Now, a lot of what RP has always lacked is strong villains. Rich Burlew, the creator of Order of the Stick, wrote an article a long time ago that I found works marvelously for clarifying and refining the image of your villains, until you end up with a memorable image. www.giantitp.com/articles/rTKEivnsYuZrh94H1Sn.htmlIt's helped me fix up Miko, Nopcsa, Abatis (well, once he moves again), the Comprachico band, and the villains in Whispers (though again, those two have yet to debut...). Not sure what else to say, but considering how many of us have issues with conceptualizing our villains (Choobeh-Cobra, Pohatu-Tanner, and BB-Bernard come to mind), it could be very useful.

Actually this helped me hash something out with a character that I've been waiting to put into play for a long time. If Bulbs would hurry up and end Crystals 2 and 3 Then I'd be happy.

This will probably help with Fahyrv, but it's too late to nail that 'name' thing down right. Thanks a lot, Asshatu.
So we totally need to work on that Raiixian doctor thing because I had a great idea for a subplot with him and Dimitri in Radiance.

The other three theory articles are definitely worth a read, too.

At least I've never had any issues with making decent villains. (though I have so few, including several that I've used elsewhere and have yet to debut here - like the character I based my creepy asian guy in LTR on, the heart-obsessed vampire known as Alzarude Derrik)
But that is a very awesome article indeed. ^___^
