Lucas blade snapped down into the ground, and a wall of ice arose be hind him, sealing off the room from the hallway. Lucas growled violently, and threw the lead officer across the room. Icy hands grasped him where he landed, and held him fast.
"Scar, take care of those officers, we can't let them have anything we've stored here." Lucas growled, then walked across the room to look at the man in charge again, carefully.
"You'll regret your defiance." Lucas said, smirking, and he slowly reached down to grab the man's arm, pulling it up to face level.
"Let us begin, this is a lesson in obedience. Your reward for learning, is death, and you will beg for it by the time I am through." Lucas said, and then he started slowly ripping off the officer's finger nails, his smile growing ever wider as the blood spurted all over his face.

Scar was livid. His opponent had fled and the damn cops were the ones that scared him off. The air became thick as his power surged. Bullets flying at him stopped in mid-air and fell to the ground with a thud. Even the hands seemed to have difficulty staying off of the floor. Lucas had sealed the room off from the hallway, which left two officers trapped inside with them. With the sheer force of his energy, they had trouble even breathing. One of them fell to the floor and begged for mercy. There was none.
He kicked the cop on the left over onto his back. He was pleading for mercy, something about his wife and kids. Scar didn't give a shit. With a twirl of his wrist, he sliced clean through the vest and into the man's gut. Needing a place to rest his blade for his next action, Scar skewered the other police officer to the floor and twisted the blade ninety degrees. The second cop sputtered and coughed as he died and the first was screaming in pain and terror. Scar plunged his fist into the exposed organs and after a bit of fishing around, pulled out the man's liver which he tossed onto his face before stomping the liver through the man's brain. Leaving his blade in the second body, Scar kicked through the ice. The motion caused some of his wounds to reopen, but he was beyond caring.
The three in the hall had been trying to break through in vain. The stood before Scar's towering menace like scared children. Scar thrust his hands forward and grabbed the two police on the ends by their necks and lifted them into the air. With a swift motion, he had snapped their necks and dropped their lifeless forms to the ground. A sharp smell pierced his nose as he looked at the remaining man in disgust; he had shit himself. Scar grabbed the officer's hands and kicked the man in the chest. There was a sickening pop as his arms came off but the man didn't scream as he was in shock. Scar dropped the arm that was in his left hand and swung the left arm of the cop across his face knocking him to the ground. He kept trying to get up, but he hadn't grasped that his arms were gone. Scar summoned Magnum Killer and pierced the man's brain.
Feeling considerably better, Scar's aura returned to normal and he went back inside the apartment leaving a trail of blood drippings from where he had torn his wounds open again.

Davidson choked down a scream as his fingernails came away, spurting blood. Yet the pain didn't last all that long. As each of the wounds was exposed to the cold, they swiftly went numb. In a moment he'd lost all feeling in his hands. He could tell his legs had gone the same way. The fingers that pressed him against the wall clenched, digging deeper into his skin, but this did not bother him anymore. The cold was a comfort, and he welcomed it.
Christ, if they'd known it was going to be this... They'd been expecting a couple of bloodthirsty lunatics with swords, not this damned Necronomicon shit. Davidson wheezed. He wondered what Williams would have ordered if he'd known the d'Arcangel's pair had this kind of power... Probably would've asked for a squadron of bombers to wipe the whole city block clean...
Davidson grinned slightly. Maybe Williams had the right ideas, after all.
"Fock you, killer," he said to the grungy-haired man. "You need a... lesson in torture..."
The last thing Inspector Davidson saw was the scarred man trailing blood back into the apartment, his blade covered in gore. Didn't sound like any of the other officers had made it out of there alive. Too bad, Davidson thought finally. Sorry about that, boys. Wish we'd...
The cold swept him away into its embrace.

"Tch," Lucas said, "Either he doesn't have any family, or this man has the most balls I think I've ever seen." He let the man go, and shook his head.
"Well, in all honesty I'd like to let you live, but I need to know what you know. Goodbye officer." There was the gory sound of a man being impaled on a sword, followed by weak gurgling, and another arm was added to the wall. Wailing with the rest.
"I'll take care of you later, and your family if neccessary." Lucas said, then turned to Scar.
"Well, it seems like we're going to have to relocate. We can't have this place turning into a blood bath, as much fun as that would be, we have much larger things to worry about." Lucas said, grinning.
"So Terrian, Prime, that bitch Helen. They all get to live, for now." Lucas said, grasping Scar's shoulder in a friendly manner.
"So, you like Hawaii?" Lucas asked casually.

Scar looked down and grinned as his comrade spoke. "Hawaii, eh? You know I don't give a damn as long as there are strong people to fight or at the very least lots of people to kill." As he said this, Magnum Killer vanished, leaving the blood and bits of grey matter hovering in the air for a moment where the blade had been before they fell to the floor.

Lucas nodded, "Its decided then. Ah well, its the first place that comes to mind, who cares?" Lucas said, shrugging. He walked over to his clothing, and carefully dressed himself, trying to avoid the worst of the wounds and bruises.
"Alright, suppose we should get a move on." Lucas said, dropping his fleshy portal onto the floor. It sprouted into a disgusting portal, and Lucas walked into his room for a moment, returning with a duffel bag. It was stuffed to the brim, and a multicolored, dim glow seeped from the zipper.
He tossed the bag into the portal, then gestured for Scar to follow me.
"Right, no time like the present." Lucas said, giving Scar a pat on the shoulder as he dropped into the hole, a completely unconcerned look on his face.
"Alright, just one thing left." Lucas muttered to himself, touching the point of his sword to the ground.
There was a burst of light, and the whole building suddenly froze over with thick ice. It started seeping upwards over the building, and collecting, until finally the building was left clean and whole, with a massive, heavy sheet of ice hovering several feet above.
Lucas smiled, and jumped into the hole.
As soon as his supporting magics were released, the massive sheet of ice destroyed the building, leaving no trace of Lucas or Scar behind.
OOC: Sorry for the auto, but need to get this moving along.

Mandelbrot was back in the familiar, alien space that lay behind all reflections, standing in the same rigid form it had when it disappeared from Lucas' room. Extending to what appeared to be infinity were structures and shapes that should not exist, some displaying moving pictures, some reflecting a color that the human eye could not discern.
At the killer's feet were shards of light. Upon closer inspection, behind the shards was the scene in the apartment, unfolding in real time. Mandelbrot calmly stepped outside the shards' perimeter and squatted down, watching the torture and slaughter, taking notes in the same notebook it had used earlier. It watched the two targets disappear into their fleshy portal, and soon after, the shards disappeared.
Mandelbrot put the notebook back in its coat and stood up. It took a deep breath, savoring the smell of cold glass, and snapped. Suddenly, the killer nearly fell over, clutching her chest as the pain from Lucas' soul-attack let itself known. Her shoulder cried for bandaging. Instead of groaning, she let out a laugh. A real one. Close call with death. Thrilling. Still chuckling, the masked killer stumbled off through the insane world behind reflections.
