; he had been porting around the world (as usual) looking for anything, or anyone to help. It was his job to help the world, at least he thought so. He undid the strap holding his sword to his back and tossed it, along with his sword onto the small table in the middle of the room. Auro grabbed the remote from a nearby settee and flicked on the TV, nothing of interest was on as usual. He began to rise when a small dragon creature barrelled in through the open window, plunging into his stomach.
“Hi there, little one.” Auro greeted in a friendly manner. He noticed the note, and the slight growl he got from the dragon when it was called ‘little’. He grabbed the note, (without getting his hand bitten off) and read it quickly.
Valon, Auro pondered, where have I heard that name before, Auro grabbed his sword and sheath, strapped it back on, sent the dragon on its way, and ported off to where Valon was.
“Hi there,” Auro called to the lone figure, “Valon? I’m Aurora, nice to meet you.” He added.

A figure strolled down one of the empty streets, slightly obscured by the dust the dragons had lifted when they tried to find their target. Sunlight reflected off of the distinctive reflective sunglasses on the figure's face, although his head was still obscured by dust and harsh day time shadows. As he continued walking, one of the many dragons fell away from the main pack and descended towards the figure, landing on his shoulder. Ender took the scroll, read it, then continued walking towards Valon. "Well, it seems I've found you before your dragons could get me," he said, grinning widely. "Long time no see, huh?" OOC: I knew you couldn't have been an RP newbie. *points to his post in your other topic*

A few moments later, there was a brilliant green flash, and Zebedee appeared, Thyra at his side. They both had spent much time around Valon, having been helped out of many tough spots by the King of the Dragons. Zebedee was clad in a battered leather jacket, apparently somehow reconstituted from the shreds that it had been reduced to in the course of his adventures. His glasses were bent somewhat askew, although it was clearly a choice of Zebedee's, and not something involuntary. A similar state of disarray was common ground for his traditional orange shirt and blue pants. He stood a short distance away, and watched the proceedings interestedly. When Ender was done with the niceties, he himself approached Valon.
"Hello..." Zebedee had gone a long while without socializing much, and returning to society where greeting were exchanged so easily was difficult for him. His voice seemed almost to surprise himself as it came out of his throat.
Thyra's greeting was much warmer, walking straight up to Valon, and attempting to give him a small, quick hug. "We've been missing you badly in Cherrygrove, Valon. I hope that everything's better for you right now."
OOC: Lee's post=Meh.

Up in the sky, three shiny dots glinted in the sun, flying towards the group's direction. Two of the dots revealed to be metal birds, one made of pure gold and the other of pure silver, and the other one was a magenta wyvern with diamond ridges along its back. The golden bird had three riders on it: a tall, blue-haired young man wearing a short, light blue coat with white fur lining on the collar, sleeves and other edges, a short, curvy woman with black hair and wearing a cape that matched it, as well as a gray bluse and pants, and a tiny infant, with soft, downy black hair like her mother's, sound asleep under a bundle of blanket.
The dragon, however, had only two riders: a young man with purple, messy hair and dark green dragon-scale armor, and a woman with the same purple hair wearing scarlet robes and a comb made of long, dragon fangs. The three creatures eventually approached earth, and landed gently and smoothly, their claws digging into the soil. The blue-haired guy jumped off and helped the woman down, and the riders of the dragon leaped off together and landed in front of Valon. The woman landed on her feet, but the man...well, let's just say he got a free sample of the dirt in front of his face.
"Nadeshi, get up! I'm so glad to see you again, dear..." Opilia embraced Valon and looked longingly into his eyes. "Missed you so much."
Nadeshi stood up, spitting out mouthfuls of dirt, and said, "Heya, Valon. Nice to see you're on earth again..."
Hector introduced himself to the Dragon King a little more somberly than the others. He slowly came up to him, and simply bowed his head and muttered, "I'm so sorry...for taking the easy way out. I am back, with a family." He glanced over at Vathale, who humbly bowed down in Valon's presence.
OOC: A family, but he's not married. Raise your hand if you saw this coming =P

OOC- I’m going to address everyone in the order they posted in, besides Tohma. I’ve got to rearrange the order of the characters in your post for topical reasons. Hope you don’t mind.
BIC- A warm smile washed over Valon's face at the appearance of all his old friends. The first arrival was a small message from Al, stating that he was on his way. Valon had been in many adventures throughout the years with Al and had a great respect for his style and sense of self. Nothing in the world was better than that in Valon's opinion. He took the small note and folded it a couple times and placed it in the front pocket of his jacket.
Valon noticed the arrival of Aurora and smiled at him, the way someone smiles when being reunited with old friends after a long absence, which happened to be the case. Valon had not personally know Aurora, but had spoken with others about him. Valon made a strong, welcoming gesture towards the young man and smiled broadly.
“Nice to meet you too. The pleasure is all mine. I’m glad you decided to come, there should be something to enjoy soon enough.” Valon stated softly.
Valon noticed the approach of Ender, clouded by a wave of dust. A sudden wave of memories washed over Valon, both good and bad. The battle the two of them had once had, the many adventures that the two of them had had together, and how close they were once in the past. All thoughts that Valon held dear, just as held his friend dear.
“So Ender, I see you haven’t gotten rid of the mirrored shades. I figured by now you would have found a new pair.” Valon jested to his mentally powerful friend.
A green flash washed over the area and Zebedee and Thyra appeared before the Dragon King. Zebedee seemed to find it hard to create words, and Valon found this not unusual. He knew that his angelic friend would banish himself from the public eye and stray away from society. It was quite normal and expected from him. Valon returned the embrace from Thyra and smiled widely at the pair.
“Zebedee…It’s been far to long. I know that you’ve been away as well, but I would just like you to know that I’ve missed you. Thyra, I’ve been wanting to visit you again, but hadn’t found exactly what I was looking for. I’m sure you’ll be glad to know that I have now and I’m back to stay.”
Suddenly a pair of creatures landed on the still damp earth before Valon. The first set to descend was a blue haired boy, dark woman, and a small child. Hector, Vathale, and their child. Hector rambled an apology to Valon and made notice of his family. A warm smile formed on his face, and was increased by the falling of his old friend Nadeshi, and smooth landing of his sister, Opilia.
“Hector, I’m glad to see you again. I see that you’ve matured a great deal since the last time we met. You’ve more than made up for yourself, and I’m proud of you. You should hold your head high and shout to the world that you are doing the right thing, even in the face of great odds. Nadeshi, I’m glad to be back. Still graceful as ever I see.” Valon laughed slightly.
Suddenly Valon was embraced by Opilia and the biggest smile of the day formed across the King of Dragons face. He was now, finally, back with his love. Valon leaned forward and lightly kissed her on the forehead, a sign of deep love of the Aldra-Sa. He ran his hands through the soft purple hair of Opilia and cooed like a baby.
“I’ve missed you horribly. I feel so bad for just leaving and not telling you where I would be, what I was doing. I don’t know if you’ll ever fully forgive me, but now I’m back for good and I promise to make that time up to you. There’s something that we need to talk about soon, but now’s not the time…Let’s just enjoy the sunset.” Valon stated, as he lifted the two of them into the air, facing the pink of the setting sun.
The orange and pink dance in the sky continued for what seemed like hours, hours that Valon could spend high in the air with Opilia and never think twice. It had been so long since he had held her in his arms that the brief glance at the sunset seemed like a million years of paradise. As the light of the sunset faded away and the starlight appeared high above Valon landed and stood Opilia next to him.
“Friends. Tonight we celebrate. We celebrate friendship, being together once again, and everything victory that we’ve ever claimed. Never forget what you are fighting for, what you have to do. There will always be an easy way to do thing, but the noble path lies in the hardship. So now I say eat, drink, and be marry!” Valon called out as silver lights wafted from his hands and all around the group.
Large tables full of food and drink appeared all around a massive bon fire in the center of the group. Fruits and meats only seen in Drakengrad were featured on a center table and different types of other delights appeared all around them. This was a celebration, so there was skimping on amount or type. Valon smiled at he approached each person one by one.
“Aurora, as a sign of my gratitude for you coming to great someone that you didn’t even know I would like you to have this silver bracer. When you are in a tight spot, just hold it forward and the essence of a dragon will appear to protect you.” Valon stated as he snapped his fingers, making the bracer appear on the young mans wrist.
“Ender, I had to put some thought into what I could give you, and finally decided that you could use a nice dragon blood gem ring. It has some regenerative properties, so it should help with the headaches you get when you use your powers.” Valon said as he cast the ring onto Enders finger.
“Lee, I want you to have this dragon scale necklace. It’s been enchanted to allow the wearer to always be in contact with me and allow them to find me with ease. Thyra, I want you to have this dragon hair belt. It adds to all defensive abilities, and allows instant passage to Drakengrad Castle just so you know you are always welcome at my home.” Valon said as he created each item on each target.
“Hector…You were probably the hardest to figure something up for, so I just cast you a Drakengrad pendent. It allows you into my home, and also will call me whenever you happen to be in a tight spot that you can’t handle…I don’t think that power will be used much. Vathale, I cast you a pair of dragon heartstring bracelets that will allow you to create barriers when in a tight situation, but not at will. Finally for your little daughter I have this little blue dragon plush. If either one of you can’t get to her to defend her in a moment danger, it will transform into a real dragon and defend her. Nadeshi, I‘ve created you a dragon tear gem that will allow for better communication with dragons and access to my home at all times” Valon said as he handed away the gifts humble.
“Finally, Opilia I want to give you the greatest gift of all, and it just happens to be something that I hold quite dear. I’ve been thinking a lot lately and have come to a decision. I want you to become the Queen of Dragons. Opilia…Will you do me honor of becoming my wife?” Valon asked as he created a beautiful silver ring shaped like two dragons holding a large diamond.
OOC- Dun Dun Dunnnnnnnn!!!! I know it’s a bit of a tacky post, but it’s something that I felt Valon needed to do. Anyways, this is the last chance to enter and post your reactions in the celebration. We’re gonna pick up on my next post, so enjoy while you can.

"Heh, pretty neat... Thanks, I'll make sure to visit ya," Hector said casually, fingering the pendant gingerly. It caught the sun's rays and divided them through its facets. Vathale stared at the bracelets for a second, smiled and uttered a sweet thank you, then let Pleiades play with her new toy.
"Wait--you're proud of Hecceh over there?" Nadeshi asked, jerking his thumb in the Raixian's direction. "He's not married to the girl, ya know. And I think the baby was an accident on his part--"
"NADESHI MAELTIOS, SHUT YOUR MOUTH!!!" Opilia shrieked, but was quickly calmed down by Valon's tenderness. She was immediately spellbound, and once he asked that one special question, she could hardly say a word.
"I...I...I will...." Opilia almost fell down because her legs were reduced to nothing but gelatin. Her long, slender hands trembled as her fingertips stroked the precious diamond. The shimmering ring fit her perfectly, and tears of joy instantly formed in the corner of her eyes.
"I will!" Opilia regained her lost senses, and dashed eagerly over to Valon, wrapping her arms around him. She accepted the offer with a kiss, and smiled warmly.
Nadeshi chuckled and simply said, "I'm so happy for ya, sis. I'm happy for both of you." He smiled, and his thoughts wandered over to his Marina. Mysterious, but ever so lovely. Then, he thought about Hector and Vathale. Sure, his friend got married to someone he didn't particularly like, but hey. They could smooth out any differences, couldn't they? It seemed like everyone was falling in love and getting married...
OOC: Yay, it's time for a celebration! =D

"Of course I haven't gotten rid of these shades. They're like, a part of me," Ender said, grinning widely.
After a few more greetings, Valon handed Ender the ring. "Wow. Thank you. I'm sure this will come in handy in the future," Ender said, truly greatful. He rolled the ringaround in his fingers, examining the beautiful piece of jewelry closely. He looked at all of it with his eyes and with felt it with his mind: its silver band, the ornate lines carved around it, the blood red gem that seemed to catch the light even in the shadows. The psionic slipped it on his right hand, looked at it again, and smiled. A moment later, he was shaken out of his reverie by the proposal.
Ender looked up at the couple, the happiness emanating from both of them. It didn't take an empathist like Ender to notice that the air around them was completely saturated with the emotion. He smile grew even more. "Congratulations you two," he said after approaching.
"But..." Ender said, casting a sideways glance (which was invisible from behind his shades), "if you don't mind, I sense that the food is getting cold and I'm starving." With that, Ender waved his ringed hand, telekinetically bringing 3 large plates to a close hover behind him. 'Wow, this thing really does help. I don't even feel the strain from doing simple things any more...' he thought to himself while piling food onto the plates, feeling them become heavier mental burdens, but not feeling the headaches at all. It would probably hurt at higher levels of psionics, but at least he could move things without having to take an aspirin now.

Al finally arrived, in a glorious explosion of water "I'm sorry, that I'm late, I can't teleport, or fly like the rest of you. Though I do have Leviathan to give me a ride" Al scratched his head. "I see you all got wonderful gifts." Al squeeled when he seen the little blue plush dragon "Oh my gosh, that is the cutest thing ever. You all have really neat, and cool things..." He turned to Valon "And I suppose they each have something to do to with you?" Al asked rhetorically.
Al opened his hand "I have a gift for the Dragon King" Al said to valon. A bubble formed, and then finally into a small silverish serpentine figure "This is something that is most dear to me, I found him a week ago, I named it Stanley." Handing the small silverish water serpent to Valon "His kind is very rare, depending on how he is raised, will tell what color shape, and attitude he will have." Al smiled "I hope that you take good care of him."

OOC- If you guys haven’t posted yet, you still can, but keep up with the storyline here. Tohma, hope you don’t mind a bit of an auto.
BIC- Valon paid no attention to the comments or noises made by the people around him. The only thing that he could hear was Opilia’s voice; her breathing, her heartbeat, and her soft sobs of happiness. His love was to marry him, becoming the Queen of Dragons. The Lorsha bloodline would live on, giving a great gift to the world and to Drakengrad. Valon lifted Opilia into the air with him in a loving embrace. The pair seemed to dance in the sky as Valon created fireworks around them in the sky. A perfect moment that could never be taken away; except, something soon would.
Valon set Opilia down and turned to the recently arrived Al. Valon accepted the token of the silver serpent and lightly stoked the back of the creatures head. The creature dubbed ‘Stanley’ cooed softly at the soft touch of Valon and rubbed up against his hand. He lightly poked the creature in the forehead and cast a orange glow around it. The creature disappeared in a wisp of orange light and Valon turned his attention to Al.
“Thank you, I’ve sent him to my home to be taken care of by one of my aids. As a thank you I would like you to have this special bracer. It will give you the ability to teleport wherever you wish, but just as long as you know the area. Hope you enjoy it.” Valon said as he crafted the band on Al’s wrist.
Valon turned his attention back to Opilia and lightly kissed her on the forehead again. They were lost in the moment yet again. Nothing else seemed to matter, but things would soon get interesting. A blast of energy shot from the darkness and smashed into Opilia’s back, sending her and Valon crashing to the ground. Valon whipped Opilia to the ground next to him and checked on her. She was just fine, but jarred and shaken. Valon rose to his feet in pure rage and faced the direction of the attack. His eyes shone a deep red and his teeth had begun to grow into points.
“Who’s out there! Show yourself or I’ll come out there and kill you!” Valon shouted so loud that the ground began to quake, sending the tables full of food flying to the ground.
“Calm down Lorsha, or you’ll give yourself a heart attack.” a cold voice stated in the darkness.
A black silhouette appeared in the distance, striding forward in a cocky gate. As some light from the fire began to catch the figure, nothing much was revealed. It was a male figure wearing a cold gray cloak that covered all but his lower face, arms, and legs. The arms and legs were clad in metal, and seemed cybernetic. The skin of the figures face was stark pale and bore a cold smirk that seemed to not be human.
“Calm down dragon man, you know she’s not dead. It’s just a little bump. I’m gonna do much worse to you. You’d be amazed how much you don’t care when you’re a disembodied brain.” the figure laughed coldly.
“Koji! I thought you were dead! Don’t worry, that’s what you’re about to be!” Valon called out as he clenched his fist tightly, as energy began to pour from his grip.
“I think not you over emotional, meat sack. I’ve become more than you could comprehend, let alone defeat. Now that my sister is dead I’ve absorbed her arms, giving me her powers. I happened to have been there when your best friend Valcara died and I got to absorb your old weapon, the Heartless, as well as a blade you hadn’t gotten to taste yet the Soulless. I’ve got a lot of little treasures inside me. Weapons of all shapes and sizes, energy attacks of all different kinds, as well as my natural ‘insanity’ as you like to put it. Oh that and this.” Koji said as he motioned behind him.
An army of mechanical monstrosities turned on their flood lights, revealing the sheer numbers. There stood nearly one hundred and fifty mechs, each nearly twenty feet tall. A pair of legs with a reversed joint knee held them aloft and connected onto the small pelvic stem of the robotic legion. The human-like figures extended up to the shoulder area like a human, and then lost a head. The optic sensors stood lodged in a yellow triangle near the midpoint of the mechs. The arms were long and slender, with long yellow blades extending off of the gray base. Three yellow fingers stood ready to open and unleash the twin machine guns hidden within. A lime green armor stood out in places of the mech, giving it a reptilian appearance.
“They’re beautiful don’t you think. I’ve spent a great deal of time on them, you like?” Koji asked coyly.
“Fight me right now!” Valon called out as he fired out an orb of black energy towards Koji.
“I will, but we’ll fight on my terms. One on one, in the ruins of New Tech City. No one else is allowed to interfere, no matter what. Plus, they’ll be to busy fighting my army of mechs to help you anyways. I’ll meet you there. In the meantime, have fun with my mechs.” Koji said as the army began to mobilize towards the gathering of heros.
“I’m going after Koji. No one follow me. Someone take care of Opilia and the rest of you take out those mechs at all cost. I’ll be right back.” Valon stated as a new calm washed over him.
A white orb appeared in Valons hand and sat perfectly still. He smashed the orb into his face and a pure white mask appeared over his it. Two twin black slits opened for his eyes and moved as if connected to his eyelids. Valon gave a sure nod to the group and launched himself into the ruins that he had just been praying for, ready for battle. As Valon made his exit the mechs began closing in on the group gathered around the fire. Each one opened their set of hands and began letting loose a volley of machine gun fire.
At the ruins, Valon found the mechanical monster before him. No words were exchanged, only steely glances. Without wasting any time, Valon reached out into space and pulled out two of his famous weapons, the sword Aruafon and the scythe The Reaper. In a swift second the hilt of the Aruafon and The Reaper’s long handle were fused into a single powerful weapon. The Dragon Reaper stood strong in his hands as he pointed the sword blade at the mechanical villain. Koji shot out two demonic looking blades, one on either hand. The two warriors shot at each other and came together with a clash of blades that rang out over the entire area. The battle for two lives had begun.
OOC- I told ya the fun wouldn’t last. Post in by fighting the mechs or protecting the group or something.

Opilia, being the strong, powerful woman that she was, recovered quickly and wasted no time in retaliating. "You're not going to ruin our lives!" She raised her right hand, which had a golden bracelet on it in which were carved Kalasian writing and pictures of dragons. It pulsed, emitting flashes of light. "Narana! I seek your aid!!" From the sky arrived a slender, purple wyvern with eyes of precious diamond and spikes of diamond running down her back. Narana landed right next to Opilia, but immediately started to tear apart at one mech's metal body with her extremely sharp diamond claws.
Meanwhile, Hector transformed into Phoenix Angel and transported Vathale and their daughter someplace safe. "You two stay here. I'll go fight them." Before his girlfriend could protest Hector flew back to the battlefield and conjured up intense, hot, crimson flames with his hands. He melted most of the mech's head, and used his two giant sabers, made of precious, strong, enchanted metal to slice and dice away at the rest.
OOC: Well, there you go =P

"Oh man, I'm gonna get a cramp..." Ender said, mouth stuffed with a half eaten roast pig leg. Beside him was already 3 stacks of plates, each over a foot tall, and piled high with bones and other things that Ender couldn't digest. He stood up and looked at the mechs surrounding the group. He quickly probed them, finding out as much as he could about their weaponry, structure, etc, before getting ready.
Ender popped 5 aspirins into his mouth like candy before starting. The psionic split his mind, quieting the smaller piece, making it a blank slate. There instincts would control. Although it was the smaller piece, it would have the most control, being able to override his conscious mind at a moment's notice. That piece of his mind would look in all directions, including a couple seconds into the future. In the rest of his mind, he shut down his emotions. Outside, his face had lost its smile. Ender adjusted his shades.
Somehow, Ender knew the most effective way to use the ring was to put it next to his head, closest to where it was needed. The ring was on his right hand, so he touched it to his temple before holding out his left hand in a fist. He knew he could create barriers to help protect the others, but his strategicly thinking mind was in control, not his protective emotions. He knew he had been 'built' so to say, to destroy things. He was, after all, code named "Ender. " As the mechs opened fire, he teleported, reappearing at some random spot within the mass, still in the same position. The psionic concentrated on the mechs closest to him, and after finding what he wanted, opened his fist.
Those mechs that had been closest to him were in the middle of swiveling around to shoot him, but never had the chance. Before the closest one even opened its hand, all of the nuts and bolts were forcefully ripped out, the bots completely falling apart where they stood. Ender turned his palm upward, then closed his fist again to pull all the newly formed scrap metal tightly around his body. A millisecond later, bullets began to impact the makeshift armor as the other mechs opened fire. However, the bullets didn't ricochet as they would have. Ender basically absorbed the bullets into the debris, causing the armor to grow.
A minute passed, the mechs still firing, when a piece of the junk shifted. Suddenly, the shell exploded in all directions, shrapnel tearing apart anything within a 50 yards. Ender stood in the middle of the newly created dead zone, still in the same position, but now with a massive headache. He twitched a bit, but felt the healing effects of the ring working, relieving the pain much quicker than the aspirin could do.

Aurora’s icy blue aura flared up as soon as he heard the bullets being fired, he ran forwards, drawing out his sword ‘Odin’s Bane’. He threw out his hand, aiming his palm at the closest robot and focused his energy into his palm, a blue sphere began sucking in the air, and freezing it and making itself grow. Aurora unleashed it, a blue beam a few metres thick smashed into the mechanic freezing it in place, he stopped just short of it, swinging his sword through the air, cutting one of its massive legs in half, making the robot smash to the ground, smashing into a million pieces.
Aurora flicked his hand, the millions of pieces of ice, shot up into the air a moulded itself together, creating a huge boulder, Aurora blasted it with another beam of ice, propelling it into another mechs chest, smashing it in, the mech fell to the ground, and Aurora destroyed it swinging his sword down chopping the metal head off. More gunshots fired, and Aurora spun, just lifting his sword to defending himself, the broad sword did its job, and Aurora ran off again, heading for his next victim. Aurora tossed his sword, it flew through the air doing swordy aerobatics and impaled itself into it’s victims head, Aurora collected it quickly.
Aurora pivoted on one foot to find a mech looking down at him. Aurora smiled and waved a little before crouching quickly to the ground and punching it hard, ice spread out quickly, attaching itself the now crazy firing robots legs and freezing them to the ground, Aurora rose, his aura keeping the bullets away, and kicked a rock it contacted with the robot’s frozen legs and they crumbled, sending it to the ground and smashing its head, killing it. Aurora smiled slightly and looked around for some more victims, and if anyone needed help.

"Thyra, hold onto this for me." Zebedee tossed her the necklace. Not that he minded wearing it, but it would negatively react with his holy aura, so it was neccesary to remove it for now. He shot into the air, gravity leaving him in an instant. He teleported behind a mech, and drew his racquet from the ether. A quick slash opened the back of its head, and let him tear out the wires with a burst of wind. He teleported again, this time in front of a mech. Without hesitation, Zebedee formed a forcefield around his left fist and then launched himself at it, hammering into the armor with a loud crunch. The mech staggered back, but countered, swatting Zebedee away.
Zebedee, still not powered up, slammed into another robot, and bounced off. He tumbled to the ground and laid still, crumpled up like a crushed aluminum can. It was evident he was still alive, but that swift attack had caught him off guard. He rolled to his feet as quickly as he could, and with much wobbling, lept into the air again. -------- Thyra backed up slightly, tucking away the gifts in a safe spot. She raised her forcefield, watching the combat heat up on all sides of her. Really, she was pretty much useless in this fight. Her ammunition for her sling was designed to exploit its holy charge, and her only powers were defensive... Wait.
Thyra kept her shield raised, charging at a robot. When she came up to around twenty feet away, she paused, and readied herself. The machine swung at her, arm exploding into thousands of bits of shrapnel as it struck the impenetreble forcefield. Thyra simply grinned, waiting for the next attack.

Al jumped next to Lee "tough fall, here let me get this one!" Al spun, and his armor appeared over his body. He conjured a giant lance, and a chain attatched its self to his arm, he spun around, and impaled a robot, and then swung it around taking another out. Al laughed, and it echoed in his amour. "Hmph, they are slow, even when I have all this armour on!" he ran foward and caught up with Lee. "I will fight with you until you power up! Bra!"

OOC- Sorry about my delay, but it was something beyond my control.
BIC- Metal clashed against metal, energy with energy, and fist with fist. Two dark streaks in the sky above the ruins of the once great city. Blood and oil spattered across the sky as Valon and Koji battled. Both fought with a force that could shatter worlds or split the heavens themselves. Koji had truely gained strength, a strength that seemed to be almost equal that of the Dragon King. The battle raged on as thunder began to ring out overhead and bolts of lightning began to hit the pair as they battled. They divided for a few moments and regained their breath.
"Koji, you show talent, but you are totally insane! You're never going to beat me, new power or not." Valon called out as he pulled his blades upwards in a battle position.
"Right, we'll see dragon boy. I'll just destroy you and then enjoy taking your little girl down there apart piece by piece." Koji called out as he retacted one blade and formed that hand into a large beam rifle.
"You bastard!! You're going to die!!" Valon called out as he blazed forward to restart the battle.
**********
The mechs began to decrease in numbers. First by a half, then a quarter, then an eighth until only eight mechs remained. The seemed to begin to back away when a loud whirr came from behind them. A larger mech of the same type appeared and spread its arms out wide. The eight remaining mechs began to change and twist around the larger one. They seemed to form a new type of body with massive legs and arms. It still hand no head but on each shoulder was a massive particle cannon. The mechanical monster charged up the twin cannons and fired them down into the group of gathered heros.
OOC- Sorry it's not so great...I'm uninspired.

"What? Transformers and Megazords? Man, YOU'RE SO UNCREATIVE!" Ender screamed at Koji in a loud clear voice. It was obviously mocking, the psionic's thick, oozing sarcasm managing to slip past his emotional barriers. With that, he turned to face the mech, then watched as it charged its cannons to fire.
Ender held the ring to his temple again then raised his left hand. The ground trembled for a short moment before a thick wall erupted from the earth in front of himself as well as any others nearby. The energy shots hit the wall, causing large explosions, but didn't penetrate deep enough to hurt anyone behind it. At least, it wouldn't after that first volley.

"You don't DARE take away my friend Valon's happiness, you soulless monster!" Hector skillfully dodged the energy blasts, and focused on the giant robot's legs. If he could destroy one of them, that would at least render it immobile.... Or at least he hoped so. Hector gripped the handle of both sabers tightly, and soared towards the right leg, a trail of crimson fire and feathers lingering in the air. His first plan of attack was to hack away at the virtually impenetrable metal, attempting to give it a few good dents and scratches. He simultaneously wrapped the leg in long streams of intense flames, trying to melt it slightly. It worked, because the metal became significantly softer.
"Now's our chance! Hack away at the leg with everything you've got!" Hector hollered over to his comrades. He slashed the metal, creating deep gashes in the mech's leg. Hector continued hitting the metal with the ultra-sharp sabers, making sure to tenderize the metal more using his fire powers.
OOC: Meh post.....meh >_<
